I agree with u. It is time to attract aything positive to unity and this is kool. Remember that this is a new proposal we never heard in written format in the past. What this man has proposed is what should be done in practice to achieve our goal despite how long it took him to reach this. This was what we were trying to achieve and let us welcome it with a cautious mind and challenge him more to influence the others in this direction. They are listening to us now and this is a wonderful sign in my opinion and an opportunity to expand it within the resistance overall.

Wedi Vacaro has been saying, let’s unite now and we will discuss our organisational issues after the change and Mesfin hagos also saying the same thing. Why you become so obsessive when it comes to Mesfin. This guy knows more than any body how the Isaias regime is governed and how the structure is formed. So he is a big asset to the opposition camp. I do believe this sounds very good but only if implemented in practice. What the gentleman is clearly saying here is in my grasp is that we need a transitional government to temporarily run the country until the constitutional government is established. They did it in Liberia and in Somalia and there is no reason why we cannot do it. We Eritreans are tired of promises and I wonder if this proposal is another promise or something that the brother started to work on aggressively? If the second, we will see concrete follow ups including formally inviting intellectuals to work on it and communicating with the people transparently, efficiently and promptly.
if the first, we will not hear anything in this regard anymore. The question is time sensitive and action must replace theory immediately. For now, it sounds very good and I personally uphold it in the condition this is real and not a promise.

I think we should not dwell in the past and lets us start from now up. The most important task ahead is what we can do right now and how we can accumulate the positive energies towards a transitional government. Let us give this man a chance to support unity and let us challenge him to show us in practice. What will Mesfin do next to convince us he was for real? How often will he communicate with people telling his achievements and efforts towards practically implementing this new proposition? Is he going to appeal to all forces in the resistance for this or keep quiet at one shot level of the narrative? These are questions we should ask and expect answers for. Let us positively influence this move without living in the past since the CURRENT is more important in this resistance than the past. What do we get out of here and how can we maximize result from this opportunity are things we should concentrate on. Remember that we cannot move backward nor should we stand still indefinetelly. Let us move forward !!!! Please take this development seriously and take the maximum advantage of it towards forming a transitional government in post afwerki eritrea unless YOU HAVE A BETTER IDEA. We have no reason to reject this proposal if our goal is forming a transitional government in the country. Don’t spill this opportunity but rather use it to influence all other groups into this mindset so that we can move a stepo forward.

Genuine Eritreans,
Mesfun Hagos was one of the giants in the Liberation era and therefore deserves our respect and admiration, but since our crown achievement of 1991 has been hijacked by the impostor Isaias Afewerqi and our people and country have fallen into serious predicaments, Mesfun Hagos has extraordinary responsibility of explaining the root causes with respect to the hijacker.
Yes, I completely understand that if Mesfun Hagos volunteers to put out the deep secretes of the impostor hijacker, he would run the risk of exposure of his own sins because it is absolutely certain that the impostor has catalogued them ready for dissemination in retaliation. This is one of the weapons he uses against those who somehow know his some of his secretes to keep their lips tight.
By the way, every one here must know that his/her writings on the internet is being catalogued by the impostor, who is extremely vindictive and nurses his wounds for a long time.
However, Mesfun Hagos can get away with exposing the impostor by admitting his mistakes openly, apologizing and asking forgiveness from the Eritrean people. I think the act of admission of mistakes committed would do a lot of benefit to himself and the people of Eritrea; he would liberate himself of constant feeling of guilty and of nightmare of exposure by the impostor. On the other hands, intimate knowledge of the hidden secretes and agendas of the impostor would give an absolutely crucial impetus for our people to unite and overthrow the impostor.

General Mesfn Hagos played a leading role in destroying Nadew command.
Both men are the signatory of a letter authored by the famous G-15 movement. The letter called for ending dictatorship and the initiation of a democratic system.
In 2001, the regime was cut off into two pieces. On one hand you had the G-15 calling for reform and into democratic governance. On the other hand, there was a G-4* doing every thing it could to derail reform and to transform the system into a total one-man dictatorship. Unfortunately for Eritrea, the bad group prevailed.
G-4 includes Isaias, Al-Amin and the two Yemanes. All the others like Kisha, Abdela Jabir, SibHat…are accessories and they evaluate who is winning and they follow the winner.
