The government has also taken measures to possess and own all NGO vehicles. The source indicated that security forces were randomly pulling over private-owned vehicles at check points, attempting to seize them as well. The government is also expected to halt the movement of government-owned vehicles drastically. Paralyzed by a crumbled economy, the government has not been able to supply distributors with the required gas for sometime now.
