US Policy Shifts towards Somaliland

In what appears to be a effort to reward stablilty in a highly unstable
part of the World ,The US is going to increase the amount of aid it
sends to the “Breakaway Region” of Somaliland. On the surface that can
be seen as the US growing increasingly frustrated with the Pace of
“Nation Building” within Somalia.
