Not only in New York, my sisters, we need to step up in every aspect of the struggle. We need to show our brothers how it is done because we women (not all of us) are good listeners and we are tolerant, accommodating and visionaries. Our men could do well to support us but we will have to stand up to those who try to manipulate us.
Go on our beautiful strong sisters just like in medda Eritrea
and now show them in streets of Europe and America how it is done and acheieved.
The rest of us who cannot be there will be with you in sprite and in praying for all.
The participation of the Eritrean women in the straggle for freedom, liberty, equality and justice will definitely make our victory certain. It’s about time for Eritrean women to lead our struggle for freedom, equality, liberty and justice. Eritrean women are the most abused people by the present regime. The regime in Eritrea not only abuse Eritrean women but also enslave them and their children.
Eritrean women in diaspora must fight to preserve their well known reputation
history of bravery and dedication. After what happens the ability to triumph
begins with you . Fight for it and you have many brothers who stand to support .
Isn’t Deleyti Fithi slogan conclude your cause ? Obviously we are at same risk .

My precious and favorite close of mine are my sisters . The way they handle family
issues at bad or good times and their unconditional love is amazing . The same goes
with social issue in Eritrean society role they play . We can’t underestimate the power
what God gave them in our life .
It is funny , we grow up running for cover calling mama-mama and then latter as
grown up man full of confidence their presense dosn’t mean nothing . I think men
are hypocrites by nature in this world . I strongly support women’s right movement
in third world countries where ignorance rules their destiny .
Very true indeed, Ahmed.Hope you doing well where ever you are, till we reunite soon in a serene, authentically peaceful, free, democratic Eritrea where we can speak our mind with our chins up in the air without looking to our right or left wondering if any of “03” are eavesdropping.
My Mom, a towering matriarch authority figure you can’t ignore, she kept a home almost the size of a platoon, and she even brought in some relatives to raise who otherwise would have fallen through the cracks, God bless her soul. This is the segment of our population we seem to overlook. No more!
