JAFFA, Israel — An Israeli rights group said Wednesday that Bedouin smugglers in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula have raped dozens of African women who they promised to smuggle into Israel over the past year.

JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israel is trying to find ways of repatriating or relocating African migrant workers whose illegal influx via Egypt is alarming authorities, a senior government official said on Thursday.
