Lets shaw the hasusat that in Canada the Rule of Law prevails, unlike that of PFDJ”s Eritrea where there is no such thing as Freedom of speech. Let’s support our brother.
I will definitely do my part. I hope others do too.

We I am on your side and I hope the law suit goes away for the sake of the accused and for the sake of all of us. However, this is a great opportunity for all of us who claim to be justice and democracy seekers. We need to be careful on how we gone on with our claims and wordings. We should not be careful as we are in democratic countries where there is law which can easily be abused by PFDJ. Sometimes we get frustrated and lash out at our enemy and make our selves victims to lawsuits by PFDJ. The pFDJites come after every penny we have if they can not do anything else in the diaspora. They are desperate.

Agian, I hope this goes away.

This kind of event tests our strength and desire for change for our people and country. We can do this. Even any member of the silent majority Eritrean can do this as well. For the rest of us, Assenna visiters, let us put our money where our mouth is!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I am in!

Additionally, social workers have been assisting the woman with groceries shopping, cooking and cleaning. Plus, they helped to take the children to various guided tours and to the zoo.

“We are cleaners and we don’t think it’s right to clean their apartment. The lady could do it herself, she has a whole day free,” an elderly woman commented.

On average, the workers spend six hours a day, 25 days a month. These carers cost the budget 135 francs per hour, with weekends and evenings pushing the rate to 145 francs per hour.

“An impossible situation. I’m a resident, but still forced to cut my costs,” the mayor remarked.

It comes after a scandal a few days earlier, when the Bern police chief used the politically-incorrect term ‘Negerbubli’, referring to black immigrants. Blick reported that the officials of such rank should make no such slip of the tongue.

Well what about transparency. How much does the lawyer cost and how much money are you trying to raise.

    Scenario 1
You can get free humanitarian lawyers

    Scenario 2
Let’s say the cost is one or two thousand Canadian dollars. Do you really need to do fund raising for that amount. If live in Canada and still can’t get that money, you better shut up your mouth and make living first and then u start to oppose.

    Scenario 3
If the above two options are not possible, I’m in for helping. Bottom line, transparency, what is the expected cost and how much are you trying to raise?

you better shut you filthy mouth. Who needs your help? You headless chicken.
We have to show our resolve. I am in. Assenna Pls organise the fund raising. £10 to 20 from many people could be enough.

You have every right to ask about the issue of transparency and accountability. However, in any case “free lawyers” are not as good as the paid lawyers. If you want to win a case, you have to have the best lawyers money can buy. That is just a fact.

The idea of asking this group how much the total cost is great. But to tell them they should “shut up” is not appropriate. Just do what you can to help them. I will be sedning money to them and Assenna as well. Thank You Assennna for your hardwork!!!!!!

    Guys,
Have you read the original that was written? The author crossed the line by attacking individuals and putting accusations on other Eritreans. We need to learn a lesson here, attacking like a political system (PFDJ) or public leaders (like Issays or Yemane etc) is exercising your freedom of speech because it is a political opinion and is a fare game. However, when you attack, expose or accuse private individuals (True or not) then you must be willing to defend your case if that individual sues for defamation.

The author was rational three fourth of the way and then towards the end his emotions took over and started personal attacks. Everyone has the right to express one-self, however, I hope the author has enough evidence to defend his accusations. The hope is if handled by a good judge, this case probably will be thrown out of court, saying this is freedom of political expression.

Should we help on this case? Of course we should, because what was done is typical of PFDJ’s way of doing things and they should be stopped. Moreover, the author did not write for personal gain but was consumed with the atrocities of PFDJ and expressed his frustrations and is longing for the betterment of Eritrean citizens.
