ጠቅላሊት መሪሕነት ተሓኤ ኣብ 1970 ንናይ ፊዳእን ስራሓት ስሪዒታ`ውን ፖለቲካ`ውን ዘጠቃለለ ኮይኑ ዝያዳ ስርዑን ዕዉትን ንምግባሩ ብዝወሰደቶ ውሳኔ መሰረት ሓላፊ ወታሃደራዊ ስሪሒት ከተማ ኣስመራ ኮይኑ ዝተመደበ ኣሕመድ ቅድሚ ንበረኻ ምውጽኡ ኣብ ማእከል ከተማ ኣስመራ (ፒያሳ ቶሪኖ) ኣብ ትካል ናይ ኣብኡ ዝሰርሕ ዝነበረ ፍሉጥ መንእሰይ ክነሱ ጸጥታ ኢትዮጵያን ሰለይታን ኣለልዮም ንምሓዙ ተሸጊሮም`ዮም። ከም ዋጋ ናይዚ ኸኣ ኣቦይ መሓመድ ብርሃን ኣብ ትሕቲ ዓይኒ ስለያ ይነብሩ ምንባሮም ከይኣክል ክሳብ እንዳ ፖሊስ እናኸዱ ምህላዎም ንመንግስቲ ከፍልጡ ዝተገደድሉ ግዜ ነይሩ`ዩ።
በዓል ኣሕመድ ንሜዳ ዝወጽሉ ዘመን እዝንኻ ኣየርከብካያን ተባሂልና ምዝገባ ትምህርቲ ዝንፈገና ዝነበረ ዕድመ`ዃ እንተኾነ፤ ነቲ ኣብ መፋርቅ 60ታት ኣቢሉ ንኣኽርያ ዝተገብረላ ፍተሻ ስለ ምንታይ ምዃኑ፤ እቲ ዓበይቲ “ኣሕዋትና” ……. እናበሉ ዘዕልልዎ ኣሕዋትና ክብሉ እንከለዉ ተጋደልቲ ማለቶም ምዃኑ ዳርጋ ንርዳእ ኔርና።
ኣብቲ ዕድመ`ቲ ነቲ ኣብ ኩሉ ኩርናዓት ኣኽርያ ምስ ቃልሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝተኣሳሰረ ዛንታታት ንበጽሖ ኔርና ምባል ኣይከኣልን ግና ክሳብ`ቲ መፈለምታ 70ታት ዝነበረ እዋን በዓል ኣሕመድ መ/ብርሃን፡ ስዒድ በሺር ብምኽንያት ምቅራብ ቦታን ምትእትታውን በቲ ዝዝንተወሎም ዝነበረ ዛንታ ኣቢሎም ዓስኪሮሙና`ዮም።
እዚ ንሰላይን ዘይሰላይን ቃልዕ ኣብ ዝኾነ ክፋል ኣስመራ ክነብርን ክሰርሕን ጸኒሑ ንበረኻ ዝወጸ ጎበዝ ተመሊሱ ኣብ ማእከል ኣስመራ ክጋደል እንኮሎ ብስለላ ክህደን ዘይምኽኣሉ ኣዚዩ ጥንቁቅ ኔሩ ማለት`ዩ ኣብ ዝብል መደምደምታ ክንበጽሕ ዝደፍእ`ዩ ዝመስል፤ ግና ኣብኡ ሓሚሞም ኣብ ሆስፒታል ከም ዝበጸሖም፡ ምስ ሞቱ ኸኣ ኣብ ቀብሮም ኣብ መቃብር ሸኽ ኣልኣሚን ከም ዝተራእየ ምስ ፈለጥካ ካልእ ምኽንያት ሃሰው ክትብል ትግደድ። ኣሕመድ ካብቶም ንኻሊእ ዝርእዩ ካለኦት ግና ዘይርእይዎም ዓይነት ፍጥረት`ዩ ኔሩ ማለት ኣይኮነን፤ ግና እቲ ከባቢኡ ብዓይኑ እምበር ብዓይኒ ጸላኢ ንኸይረኤ ዝገብር ከባቢ ምንባሩ`ዩ ዘመስክር።
ዝኽርን ክብርን ንኹሎም ምእንቲ ክብሪ ሃገርን ህዝብን ዝተሰዉኡ ጀጋኑ፤
ጻማን ሓበንን ኸኣ ነቶም ወሊዶም ዝሃቡ ወለዲ፤ ነተን ዘኽታማት ዘዕበያን ዘኽቲሞም ዝዓበዩን።

I run into him near cinema Croche Rosa when I was little, shadow fighters we use to call them,that breed is irretrievably gone, they cannot be duplicated.Him and Abraham Tecle ,they were the reason I joined the struggle at the tender age of fourteen and half.

I was honored to spend a night with martyred Abraham Tekle( RIP)inside Asmera to help them in one operation around expo . Me and my very close friend martyred Mussie (RIP) were teenagers and I remember his concern
to make sure our safe return until we went back to our unit area.
But his fierce courage doesn’t match his Asmarino boy style outlook . Even ourselves finally knew that the guy with civilian close and boots shoe was Abraham because of his low profile simple attitude .
In deed they were our role models , God bless them .

Acria’s children had paid, proportionally, higher sacrifice to the independence of Eritrea. The dictator is aware of it. Hence, in its disgraceful and ungrateful character, he had killed many and in incarcerated others. He still continue to see Acria’s children as target, out of fear of them. hank you for sharing this information. The Elf was well known for its fantastic fedain work. There were many heroic and world class events that were accomplished by many and including the legendary Abrham Tekle.
It is sad that the present regime is silent about it.

