In Self-Defence - Apply to HIGDEF!November 11, 2013
I am one of the non active members of EMDHR. I have reservation on this group. I am not against nonviolent struggle. But I am also a strong believer in accommodating ACTION in Self-Defense. This means you take action when someone is coming to kill you. In the west people take action when someone broke to their house and come to kill them or arrest them. The first step is to declare that this government is illegitimate. Then we can apply. In self defense rule. In self-defense.

In this regard, the current statutory defense reflects the common-law “right” of an individual to repel a threat to life or limb… Defense of oneself or one’s relations, deemed a natural, inalienable right at common law, justified the use of force, making even homicide lawful.[3]

This means if TPDM or HIGDEF or ISSEYAS come to kill me I have to apply the same rue to eliminate him. Can some one a lawyer elaborate on this. I want to advocate for this action. We need to apply the RIGHT of SELF-DEFENSE to eliminate the coward and his followers.

What you are proposing is pre-mediated and thus any self-defense is muted given the applied intention to provoke and kill? If they come at you first, then you are justified, but why are you seeking a fight. You are just as bad as Isaias if killing is your forte. Glad you are not a member of EMDHR. We don’t want criminals amongst our ranks.

I thought for a year we don´t see any Guwaila, or until we avenge Isayas Afeworki to who is the main cause and responsible for perished 365 innocent citizens.
