Oh! You guys seems to have just realized about the brutal regime and his crimes at home. The reg6in Eritrea has been perpetrating heinous crimes nobody can believe, yet the so called “opposition” is just beginning to understand the scale and depth of the pain the people of Eritrea has to endure under Issais. You should have said Enough is Enough well 20 years ago when the regime officially began to shut down freedom of press & detained and killed hundreds of innocent citizens. But i can sense most of those who are now shouting in in abroad were in love with regime in Eritrea, you have your own fair share of crimes & corruptions. This is not the time to say Enough is Enough, this is the time to take serious actions.

      Brother Michael,

People have been saying Ye’akel inside and outside the country, this is a continuation of the long struggle against the regime, People inside ass well as outside where enamored with the regime until it’s true nature was revealed. Those who proteste inside the country are put in jail , tortured and killed. Those of us who are outside can’t come home, This have been going on for quite some time. You are partially right that the few fools who support the regime have been vocal and were able to confuse and intermediate people under the guise of LO’ OLAWINATE , that have been broken and they are in retreat now .i take exception to your characterization that most of us in the diaspora. Are anymore in love with the regime than those who are inside. . I want to remind you that there are thousands of former jebbha and others( I can confirm atleat since 2001) who saw shabia for what it was and is and have been ridiculed for many years for sharing their views (I was never a tegadali)…

Your name sounds that you are likely from kebessa. It took close to fifteen years for people in kebessa to support the struggle for independence. Until 1974, 1975 people were not saying Ye’akle to the Ethiopian occupation. So struggles start slow and crest at which point change happens. I like to believe that is the stage we are in. This may be the beginning of the end for the regime, that is way you see Issais scrambling to stop this ,previously not seen, mass movement. So Tess let ‘s not be so quick to be critical of the people who are a bit tardy to the struggle. I am glad they are saying Ye’akle and we should welcome them , because the goal was for the people to join the fight in removing Issaias Afworki and the evil system he created.

There are plenty of blames to go around, but this is not the time for blame, or what we should have done. This is the time for unity, and solidarity..We should be welcoming, and encouraging all Eritreans to join the enough movement..
.united we stand divided we fall!!

This is not about blaming, this is rather about legitimate criticism directed at those lazy members of the so called Eritrea “opposion for nothing” who have badily failed not just to take appropriate action against the regime but also to understand and feel the pain and agonies Eritreana have been experiencing for decades. There is significant difference between blaming someone and criticising him or her for something.

I am particularly annoyed by the choice of the phrase ” Enough is ,,,,,”, because the degree of the barbarism and scale of the crimes perpetrated in Eritrea already reached a threshold 20 years ago, that is why this gathering or whatever you call it should rather be focusing at planning and drafting a serious strategy that could produce some positive outcomes toward the overall fight against the regime. Or don’t just pretend as if you are serious opposition while you spent your entire adult life dancing and yelling around and refusing to admit how badly failed Eritreas at home.

It is never too late to admit ones failure – we all failed our people in one way or another over the last 30 years. The issue to hand now is how to remove the enemy within. I am sure, Michael, you are at one with the rest of the Eritrean people on that.

I fully understand your frustration in that we failed our people for nearly three decades. I share your frustration too but that is not going to save our country in any shape or form from the one who is hellbent to destroy it.

Time to look at the big picture is what I plead with you brother.

      Eritrea forever, death to dictatorship.
