A law suit has been filed against one of our members in Ottawa, Canada by Mr. Seyom Awaju for defamation. This is in relation to an article posted in the ASSENNA Website on February 13, 2014 about unethical treatment of our Priest in the Holy Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church.

It is well known that pfdj has been exploiting the innocence of Orthodox priests and believers. Such problem is not limited to OTTAWa, only that there are no courageous believers like the gentle man to name and shame the main servants of the dictator who are messing up with the true church. We have heard about similar dictator worshpers disrespecting a priest and deviding and deviding believers in nearby city of Montreal.

Tesfay should have thought twice before inking accusations and defamation. It is one thing to oppose the dictator back home and another thing to defame individuals. If the accusations are factual it should be easy to throw this by the window. Civility and mature thinking is required in opposing any form of government or junta. Good luck Tesfay!

You have explained well what the consequence will be after if in case those sell out culprits of PFDJ thugs win.
So, we shall not let them win and we should never give them a chance to fulfill their evil desire on us.
So far here in Ottawa, we are trying to do our level best. However, the cost will be overwhelming. Definitely we need the support of our brothers and sisters of the justice seekers in order to compute with the Law firm they hire.
