UN poised to slap sanctions on Eritrea

UNITED NATIONS — The United Nations Security Council is expected Wednesday to slap an arms embargo on Eritrea and impose targeted sanctions on its leaders for allegedly aiding Somali rebels and threatening neighboring Djibouti.
