Why doesn’t Adhanom just go ahead and tell his version of stories ? What’s the need of all these announcements beforehand ? So many comments have already been written before Adhanom ever started to utter a word. I wonder what will follow after he gave his long awaited interview.
For whatever reasons, Wegahta seems to be gone for good, as a maintenance of a Website would not take this long a time. My personal guess is that some political intrigues are definitely being screwed form behind that we might not be able to see Wegahta any longer.
We only hope Tesfay Temnao finds another platform as soon as possible – be it to finish his stories or challenge his opponents. The ball will be on his side after Adhanom’s Interviews.

We (Eritreans) have asked Mesfin and Adhanom POLITELY to tell us the truth about our struggle. Both of them were not sure how to handle it. IT IS TOO HOT FOR THEM TO HANDLE IT.I have huge respect to Adhanom. Atleast he is trying to fight against the DICTATOR unlike the ever silent Mesfin who is spending majority of his time to defend and justify the presnt and past actions of the DICTATOR. However, I am expecting Adhanom will do the same as mesfin in the topic raised by the truthful WEDI Temnewo.Both mesfin and adhanom have the same aim (to run from responsiblilty). Now they are coming out of their confort zone to cover the truth as it directly touches their crime. TRUTH CAN’T DISAPPEAR FOREVER. If you fail to tell us the truth, somebody else will do. The difference between Mesfin and Adhanom on one hand and WEDI TEMNWO on the other hand is FREEDOM. Actually to every sensible person with his mind there is no a need of another person additional confirmation to tell us how it was the former Gedli, weather or not with full of crime and by bandits activity as was filled, like Ato Tesfay Temenwo well explained us. Alone the current Eritrean situation, and Isayas´s and cos daily activity by itself was be and could be more enough, than any others a good lesson or a good teacher. As for me, above from in my eyes what i seeing and from my brain what i observing now; i don´t need anyone´s confirmation or additional approval or contradictory argument, be it from Adhanom or Mesfin even it be From Tegadalay Tesfay to tell me , weather or not what kind of a Diablos person Isayas is to tell me , or weather since gedli time was he committing crime or not committing to confirm me. You people! are you all crazy? Please tell me if you do not and could not understated about what it is going now, about what kind of crime against our nation and people is committing by Isayas and his cliques now, how could you understand then in your unmatured brain to that was committing crime by Isayas to understated? People above Like Mesinas, Habibi, Thomas, Truly Truly and ahmed Saleh said it very well all in their own way. The Eritrea we know now is the product of the Ghedli and what did it bring to its citizens is not secret to any one I.E misery, Injustice, poverty, cultural distraction, involuntary migration, displacement and hopelessness to mention a few.
Can anyone tell me how one can work all his life to produce the above result? This is heart breaking and tragedy.
What it is to show off or brag about this Ghedli that brings positive thing to Eritreans? roads, Economic relief, stability, or what?.
I heard Mr. Adhanom’s interview yesterday and I was not disappointed with his interview because he has 12 years to set his record straight and didn’t do anything to rectify or to tell his version of his story of the Ghedli atrocity. So, why would I be surprised to hear him defend himself even in a most bizarre way? He has to fight back because Tesfay Temnewo implicated him (Adhanom) and his buddy Beraki in their involvement to side with Issayas and the deki Keyih Bahri Junta to liquidate Menka or minkiskas 1973.
Mesfin’s interview was by the way the same as Adhanom’s the only difference was that Mesfun was joined EPLF since inception of EPLF and Adhanom by his own admission was joined at the same time as Tesfay Temnewo in 1972.
In conclusion, those who had blood on their hands will fight back harder instead of admitting the Wrong doing of the past and try to correct it. They chose to cover it up and accuse the people who shed light of the past crimes and atrocity of the Ghedli.
That is why the so called Opposition camp Lead by this inept people didn’t produce any kind of meaningful change for the Last 20 years. Now that the youth is trying to take its destiny in his own hands and they all panic and came out their shell to accuse the story teller. This is purely Character assassination period. If they have a story to tell they don’t have to character assassinate but to tell us the story as they know is best.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ADHANOM?
We thought he rational.
We thought he is a victim of Isayas and his clique.
We thought he is the one who can truly bring to light all the atrocities committed during the struggle.
We thought he can set up a strong opposition against the dictator after the 2001 incident.
HE DELIVERED NONE OF THE ABOVE; RATHER
Intensionally or unintensionally, he became one of the obstacles to the unity of the opposition in the diaspora. He split his party for about 3 times.
He is acting like another Isayas in the diaspora, both in his words and actions.
He is trying to stop brave people from speaking out against the dictator’s past and present actions. Thereby denying the society the opportunity to know who their real enemy is.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM HIM IN THE FUTURE?
As of today, we should expect nothing from him. This man , either he lacks the ability or is the other side of the dictator in Asmara.
I would expect this lecture from Mesfun Hagos as he is a clear supporter of the dictator ; but not from Adhanom. Now that the facts are coming to light, We should be cautious with him.

