I did read what is posted at Meskerem.net as well. I am not sure what went wrong but the argument is not really healthy.
1. I do not understand why the writer decided to attack Ato Amanuel in the way they did. They could not mention what Dr Andeberhan did to the Nation and to G-15 in his many capacities. He is implicated in the dismantlement of the only university we had. Such an act is in direct contradiction to academic ethics as well as ordinary patriotism. That is my view.
2. The second point is that the writer complains that Dr Ahdeberhan was denied his right to freedom of speech. This is so bizarre! No one is denied of the right to freedom of speech except those who live under pfdj, a ruthless and destructive organization which the very Dr Andeberhan served – I don’t know for how many years.

I sincerely hope that Meskerm.net will revise its current state of affairs and elevate itself to a higher level as a source of information, inspiration and patriotic responsibility: particularly playing a role in unifying our people. We Eritreans have to stop destroying ourselves urgently and Meskerm.net has the responsibility to rise above the waters and contribute to our social cohesion positively. I equally beg those who refer Meskerm.net as ‘meshrefet.net’ to stop such characterization and to challenge its editors respectfully and politely. We are all brothers, we will continue to live together for eternity – God willing.
Opposing views and scrutiny are necessary conditions for our development. However, I am worried that if we cannot distinguish between the idea and the person whom the idea originates from, we are working to our peril.
Here is my objection to what is written at Mekerem.net

Now , what is wrong with the so called FIRST ERITREAN OPPOSITION SITE (meskerem) ? Analyze the picture and ask yourself
to find answers why WAELA distanced from this website in particular . Myself I care less not to comment regarding the net .
