The organizers of this meeting must be non-church goers. Sunday is church day. Most churches are dismissed around 1PM. Families need time to take their children home and have lunch. How could we come to the meeting at 2PM? Or are the organizers suggesting that we miss church on that day? Please consider to move the time to 3PM.

    Which Mariam? Mariam Asmereteyti, or Mariam Axum, or Mariam Dearit ? Seriously as a church goer and a mother of three, I can not make it to the meeting by 2. Most churches are done by 1 PM and family need some time in between.

      Dear Saba, you are right the organizers should consider all possible. However, you comment about the different Marian is not correct. If you really are church goer then you do or should know there is only One Marian the Mother Juses. People should stop being silly.

    She is just suggesting that the meeting be pushed one hour so that she and others that she know could participate. What is wrong with that. The organizers might have overlooked this, might not have thought about this.
    Please guys embrace ideas, suggestions, questions and descents, that way you will embrace more and more people. If you push them they you will definitely push their originators too, people.
    If you know anything about the organization of the meeting, then your answer to Saba’s suggestion should have been:
    1. Yea Saba you are right but the speaker is on a tight schedule, or
    2. Yea you are right but we couldn’t find a venue for that time slot, or
    3. Yea you are right Saba we haven’t thought about that we will do our best to accommodate everybody, or
    4. Yea you are right Saba, but anyway you know “KOTSERA HABESHA”, the meeting will not start until about 3:00, so don’t worry you will make it.
    and so on and so forth
    So Awet, don’t take the worst phrase out of somebody’s passage and magnify it and then attack it.
