ኣባላት ኤርትራዊ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ዞባ ሰሜን ኣሜሪካ ብዛዕባ እቲ ንዶር ዮሱፍ ብርሃኑ ካብ ኣቦ መንበርነት ፈጻሚት ቤት ጽሕፈት ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ካብ ሓላፍነቱ ናይ ምውራድ ብመሪሕነት ባይቶ ብሓፈሻ፣ ብኣቦ መንበር ኣቶ ጸጋይ ዮሃንስ ከኣ ብፍላይ ዝተወስደ ሃንደበታዊ ስጉምቲ ንምዝርራብ ዓርቢ ነሓሰ 2, 2013 ህጹጽ ኣኼባ ኣካይድና ነዚ ዝስዕብ ውሳኔታት ከኣ ኣመሓላሊፍና።
- እዚ ስጉምትዚ ንሕገ-ህንጻ ባይቶና ስለዝጻረር ዘይሕጋዊ፣ ንኣባላት ባይቶ ብዘይ ምእካብን ብዘይ ምውካስን ስለ ዝተገብረ ዘይደሞክራስያዊ፣ ንሰብኣዊ መሰል ዶር ዮሱፍ ብርሃኑ ስለ ዝግህስ ከኣ ዘይፍትሓዊ፣ ክንብል ነጺግናዮ ኣሎና።
- ኣቦ መንበር ባይቶ ከም ኣሰራርሓ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ኣተኣታትይዎ ዝጸንሐ ምልካዊ መኣዝን ዝሓዘ ባህልን፣ ግዝኣተ ሕጊ ዝጥሕስ፣ ዘይደሞክራስያውን፣ ዘይሕጋውን ኣሰራርሓ ንቃወም።
- ኣባላት ባይቶ ሰሜን ኣሜሪካ ሕገ ህንጻ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ዓንቀጽ 52 ብምምርኳስ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኣቦመንበር ፈጻሚት ቤት ጽሕፈት ብኣቦ መንበርን መሪሕነት ባይቶን ተወሲዱ ዘሎ ስጉምቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ምዃኑን፣ ብዝቐልጠፈ እዋን ከኣ ክሰሓብ ከም ዘለዎን ነማሕጽን። ነዚ ዘይሕጋዊ ውሳኔ’ዚ ዝደገፉ ኣባላት ፈጻሚት ቤት ጽሕፈት ከኣ ብሓልፍነት ተሓተትቲ ምዃኖም ነፍልጥ።
- ባይቶ ንህዝቢ ስለ ዝውክልን ብሕጊ ተቐይዱ ዝኸይድ ትካል ከኣ ስለ ዝኾነን፣ ህዝብና ሃገራዊ ባይቶን መሪሕነቱን ንረብሐኡ ክሰርሕ ክቆጻጸሮ ከም ዘለዎ ንጽውዕ።

What happened in the Eritrean National Congress is completely Undemocratic action and we, Eritrean should let happened this without clear amendment so that not to happen again in the future. Our national congress is our fruitful of our long struggle for more than 20 years and it is the valuable political instituation we all in the opposition proud of, which it should be protected by all of us. What happened is a big lesson to all democratic elements and peace and justice lovers in the opposition, particular ENC and will be definitely take precautionary measures in the future.

There had never been “democratic” in the so called exclusive club of Hagerawi Bayto from its inception, they way they selected each other (e.g London, Sudan, Middle East and Australia chapters), treated its young members such as Daniel tewelde, tried to push a document called “charter” through, and the worst is the way it treated an entire ethnic Kunama on its rights to condemn crimes committed by Idris Awate in his Janjawid and murderous past as a shifta.

Can anyone with inside information about these issues share his knowledge with Eritreans to find out
who are responsible behind all of this to start to wear away the strength of opposition and encourage
the enemies who applaud our people’s demise .
The political progress of it’s ups-down process had been secretive hard to follow the development for
the last two years . And now suddenly at the end they come with decision disregarding the establishment
of the congress frame work . I do not see any difference between HGDF policy makers and those opposition
representatives who disrespect the rule of law .

First of all ,let me quote the revered civil rights leader MLK” Injustice anywhere injustice everywhere”. And I say injustice on aybody is injustice on everybody. U see, when Mr. Tsegai Youhannes said “I will take responsibilty ,let us vote on the Kunama organization’s suspension”, only few vented their frustration,with his undemocratic action .As emotion goes,I was very angry at Qwernelios,for calling our revolution’s founnder Idirs Hamid Awate a”shifta”,but in a democratic system emotions are valueless.And now again it seems to me the undemocratic nature of the opposition is becoming vivid,God save Eriterea!!!!!!