Dear Kalighe,
Its kind sad that we are more concerned and waste most of our times worrying about a nation that is 20 times larger than we are and endowed with abundant natural resources but best of all,a nation where the rule of law prevails when we have our little Eritrea that has become a nightmare to the region in general and to its own people that fought so hard to be free in particular.The magnitude of the atrocities that have been committed in our little land against our poor people in the last 22 years can ONLY and ONLY be compared to that of Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge rule(1975-1979)
We should be worried and more concerned about the motherland we all love that is falling apart and dying slowly in the hands of yesteryear’s tegadeltti and today’s shefatu.We should spend our valuble time on how to save our youth that are vanishing in the deserts,deep sea,African prisons and in the hands of Bedouins.We are too little and too insignificant to be compared with Ethiopia.Speaking of border demarcation,I think its stupid to be obsessed and argue about demarcation when we have a nation that can’t survive without the cooperation of Ethiopia.If truth is to be told,Eritrea is a nation that can’t stand on its feet and with no viable economy to live on and neither Djibouti.Our colonizers,the Italians and later the British knew it and that was why the Italians renounced their claim officially in 1947. It makes me sad and sick that even our stupid educated ones failed to understand that we still had to turn to Ethiopia to make use of our stupid ports to survive after we fought them tooth and nail.I am not saying that the previous Ethiopian repressive regimes shouldn’t be fought but they should have been fought to be replaced with a democratic ones.The end always justified the means though,after the end of our 50 years madness,neither freedom nor a nation with a viable economy achieved but a nation that is totally left to the mercy of a lunatic man with all kinds of power under the sun.I regret to be part of a generation that applauded the flawed,unrealistic and fake revolution that we call “gedlli” that has become the source of all the miseries,agonies and sufferings of our people and always will.

It is my hope that Adhanom will come out in the open to expose Ghedli and its worthless principles instead of defending it. Adahanom has only one life to live. He should only tell the truth. He may have been too young then to do the right thing but he is now, not only an adult but also an elder shimagle.
He should call it a spade is a spade. Nothing good has come out of Ghedli and nothing good will come out of it in the future. It is a failed project destined to be cursed by the future generation.

I heard Mr. Adhanom’s call it interview or cooments, has no any subtance. He has been repeating the word “disinformation” thousand times. He was trying to defame Tesfay and pilot simply because disclosed crimes Mr Adhanom was involved in. To my surprise, he said that there many written books on Eritrean armed struggle. Sir, you are the molded version of PFDJ.

Comparing their interviews myself felt more connected with Tesfay Temenewo from the way he approach his
listeners . In fact he sound more tangible on what he have to say to his fellow county men/women .
I started to appreciate him when he told stories of late 70’s when we were young with no clue of political
games because it makes a sense to believe him . The same goes to all brave patriots who who come forward
to share their knowledge with their people . As it said ” BETRI HAKI TIKETN EMBER AYTSBERN ” .
