UN slams extremists’ offensive in Somalia, warns Eritrea

The 15-member body unanimously agreed a non-binding statement that "condemns the recent renewal in fighting" by Islamist extremists, "which constitutes an attempt to remove (the) legitimate authority (in Somalia) by force."
