“Justice denied to one is justice denied to all”. But the same could be said of those who deny or delay justice in the name of the ghedli revolution or the nation.
“Justice denied to one in the name of ghedli revolution or the nation shouldn’t also be entertained or accepted without extending that ‘exception’ to the entire population”.
In the Eritrean tragedy still unfolding, we see that the innocent-seeming assumptions many Eritreans carry in regard to ghedli or the nation have enormous consequences. In other words, it is only if and when Eritreans kill the Shaebia and ghedli in them that they would fully comprehend the true extent of injustice in the land. Eritreans are first and foremost prisoners of their minds, only when we escape from our mind prison of ghedli and our unique nation mentality that we will set Eritrea free further sacrifices.
To fight back against the system (Higdefs) requires an altogether different state of mind : we have to free ourselves from being a hostage to the revolutionary past that has made us locked up in their prison that is in the so-called oppositions of the the same old ghedli remnants.
Bravo brother Bereket, and I couldn’t agree more but would like to add a few more to your brilliant comment.
Isaias’s and PFDJ’s Eritrea now is a big empty village, surviving more from the images it creates among its people than from any show of strength on the ground. It’s army, with mass desertions and conscription evasions, has been thoroughly hollowed out. Its population, with young adults leaving in mass exodus, has also been gutted out. Its economy, despite the “mining boom”, has nothing to show for it on the ground. If there is anything that Ghedli revolution has shown so far, it is only that people are kept in prison Eritrea by the state of their mind (still romanticising Ghedli) rather than by the strength of the regime.
Eritrean people never opposse GEDILI they were tired of the Haileselase and Derge regimes who were abousing the people distroying the land, why you guys fell to see the pain of the entire nation and blame it on the people??? or are you not the part of the people? AND the HGDF regime also a bunch of out side spies including the dictator sneaking in the Gedli and make it work against the Eritrean people, and you andenet syphatizers instead of finding ways how to solve the problem you are blaming the victims. If HGDF leaders betryed the G 15 (the people who were gulity of wrong doing in Gudli ) which they regrate later and they tried to corect it by asking the Dictator to implment the constitution and find solutions in diplomacy before going to war. Don’t you have some humanuty in you to say this is wrong, let find a some solution now?
Eritreawit,
It really seems very strange and weird that you accuse Teclay when he hasn’t commented at all! Unless his comment has been deleted and that wouldn’t be the first time, I don’t see why you include him in your wild accusations and generalization? Is it just becoming like a habit or a hobby of yours and your likes to be “Tsemam Hade derfu” or is it just “B’zeben Wube ztsememes Wube indabele mote”????
Indeed, the ghedli generation’s illusion of heroism is becoming an endless curse, and its search for real and imagined enemy has come to be a liability to the new generation of Eritrea. Ghedli is a rotten system created by the dumb tegadelti and which is the cause of the misery that befall on the Eritrean people. It is only by exposing this evil system and getting rid of it that people can be free and peace and normalcy will be returned to our Eritrea.
Last, the way you use andnet sympathizers on anyone is euphemism for traitor; since you are not one of the regime lackeys, you have to prove your case or accusations using their words and not your unsubstantiated opinions. You simply need to mature as well as to get real.
I believe it was the great man Martin Luther King who once said, “One of the sure signs of maturity is the ability to rise to the point of self-criticism.”
Obviously you are new here, i suggest find mr Tekly’s comments all over demo.archive.assenna.com articles and tell me if you are not going to say,who is this guy and if he really is not helping or finding solutions for the great problem we are in why is here to demonize, disrespect and accuse the victims?
The Gedli generation were univercity racduates 4year 5 years some doctors some engeeniers who went to gedli because of the discreamination they where suffering from Ethiopian regimes, some actully had the potential to lead Africa none alone just Eritrea, they did not make it home, we know now why, it is because of the devil Dictator and his cliqes did not want any copitition some was illiminated porposily put to front line some were gun down in the back . And you missy you would not now any of it or not to understand it, because you don’t have family in Eritrea. That is why i say andenet sympathizers. Plese do not do the proverbs it is annoying.

Keep up the good work and keep fighting the Tembenis, till they are kept in the container prisons for ever.
Sara.M writes,’GHEDLI IS A ROTTEN SYSTEM CREATED BY THE DUMB TEGADELTI AND WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF THE MISERY THAT BEFALL ON THE ERITREAN PEOPLE’. Can somebody with a sound mind scribble this kind of statement? And what kind of message are you trying to convey?
Eritreans in Zurich – Switzerland must be desperate and must have also run out of real politicians
to have Amanuel Eyassu as their main speaker or guest. Where are the real and quality politicians of Eritrea?
Amanuel is just an ordinary so called journalist but not a politician. We need heavyweight politicians in our complex situation.
If we are really left just with hopeless people like Amanuel then it is a very long good night to our beautiful Eritrea.
You are talking about “real politicians” “heavy weight…quality politicians…bla! bla!. You must be very crazy boy (Nihna Nisu! Nisu Nihna!), if you have ..Yemane Monkey, Sofia, or Gidewon etc. in your mind. These are not politicians, these are people who sold their soul to serve and extend the lies, betrayal and mischiefs of the cold blooded murderer regime of ISAYAS AFEWORKI… I recommend you to check your craziness by clicking this links…”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjVqxN3YAVI” …”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWEn9TcgUB0″. Amanuel is a free citizen and Journalist who is dedicated his time save and lift the awareness of his people. Keep it up Amanuel Bravo, you are welcome to zürich.
If you have a little brain, you would have known that if Eritrea had been lucky to have just 10 brave and smart men like Amanuel Iyasu she would never be in the complex situation you are talking about in the first place. Amanuel is a golden son of Eritrea your 10 ‘heavy politicians’ combined could never match. Whatever you say, Zurich is ready to host the star and the star will shine as ever. Just listen to his much anticipated lecture being in your closet.
We Eritreans do not have a country at this point in our history. So in our struggle to regain what we have lost as a people we need every Eritrean. Mr Amanuel Eyasu is without doubt our voice and our conscience and that is why we love him so much. PFDJ tags and 03 agents are off course desperate about that and we know they have tried and are gonna try everything in their littleness to discourage a BRAVE Eritrean like Mr Amanuel. Let me say this: we are the sisters and brothers, sons daughters, fathers and mothers of our Ghedli. It is our past. It is part of our history and we cannot distance ourselves from that part of us. That is where we triumphed over the dergue oppression and iseyas’s evilness. Because bottom line is we still exist as a people and we are rising. We will come back and build a democratic nation as a gift to our fallen HEROES. God bless our brothers and sisters in Swiss for this opportunity. And God bless Mr Amanuel for his relentless effort. God bless our people and our motherland.

Thank you Assenna friends for making this possible. Eritrean Justice Seekers are proud of you and we welcome our brother the most humble, brave, articulate pfdj headache, the journalist and poet Amanuel Eyasu to Zuerich. You both deserve a standing-ovation! very soon we will be a free people my dear fellow country men and women.
