The strongest magic or tragedy of revolution and its darkest secret is that you will never find out
that you have been duped until you are actually duped. Would you have listened to anyone who would tell you that you would be worse off after Eritrea’s split from Ethiopia during the Eritrean revolution of 1961 – 1991?
I pray to God that Mr Haile (DeruE) would still be alive and healthy and gets out to see his beloved Eritrea and his family and friends soon. I have heard about revolutions eating their hero children fighters but lets hope the Eritrean revolution don’t get to eat or finish all her children.
The wrong thing is that we never learn from the past such as the mistakes before 1971 and 1991. History repeating it self under the same man if not men. Therefore, he is the history of these ugly situation who created to build his umpire but failed utterly and flattened to the ground where we see him leaking the last eritrean blood on his hand. His plan is no more visible and rubbished by himself as he already pressed the self destruction button and it is about time that the cycle to take its course. He knows it but he want to take us down with him like his ancestors, whether we are helping him or not time will tell as Haile durae said it to Dun Connel.
