What do you think of parents who keep silent when their kids are taken to be in slaved in Sawa and the Gold mines?
What do you think of people who go any minute to a dance floor when a Sawa Band comes to collect money for the illegal regime in Eritrea, and their compatriots are dying in the high seas?
What do you think of people who are blinded to see what is happening to them, while the rest of the world sees it vividly?
What do you think of people who defeated Mengistu remains cowered now to open their mouth, even when their loved ones,their religious authorties arrested or killed mysteriously?
What do you think of a so called leader who claims he knows what is good for all Eritreas,while remains unaccountable financially (big part) and politicaly.
Why are we oblivious to the truth and facts.
Eritrea could be a stable nation by simply implmenting the rule of law. Lesson 101 of economics to the traitor and his luckys:
Eritrea has about a million people in diaspora. If on average they are allowed to invest a minimum of $1000/year. I will leave the math for you. However,this requires rule of law,accountability, not dictatorship or fanatisim.
Sidi Abdu, I would rather write your as Siidi. Anyway, you asked 5what and one why questions for obivious answer. Unless regime is removed and replaced by good governance, all talks are daydreaming.
I have read national calls to the so called EDF to stand up against the regime many times; however, these appeals seem to fall on deaf ears. In essence, the EDFs arenot serving the nation and its people. So, to me, they arenot natioanl army. I have never ever heard of an armed forces of a nation divided into two (Warsay and Yikealo) and yet called Eritrean Defense Forces. It is ludicrous! They are simply hostages of the regime considered as slaves or objects. In fact some of them kill their own brothers, sisters, children, mothers and fathers in the southern borders. A recent killing of 10 people is a case in point.
Agreed. My assessment is we need leadership. The flocks are in plcae. We luck a capable hand to lead us. Untill we figure that out,we are condemned to remain in the current situation. Frankly it is intolerable.
Eritreans missed to recognize the simple conquest of political life about the pursuit of a policy that can not
be realized in any other way than through direct confrontations even force if that is what it takes .
Whenever you see things goes wrong look deep into yourself and try to trace back the policy that inspired it in the
first place . To blame this person or that person is stupid people engagement seeing only what is visible to the eye .
For too long our people have been led with misguided goal to let the root of dangers sprout to get problematic to handle .
If inside the country had occurred a clear violent demonstration to take place , that was sufficient enough to send a
threatening gesture . When people proved themselves that they can fight , politicians approach them with a little fear
in their hearts . In our case it is the opposite , in moments of danger and difficulties being seeing so nice , it says ,
you can be pushed around , discouraged , obstructed , mistreated ……….. like a coward . Hell to HGDFwian .
