This is another meaningless and useless gathering. In its sentiment it seems that have an agenda of pro Tigri- Tigrigne union. This is why most unionist people with hidden agenda attacking the brilliant Dawit Mekonen, in my view to who is very genius, honest and very direct in his political analysis approach.
Well, let say the idea of Tigri Tigrigni union is fine in sight of the Eritrean and Ethiopian Tigriigna speakers, but what about in the sight of rest Ethiopian and Eritrean other nationals will be? Do you think they accept this unionist agenda?
Well, regardless other nationals concern let say Tigri- Tigrigne united. But what will be its final goal or mission? Is it needed to associate Tigrai with Eritrea, or is it needed to associate Eritrea with Ethiopia?
Well, like Tigri- Tigrigne, if Ethiopian and Eritrean afars together with Djibouti afars like to unite and then form one nation, do Ethio- Eritrea Tigrignas will accept the idea? what about if similarly the Ethio- Ogaden Somalies ask to unite with Somalia? Is it tolerable by Ethio?
All these complicated issues, it causes only endless conflict.
Certenly! if Tigri Tigrina speekers unite it may make Tigrina speakers dominant and somehow may make our nation strong in military also in economic area, but will it bring the everlasting peace among other national and region? i don´t think so! In contrary, may mighty nations will also motivate Afars and Ogadens or Oromos also the same to do.
This is why i all time seconded brother Dawit Mekonnen´s patriotic view as very honest, direct and brilliant.
This has nothing to do, to stand or to be against woyane!
After all, even if Isayas, Woyane or others socalled oppositions including in this article mentioned people gathering if all you have an agenda of unionism, “Union,”it should not to be thinkable or be realizing by terrorizing weakening sabotaging and destroying of the Eritrean society economy and moral, but unity should to be founded by love, through mutual economical and political development and mental consciousness should to come.

What is the use to waste time by debating about foreign or internal politic policy or manifesto without you first having power? This your topic if necessary it should to debate after you hold power first. But you intention, if it Is going to teach PFDJ or us about how it could affect us the world politic, first of all i very much doubt in foreign affairs analysis you gave, weather you also have enough understanding about what it is going on in the world politic and about its final mission. Because your bla bla! source of knowledge also it seems like PFDJ from the western media you daily hearing without exactly understand its hidden final mission, because you brain washed it is. This is a least to say about you, for instance some of the differences among US and Rasia that you presented and the Moslem religion conflict among themselves as a big threat for the world scaring you describing, even though it has half truth, but i don´t think your analysis based from the true understanding of the Rasia position (role) or the US mission. Anyway back to our internal affairs, i really don´t understand your foolish arguments, for instance what is wrong if someone elected as chairman of congress or tripes if be sacked, excluded or enforced to resign, be it by Isayas administration or by opposition side? As far as anybody since not able to work his job properly if sacked, what is the big deal about? How many times we hearing when the Italian or other Europe nations all cabinet members when resigning or sacking? But why is for Eritrea this matter a big issue? Second, when Cornelius like mercenary bandit when threatening the Eritrean sovereignty, despising the Eritrean hero and disturbing the congress deliberately with unnecessary issue if be excluded from the congress, how could you dare to legitimize his irresponsible action as legal in cover up of a democracy right? this is why i say you gathering is useless! But like brother Ahmed saleh commented what it most astonishing me also is, some of your participants that i consider them like patriot because i hear they will seat with your gathering it is.

Finally, because i know some worthy Eritreans are among you, i better advice if you take initiative to mediate first the dividing useless oppositions to unite them, and together with religious leaders and elders of the country if you take the mediation role among opposition and ruling regime for reconciliation, furtherer together with Ethiopian elders if you take initiative to solve our problems by ourselves instead by UN, EU, AU or others was much make you worthy.

THESE AGENDAS ARE THE WORK OF FUTURE DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT IN ERITREA.
I think the organizers of this conference must have either missed the suffering of the Eritrean people or they have hidden agenda to divert the slowly blooming diaspora opposition.
Why do you need to discuss these all issue which they have to be done later with all the people participating in the country.
I do not see this is a healthy gathering and this will waste of energy and time of many new born opposition parties.

Dear Gurum you are not mistaken, because i speak poor english and i have no talent of writing, it may hard for readers to understand, but my Tigrigna talent also not so good like my English. But i prefer to write in english because it doest take time for me it is. Anyway don´t be offended that much by language problem. If you a little able to undestand the content of the massage that is enough.
By the way to speak fluent english or having talent to write it is not an indication of a person weather or not have deep knowledge. We all know any illiterate Kenyan, Nigerian, Ganian farmers better or fluent english as they speaking more than any Eritrean or Ethiopian PHD holders and professors. Most Europians S. Americans, Asians like Japan and China because they don´t speak english well it doesn´t mean they have no knowledge.

I vote for EPRDF to rule Ethiopia..with all their short coming….are making economic miracles & slow but sure democratic principles.

My only evidence is books written by local & international historians & it did not happen B.C ,it is in our grandfathers age bracket.
