SINGAPO-ERITREAN January 20, 2012
Fellow citzens & friends of Eritrean people ,
While war has unintended consequences & violent death is the ultimate hope-killer, If war happens to breakdown, between Eritrea & Ethiopia, I have urged my relatives, in the Eritrean front line,(through their parents , uncles & aunties) to use this opportunity to peacefully “surrender ” to the Ethiopian army ,that will treat you with super humanity. Ones you are in Ethiopia ,our relatives in diaspora have promised me to co operate ,Financially, morally & even sponsor you here. Enough relatives have been martyred /killed during the 30 yr. banditry. Have a peaceful “SURRENDER”.You would rather die for a kilo of tomato ,than for terrorism.
LOVE – Your Uncle (name withheld)

Some people need to personalize everything. So, what if Mr Bereket is Aster Yohannes’s brother? That only makes him a hero’s brother. People like you kozami, need to feel the dictators cruel hands, before they can turn against him. Therefore, it is natural that you should think others are the same. But many Eritreans have started seeing iseyas as a dictator, long before he touched as many families with his cruelty. they saw what he was doing to our people and our country. The truth is bitter to pfdj bandits. I say, take it with a pint of salt! As to Mr Daniel and Mr Bereket, I applaud their effort in exposing the dictator’s silliness. Your WISDOM is inspiring. Thank you, brothers.
barneTSA January 22, 2012
Let’s follow their foot steps in making a difference to the misery of our people under the dictator! It takes a whole lot of us.
hidree January 21, 2012
lambro is doing what is good for the new comers
running a community center. lambro is well known person
in the strugle of our independence and his name has been
written long time ago before this two guys know him.
the interview is very cheap and boring.winnpeg is a small
town and assenna is exagurating about the eritrean population
who live there.
barneTSA January 22, 2012
May be in your fantasy. What did he do the clone from Greek, son of apathic people of the lost colonozation(wedi BDAMA) tell us where he was during the struggle. Apart from usurpering Eritreans in Greek. and ranskaing cash in the name of orphanages!
barneTSA January 22, 2012
If it is cheap why bother listening and commenting. Better do your job! ..but your comment implies you are cheap!

Kozami a true ugly face of the pfdj bandit is here again with more of the same.
Attempting to Divert talking points to trivials. How would the fact whether Bereket Yohannes is a younger brother of Aster or not factor in into the realities in Winnipeg.
What Bereket and Daniel along with their compatriots doing in Winnipeg is oppose the gross human rights violations and injustice in Eritrea being perpetrated by gangs to which Kozami pledges allegiance.
Kozm Kozami but the tide of change is on the horizon.
nahom merhawi January 22, 2012
@ Kozami, the interview was not about Bereket’s family and his genealogy hence needless to mention whose brother-in-law he is. The truth is that he and his family are heroes. He is doing the best he could to expose the lies and brutality of the regime and fighting for justice day in and day out. If you are man enough feel the pain and agony of your people and be the voice for the voiceless. Unfortunately many people in the diaspora, perhaps including yourself, have chosen to ignore the sad plight of our people and elected to endorse the injustice of the regime. I hope that one day you will come to appreciate the relentless efforts of Bereket and many others like him and play your role in bringing about change. My best wishes.

While some sampaign to undercut this movement for democratic reform inside Eritrea,
we should be skeptical of the efforts for producing sustainable social justice and developments. The HGDF’s proponents would not restrict from their foul-mouth
provocative and other non- Eritrean behaviours where all of us are caught in this
nonsense prolonged downturn with uncertain prospects. The tactic of set them apart scenario by simply dismissing citizens ideas and beleifs would not work anymore.
It is our moral obligation to stand agaist manupulative higher-ups to protect our right
and save our common interest.
What BEREKET and DANIEL said does not surprise me, we all know that unless we
keep denying the facts. I admire these gentlemen for their courage to stand firm on
their principled beleifs. I wish them the best.

Correction: Read as campaign Pls.

Ahmed, we are all like them. Let’s take a step in making a difference in our country. We can all do it and it will make a HUGE diffence. STEP by STEP we gonna make it!

