IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL ERITREAN CANADIAN IN OTTAWA AND SURROUND

Dear Brothers and Sisters who support PFDJ in Ottawa and environs:

The Eritrean Canadian Human Right Group has learned that the Eritrean Consulate Office in Toronto is organizing a demonstration to oppose Canada’s decision to expel Consul Semere G.  O. Michael.

In supporting PFDJ and planning demonstration while our people are being horrendously tortured by the tyrant regime back home and is forcefully charging 2% Diaspora tax by extortion abroad to use it to finance its network of prisons, it epitomizes the entrenched cruelty that has been embedded in you. Eritreans are still shaking their heads in disgust at your gathering last Sunday when you have deliberately chose to ignore the suffering that is waged against our people. History has silently documented your despicable gathering, your cruel and unhinged uttering’s.

We put pictures just to remind you that supporting PFDJ means disowning the victims, who are loved once of many of you and the Eritrean family at large. You do not have to succumb to the intimidations while you are living in a country that has unlimited choices to make the right decision.  Please reflect, do deep soul searching and ask God the Almighty for guidance and wisdom before you become the willful sanitizers of PFDJ crimes by attending this demonstration to oppose liberty.

In addition, it is your duty to protect the Canadian rule of law since you are Canadian citizens and you enjoy all the freedoms that it offers you.  As Eritrean Canadian Community, you should not compromise the enshrined laws that we all are grateful to.

The least that Eritreans expect from you is to abstain and boycott and not grace PFDJ by your presence. Respect yourself. And if you can, stand up for the voiceless victims of Eritreans in all the refugee camps and in Sinai organ trafficking.

Finally, E.C.H.R.G would like to make it clear that, although it is your prerogative to attend the PFDJ demonstration to protest against Justice and Freedom, but make no mistake about it that this will be a public record and will be documented appropriately not only for posterity but also for the RCMP.
