Why is the world not forcing Egypt to stop these violations of human rights?

My name is Simon, I’m from Eritrea…
I believe the world is responsible for the human rights of everyone. But the world closes its eyes for the Eritreans who are dying and suffering along the border between Israel and Egypt (Sinai). Over the last few days about 30 Eritreans have disappeared on the border, we don’t know whether they have died or been imprisoned. The traffickers are Egyptians or from other countries under the control of Egyptians. They are asking for money, about 30,000 Euros from everyone. Otherwise they will kill them. But these people have telephone numbers and full addresses. Egypt is a country in the Geneva Convention of 1950, so why is the world not forcing Egypt to stop these violations of human rights?

If there is a real & brave Eritreans in this world i would like to see a hundred Egypt bedwin take thier organ out; not only three part of thier organ : but the whole part of thier body burned and put them in the grinding machine & grind them as the same time record the process & spread the the record in the world .Unless we don’t do that they will never learn and also the world will never pay attention at us what’s going on . Or may be the governament of the Egypt may be they will start to take a closer look and they will wake up from thier sleep.

Abdul !
Yes you are right. As you are yourself a moslem (your typical name) the horrible massacre in Sinai seems to have nothing to do with religion rather more political.
I have heard some couragous (jeganu) Eri-youth have already started taking action against Egyptians living in Europe. This will follow soon in other countries too. Our youth will take the appropriate revenges, no worry!! They will change the arabs world into flames.
The main question is, wether the woyane regime belongs to the shareholders in Sinai conspiracy or not! CIA & Co are definitely the motor of the tragedic happenings upon helpless ERITREAN refugees.
coz they don`t give a shit about you! November 7, 2011

The problem is not Egyept, we need to see the source of the problem. The source of the problem is Issais is he is forcing this people to walk to unknown places with great risk. Egyept as a country has the responsibility to stop the atrocties commuted in its land. This Eritreans are helpless they need protection. Our human right groups could play important role by calling UN to investigate the matter and calling big mass medias to look into the case and make know to the rest of the world.
The Eritreans who are paying to this trafficers are also responsible, these are the people encouraging them to do this inhuman things to be done on Eritreans. These are the people funding their families to cross the desert as well. We should work both side to stop it, the funding and the human trafficing issue. we need to expose the case as ASSENNA and ASMARINO ARE DOING. i ADMIRE ASSESSNA FOR THE GOOD WORK FOR THE ERITREAN PEOPLE. ASSENNA IS THE BEST MEDIA OUT LET NOW FOR THE VOICELESS ERITREAN BE IN ERITREA OR DESERT OR PRISON OR IN THE WEST.

zkeberka Simon,
1, You raised a good question: “why is the world not forcing Egypt because the criminals and the crimes are taking in Egypt?” There is one fact known commonly in our traditional culture which is also a fact in international diplomacy.
I have heard my mother say often: ሓውኻ እንተዘይኣኽቢሩካ፥ መን የኽብረካ? If your own brother does not respect you, who else can give you respect?
Similarly, if a nation does not respect its citizens, nobody else, be international or regional organizations, nations … the educated Egyptian doctors or even the illitarate Beduines will not respect them.
The most repressive regime in Africa is the Eritrean regime under Hgdef. This regime does not respect its own citizens, therefore nobody respects to anyone with Eritrean identity or passport. … 2

2. Nobody would attempt to hold an American, a Russian, a Chinese or an European or a Saudi, an Iranian, an Israeli … the way Eritreans are treated in Sudan, Egypt or Libya, because they know how respected they are but not to an Eritrean. The criminals or Egypt knows the heavy price to pay.
“Eritrawinet” Eritreaness is so cheap, no nation or Beduine cares about it because the Hgdef regime does not respect it.
Example: Few months ago, there were some British and Israeli “prisoners” in Eritrea. The truth is they were not really “prisoners”; they were sort of hostages held in Keren Hotel. They were set free after few months without any punishment because the British and Israeli goverments care of their citizens; the hostages came from the most respected “people” in these planet and the Hgdef regime knew well the consequences of keeping them longer.

You are all right – Eritreaness needs to be rediscovered. HGDEF has ruined it. The first enemy of the Eritreans after Woyane, or even before !

Yes it sad reality isn’t it, we Eritreans unfortunately are no better than the headless chicken!!!
How can non existing entity be enemy of Eritrea????
If I ask you quotations like who is “Woyane” and how is “Woyane” they enemy of Eritrea, would you give me reasonably logical, rational answer?!?!
I doubt your answer will hold any logic or reason in it.
Just follow the logic, how can non exciting entity be the enemy of Eritrea? As you probably know, no official entity named “Woyane” exist in this time in the world; hence the sad reality & headless chicken comment.

guys lets be unity Eritrean and change HGDF regim then we can save our brothers and sisters life…our enomy is in Eritrea HGDF…then Egypt will pay all Eritrean blood…blood demands blood …never forget honest Eri life

Simon, the question should have been why the Eritrean Government and it’s supporters are not saying anything about the victims. Stop blaming other’s for Isias’ problem. If the government cares at least they would have requested for the Eritrean victims. Of course the government will never do this because they know the main cause for this to happen is itself.
