Author Yosief Tewolde  (Seber) reveals rare exposé of encounter with death

LONDON – The mystic realm of the afterlife remains a wonder to many philosophical minds. It is explored in literature; glorified in the arts. But does it really exist? In this newest book, “Glance at Eternity” (published by Xlibris UK), author Yosief Tewolde (Seber) challenges theologians, atheists and many believers everywhere as he reveals his actual encounter with death, providing a rare exposé of the proverbial heaven, hell and all that is beyond.

One eventful day, Tewolde runs under a train against the usual transience of his daily life.  Unbeknown to him was the looming danger. Suddenly, disaster strikes to the unimaginable mishap. In what seemed like the longest time in his life, Tewolde finds himself under a pile of dirt and rubble with different parts of his body either in terrible pain or paralysis. He was lucky to be pulled out in time to make it to the hospital.  The incident cost him brain damage, limb amputation and the loss of an eye’s sight.  But it was what happened during recovery and after hospitalization that changed his life.

Yosief Tewolde (Seber) claims to have encountered death and the sequences around it. He has glanced at eternity and visited heaven and hell. While aware of the possible disbelief and skepticism he might receive from many readers, he still took the courage to share the purest truth of what he has gone through – in the hope of encouraging others who had similar experiences to share this unique gift to others.

The author welds his narrative in dramatic language while staying loyal to the confines of truth to detail the metaphysical associations that just might be too difficult to capture in prose. Still, the resulting work is an evocative literary blend that appeals to the soul and the spirit.

“There is a real intensity to it and while much of what is written about is beyond my experience, I greatly enjoyed the author’s intoxicating use of language,” literary critic and reviewer Bernard Kelly remarks on Tewolde’s work.

An intriguing and thought-provoking personal account of the afterlife, “Glance at Eternity” relays the author’s message of hope as it dares to challenge readers’ beliefs on spirituality, religion and life after death.

I am interested reading books on this subject, because I remember a patient in cardiac arrest who we were trying to resuscitate, after 3 consecutive defibrillation, and iv meds in between, she came back , and was fully awake , and she started telling me about her death experience in her layman’s words as entering a peaceful place with a soft hymn playing on the background…….I was perplexed with her story, so I am sure Mr.Tewolde you will expound that experience articulately in your book. I will pick up a copy. Thanks.
