When I saw live video of this poor victim of HGDF intelligence and his lost of his whole family in Mediterranean tragedy while in prison wasn’t
easy to control the anger it brought in me .
After 13 years imprisonment for speaking humbly his dismay to see those
who sacrificed their whole life to bring us freedom treated like criminals costed him pay unbelievable price . And worst of all they have
no shame to add injury by going after investment money in his bank account . I hope somebody help him file court papers against corrupted
government representative in Sweden to reclaim his lost capital plus interest in full .
There is no bounds to the transgression of HIGDEF and the monomaniacal Isayas incurred on the Eritrean populace. This transgressions are beyond the bounds of a civil government and humanity, that tantamount to Crime against Humanity.
There is no other way for Eritrean to save Eritrea and its people. Armed struggle against the tyranny and in the mean time with prosecution of Isayas and his cronies in International Criminal Court.
We Eritrean should rise up and throw this regime to its abyss.
In your capacity as Radio Station pertinent to Eritrea, I am sure you came across a large number of Eritrean who were imprisoned, tortured or persecuted, like Mohammed Hussein Al Amoudi, as well as troves of information regarding the transgression and crimes against humanity committed by HIGEDF government on Eritreans.
Dissemination of information is one thing and practical activism is another thing. With these trove of information and witness’s you have interviewed, I am confident you can organize for it to be presented it to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The issue is being addressed by United Nations Commission for Human Rights, but we Eritrean should also try to do by our self in parallel with the commissions en-devours.
The International Criminal Court (ICC)has a unit which accepts and reviews evidences for criminal investigation. I am quite confident a pro-Bono lawyers in England or other parts of Europe could help you in organizing and submission of the evidence. The address of the ICC is as follows:
Communications and claims under art.15 of the Rome Statute may be addressed to:
Information and Evidence Unit
Office of the Prosecutor
Post Office Box 19519
