I think you are very hard on this guy. First, all justice seekers Eritreans should be more open minded and compassionate to any Eritrean who is opening his/her eyes and seeing things clearly for the first time. If the concern is whether this guy is genuine or fraud, time will tell. If any Eritrean believes that we have customs that includes religions, then anyone can understand what this guy is saying. He is talking about his family and his religion from his own experience. What is wrong with that? You can give him constructive criticism, if you want him to include other religions. It is oky to be skeptical, but it is also is good to be open minded and not be overly hasty.
You missed one big point. Any Eritrean knows that we have been pushed out of our country involuntarily. No Eritrean will tell you, he or she doesn’t love their country. Most Eritrean always want to go back home. I know so many people who postponed host countries citizenship, because they thought they will be going back home for good. Eritrea is a home for Eritreans. Leave alone alive, we don’t even want our dead body to be left behind.
Regarding his statement about Isaise being strong and beating everyone, It is obvious he is being sarcastic. Beside, isn’t true that DIA beat everyone to ground by hook or by crook.
