ናይ ማእከላይ ምብራቕን ኣፍሪቃን ሰፊሕ ዲፕሎማስያዊ ተመክሮ ዘለዎ ኣቶ ዓብዱ፣ ሓደ ካብቶም ናይ ዝተፈላለየ ቋንቋታት ኣፍልጦ ዘለዎም ብቑዓት ኣባላት ክፍሊ ፖለቲካዊ ጉዳያት ሚኒስትሪ ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ህግደፍ ምንባሩ ዝጠቐሱ ምንጭታት፣ ከም ኣካል ዲፕሎማስያዊ ልኡኻት ናይቲ ስርዓት ብቐጻሊ ናብ ማእከላይ ምብራቕን ኣፍሪቃን ይገይሽ ከምዝነበረ የመልክቱ። ንጉዳይ CEN-SAD ዝምልከት መዝነት ከምዝነበሮ ‘ውን ተፈሊጡ።
ኣቐዲሙ ንስርዓት ህግደፍ ዝገደፎ ዲፕሎማት ከምዝሓበሮ፣ ኣቶ ዓብዱ ከም ኣባል 9ይ ዙርያ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት እዩ ኣብ 2003 ናብ ሚኒስትሪ ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ተጸንቢሩ። ድሕሪ ምንቅስቓስ ሓይልታት ምክልኻል “ስርሒት ፎርቶ” ዳርጋ ደስኪሉ ከምዝነበረ ‘ውን ይጠቅስ።
ኣምባሳደር ምልካዊ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ኣብ ዓዲ እንግሊዝ ተስፋሚካኤል ገራህቱ (ወዲ ገራህቱ) ምስ ማሓዮታቱን ተሓባበርቱን፣ ነቲ ዝኣጎለ ፖሊሲታት ናይቲ ስርዓት ንምቅላዕ ኣፉ ከይከፍት ምእንቲ ንኽሽሕጡዎ፣ ክረኽቡዎ ላዕልን ታሕትን ክብሉ ከምዝጽንሑ እቶም ምንጭታት የረድኡ።
ንሱ ምስቶም ምስ ስርሒት ፎርቶ ብዝተኣሳሰረ ምኽንያት ብዘይ ሕጋዊ መንገዲ ተቐይዶም ዘለዉ ኣምባሳደር ዑስማን ጅምዕን ካልኦትን ጽቡቕ ርክብ ከምዘንበሮ ‘ውን ይጠቀስ።
ድሕሪ’ቲ ብ 23 ጥሪ 2013 ኣብ ኤርትራ ስለ ለውጢ ዝተኻየደ ምንቅስቓስ ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ኤርትራ፣ ማእሰርትን ግፍዕን ከይገጥሞም ብምስጋእ ገለ ኣብ ማእከላይ ጽፍሒ ሓላፍነት ዝነበሩ ሰበስልጣን ከምዘምለጡ ዝዝረብ ኳ እንተኾነ፣ ድሕሪ እቲ ስርሒትን እቲ 367 ኤርትራውያን ብጅምላ ዝቐዘፈ ዘሕዝን ጥፍኣት ላምፐዱዛን፣ ኣቶ ዓብዱ ዑስማን ሑመዲን ዑቕባ ምሕታቱ ዝተረጋገጸ ናይ ፈለማ ዲፕሎማሰኛ ምዃኑ እዩ።
ብዘይካ ‘ዚ ካብ ወርሒ ጥቅምቲ 2013 ንደሓር ክልተ ኣባላት ሚንስትሪ ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ካብቲ ስርዓት ደሃዮም ኣጥፊኦም ከምዘለዉ ይንገር።
