Immigration court overturns Home Office decision to refuse entry to Yordanos Takle Tesfagabir who wed at just 15
The Home Office has failed to prevent an African woman coming to Britain despite fears she was involved in an illegal underage marriage when she was just 15.
Theresa May, the Home Secretary, fought to bar Yordanos Takle Tesfagabir from this country on the grounds her marriage had been illegal.
But immigration judges overturned the Home Office’s decision even though they were unable to obtain conclusive evidence that marriage at such a young age was legal in Mrs Tesfagabir’s homeland.
Judges ruled the woman, who is from Eritrea, can be reunited with her husband, who now lives in Britain as a refugee.
One expert expressed surprise that the court could take such an important decision based on unclear evidence.

This is likely to be a fake marriage for the sake of immigration to a safe land. When there is Sawa, Sinai and the Bedouin-Rashaida gangs waiting to ambush, sell to slavery and organ harvest what else can Eritreans do?
This reminds me of the child marriages in Yemen and Saudi Arabia that involves child brides under the age of nine. This was common in the area for many centuries where a famous to some infamous old man of 50 years old once consummated marriage with an eight year old child.
Below is a sample of what is happening in the present Yemen:
