Voice of Assenna: Continued from Part 1 – Amanuel Eyasu of Assenna’s Seminar in Zurich, Organised to commemorate Eritrean Prisoners – Part 2, Monday, Sept 14, 2015
DEMHT leadership might played Issayas but the sad part of our
corrupted politicians don’t value human lives lost .
Somebody must hold responsibility for unnecessary blood shed.
Issayas , Mola and all war mongers have their victims blood
stained hand .
God knows the extent of damage they left behind in people’s
lives at both sides .
IF ALLOWED INDEED POLITICS IS DIRTY GAME .
Amanuel Hawey,(Dikem eluka weedy)
What you have been saying is absolutely true. Entay yigebermo nobody is listening because nobody wants to. Had we Eritreans been a normal society, we shouldn’t have been told or reminded of what is going on in our poor country because we see in our naked eyes how destructive the regime is. We have been witnessing the destructive nature of the regime for the last quarter of a century but we don’t seem to do anything simply because we don’t care about the desolated patch of land known as Eritrea. If the Tigrayns could come together under the banner of TPDM to face off a democratically elected as well as civilized enemy, why is it that we don’t have the same spirit or bravery like our cousins in the south and rise up to the most vicious, dangerous and atrocious one man regime. This is what the cowardice that the world taunted us for. Its just a sad scenario. Let us do something please.
There could be times when we can be powerless to prevent Injustice but there MUST not be times when we fail to protest. WE ARE AN ABSOLUTE FAILURE.
Ezi Wedhankum,
Brother aman politics is some thing like an art it is not only about saying the reality on the ground but who have creadiblity seniority background factors and off course expertise so you are good to work as journalist and leave the seminars to those who have the courage to compat the regium.I understand we need to participate young people like you do but my advice to u is you need to know your self.
Haile,
By politicians you mean the likes of monkey, kisha and the like, right? Oh no! You also mean sofia, dr. gedeon and the rest of those soulless zombies! You should be ashamed of yourself to talk like that about this great journalist, poet, writer, political activist….etc Amanuel Iyasu, who is also an advocate of unity. He never claimed to be a politician. But he has every right and he is well-equipped to remind his brothers and sisters that there is no victory without unity. If we had 10 Eritreans like him, it would have been way easier for us to unite and dismantle isayas and his system. By the way, what have the ‘politicians’ you are talking about done so far? What good is their being ‘politicians’ if they cannot get up and use their ‘politics’ to save our people and our country? And in case you have lost your mind, ‘politicians’ are people who are motivated by the need to get elected and run the political show. However, Eritrea’s political show is dominated by isayas and all we have is one country ruled by a dictatorship. So I ask you: where are your ‘politicians’ based? Where are they going to be based after they win the election? (this is getting weirder) When and how do they run their campaigns? Under what constitution? Who are they talking to? Did they create a new Eritrean people we know nothing about?…etc. So get over it, stop being cheap and stop insulting our intelligence.
Amanuel, great speech as usual! Well done Brothers in Zurich! Let’s do this! It’s high time we got united and kicked isayas out. Demhit is gone. Next is isayas.
I heard your speech It is extraordinary and great. Honest and self deprecating truth. I was wondering why you are not involved in political leadership. Somebody like you which is eloquent and truthful is needed at this time. You have the ability to wake up those who are sleeping galvanize masses for the good cause.Think about it. It appears like it is your calling. For the sake and salvation of of our beloved country, Eritrea and our people.
Hi Asena,i prefer Amanuel Eyasu the first Elect Eritrean president and Kiros Asfiha vice president of Eritrea, I am serious, because I need to see a strong people like them who want to fight for Eritrean people interest.