BADMA January 22, 2012
Thanks Ema for the great interview.
Mr. T January 22, 2012
The intra-feud and self-destruction still goes on. From the interview, I can sense that the two gentlemen have some grains to grind. They are in a mission not only to destroy the community which is run by the “PFDJ” supporters as they call it, but they are also lobbying and spying against any Eritrean who was carrying arms to “change a government”. And this applies to Amanuel Eyasu if he wants to immigrate to Canada. It applies to any Eritrean who was a member of the Eritrean revolution including the ELF and EPLF. To me, these two individuals are the most dangerous Eritreans I have ever seen. What they are trying to do is really disgusting. Could they be agents of the barbaric woyane regime or they are simply members of a weird religion that believes nothing in this world of humans but in the hereafter? Diaspora Eritreans, it is time we all stand up in unison against those who try to associate Eritrea’s 30 years war for independence as a work of terror. If they are spying on any Eritrean who was carrying arms to change a government, do the Eritrean oppositions qualify as terrorists because they are trying to change the Eritrean government? If you are not willing to fight this heinous work, you will one day regret when you become yourself a victim. Think big.

…..Well my dear better be aware of the laws where you are residing before they take you by surprise.
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act – S.C. 2001, c. 27 (Section 34) states as follows
34. (1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible on security grounds for
(b) engaging in or instigating the subversion by force of any government;
And these guys have legitimate concerns that they need to be addressed. If you have an isssue better address it sooner than later. The merits of Eritrea’s war is not applicable in Canada and it is futile to use it in fighting the Canadian Law.

They have clearly stated that they want a community which serves its members not a satellite institution of the dictator in Eritrea. It is the community’s onus to dissosciate itself from the agents of the cruel regime. They should not allow Lambros and his disciples tarnish the reputation of the community. As whether Bereket and Dani are agents of Woyane or not, You better deal with Woyane in BADMA which has been under their adminstration for OVER 12 Years. Woyane DO NOT need an agent to kneel and bend Issayas. They are well off on their own. Cheers!
Mr. T January 23, 2012
Although I am a little bit disappointed with your anonymity because giving yourself a real name would have added some weight to your comment. Never the less, I have a serious question for you and I expect an honest answer. You know the Eritrean opposition movements are “engaging in or instigating the subversion by force” to change the Eritrean government. They have supporters such you and many others in Canada. Do you feel you qualify for a deportation because you have clearly violated the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act? I am really interested to see if you are an honest individual or you are just a mean crook. As to the barbaric woyane that you seem to have no problem for still occupying Eritrea’s sovereign territory in violation of international laws, you should not bother yourself too much about how patriotic Eritreans will get their occupied land back. Moreover, if a community wants to support the PFDJ regime, it has all the rights to do so. There are many communities that do the same things. A good example to mention here is the Jewish Congress despite all the gruesome human rights violations of Israel. Think bigger than your size. Revenge is not a solution.
Mr. T January 23, 2012
Please read “such as you” and not “such you”. Thanks.

KKKKKKK, don’t cry foul here! BADMA has been under Ethiopian administration for over a decade. When are going to return it??? When the Tigreans consolidated their administration? As for the patriotism, we have seen it all in the war of 1998-2000. Show us your gut if you are patriotic and help the toothless dictator in restoring BADMA….from what we see it is a long lost history(KEM TuB ADEKA KIBETSA DEA,loser). now you come to understand international laws. You can’t cry foul and flip international laws once WOYANE flex their arms n cripple your chauvenstic ego. Let’s come back to UNIVERSAL DECLERATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. why didn’t you tell WFP that you support the dictator. Have the courage to do so! as for the violation of the immigration law please state it clearly so that I can rectify it before it’s too late. BTW I think you need an eye glass to read what is written. Did I mention anything that supports the opposition? Beware of what you argue about. Your assumption might lead you to stupiduty. Why are you using pen name and you want me to give you my real name?? Are you nuts? Or you think that you will deprive me my right like your dictator boss in Eritrea. Be smart and think about ideas. Think your size before you advise ppl to think big. Avenger is the pschopath dictator in Eritrea who micro manages the country. Your advice might be appropriate for the cruel blood sucker.
