Reading all your writing, I think you need to do some soul searching; you might need to go to church to get some help from higher up. My solution;
(1) We should all support our constitution. No one should be above the law.
(2) We should all be for Highi Indaba, which give every Eritrean a free land for farming and land to build his house on his father’s village.

For starters I see that you are too much carried away with the flag. I do not like the regime as much as you do not but the flag issue is something to be left the people.
