I hope Dejen writes a book about his 15 year ordeal and his prison escape. It will make an instant best seller book as well as lead to a potential block-buster movie.
Please you people, let us not be dummy oppositions. In my view Helen Shikor has raised relevant question . Indeed there are 1000s un told prisoners, however Dejen as a military pilot among very fews, his case should to be told. Because of that Helen´s concern is not simply to reject or ignore, it needs a proper answer. I really also ameased since he was in prison for 15 years before the G15, why didn’t any one of the group talk about him expose PFDJ crime? I repeat Helen´s concern because i found it constructive critic against oppositions and not to discredit the news reliability because i scared it is.

The reason no one talked about Dejen is perhaps because no one knew what happened to him. He wasn’t allowed to tell his parents his whereabouts. The government probably told his parent he was shot down and died like his friends. The reason they put him in jail was he started exposing the truth about the dysfunctional air force and the sabotage by the Russians. They wanted to silence him by putting him away in prison. I am surprised they didn’t kill him. Perhaps they felt guilty since he was totally innocent or the good lord protected him. But now the truth they hide for 15 yrs is coming out. This is a shame. This is how Eritrea treats its heroes. Isays is obviously trying to dismantle Eritrea one person at a time. We must act before it is too late. Some one have to take this devil out.