ኣብ ኣካባቢ 1967/68 ይኸውን ኣብ ቤት ገርጊስ እናተመሃርኩ፡ ኣብ ብመስቀል እትፍለጥ ቦታ ምስ ወዲ ክላሰይን ዐርከይን ረዘነ ኣብርሃ ንመጀመርያይ ምስ ተጋደልቲ ስዒድን ሓሰንን ዝበሃሉ ተጋደልቲ ተራኺበ ምስ ተሓኤ ክሰርሕ ዝጀመርኩ። ኣብ ግዜና ጀጋኑ ከም ስዒድ በሽርን እንተዘይተጋግየ ብጻዩ ሓሰን ደቂ ኣኽርያ ኣብ ዕዳጋ ሓሙስ ክሕነቑ ንዕዳጋ ሓሙስ ብጨብጨባ ከነጽምማ ትዝ ይብለኒ። ኣደይ መብራት ዝበሃላ ኣብታ እንዳ ሓሰርንፋይ መሸጢት ደው ኢላን እህታኤን ክምዚ ክብላ ሰማዕኩወን፡ ሂወት ሰብ እናሓለፈት ተጣቕዕሎም፡ ሃየንታ ደይኮነን ዞምደቀይ ምስበላ፡ ሓደ ደፋር ተመሃራይ ከማና ንሃገሩዩ ሓሊፉ ኣደይ በለን። ብድሕርዚ እቶም ክልተ ኢድ ኣለዎም ዝተባህሉ ኣብ እንዳባር ጥቓ እንዳ ዓሳ ኣሕመድ ወደ ኣስመራ ዛሕዚሕዎም ከደ ዝተባህለ። ስዒድ በሽር ክፍረድ ከሎውን፡ ብድሕረይ ኣይክትተርፉን ኢኹም ኢሉዩ ሓሊፉ ዝሰማዕና፡ ከይጸንሑ ድማ በዓል ደግያትባ ግራዝማች ዝቖሓሙዋ። ኣብቲ ግዜቲ ንመጀመርያ ግዜይ ምስ ብርሃነ ኣፍሮ፡ ገዛጣል(ክፋል ዕዳጋ ዓርቢ) ዝተራኸብኩ። ከም ዝፍለጥ ብርሃነ ኣፍሮ ኣብ ሜዳ ብሰልፊ ኢሳያስ ስሒኑዋ ኣብ መጨረስታኡ ግን ብጅግንነት ተሰዊኡ። ብዛዕባ ብርሃነ ኣፍሮ፡ ተወልደመድህን እምባየን፡ መሳልፍቶም ተኽለ ኣብ ካናዳ ስለ ዘሎ እንተዝገልጾ ጽቡቕ ኔሩ፡ ብሕልፊ ብዛዕባ ተወልደመድህን እምባየ ወዲ ማሕበረይ ነበር ኣብ ገዛባንዳ ሓበሻ/ኣኽርያ ብእድገት ዝፍለጥ ብኣቶ ሳልሕ ዝምራሕ ዝነበረ፡ ሃለዋቱ ኣብቲ ብመንካዕ ዝፍለጥ ከመይ ከም ዝነበረ ክፈልጥ ምደለኹ። ኣብቲ ግዜ ማሕበርና ሓንቲ ትያትር ባዕለይ ዝደረስኩዋ፡ ካብ ንእስነተይ ክሳብ መላእ ሂወተይ ትብል ብብሉ ናይል ባንድ ዝተዓጀበት በዓል የማነ ባርያ፡ ተስፋልደት፡ ከሙውን ተኽለ በይዝ ዝነበርዋ፡ ኣብ ቲቲኣይ ኣርኢና ኔርና፡፡ ደቂ ማሕበርናውን ሙዚቀኛትት ተዋሳእትን ከም በዓል ሓሰን፡ ዓሊ፡ ኣብርሄትን ወዲ ቅጫን ኔሮሙና። ተዋሳእቲን ኣመሓደርትን ውን መምህር ዘርኣይ፡ ዕርከይ ኑርሑሴን ሳልሕ፡ ኣብርሄት፡ ሓሰን፡ ዓሊ፡ ወዲ ቅጫ፡ ኣብርሃም ሃይለን (ባዕለይ) ከምኡውን ተሓባበርትና ከም ዓብዱ ሳልሕ ሓዉ ንኑርሕሸን ሳልሕ፡ ኔሮም። ኣኽርያ ዘፍረየቶም ሰልፊ ኢሳያስ ዝቐዘፎም ብዙሓትዮም፡ ንኣብነት ምኪኤል ወዲ ዓቀይታይ፡ ኣበበ ማይ ኣንበሳን ክስመዩ ይኽእሉ። ኣብ ገዛ ታኒካ(ኣኽርያ-እንዳ ገብሪኤል)ኣፈወርቂ ጃዕፈር፡ ደበሳይ መሓሪ፡ ተኽለ ሓዊ ዕማሮ ምስ ብርሃነ ኣፍሮን ተወልደመድህን እምባየን ክልኦት ብጾቶምን፡ እስቲፋኖስ ሃይለ ምስ 6ተ ርእሱ፡ ሰለሙን ሓምቢር(ዕርከይ)፡ ብርሃነ ኪሪስ(ዓርከይ)፡ መኮንን ፊት እንዳ ዱካእን ያሲን፡ ብዙሓት ካብ ማይ ኣንበሳን፡ እንዳ ጋብርን፡ ካብ ፌርማታ ኣውተቡስ፡ ሚደሽቶ፡ ርጋ ሶማልን ገዛ ኣጣልን፡ ኢዳጋ ሳዕርን እንዳ የኔታን ምስ የዕሩኽትና ደቂ ሓዝሓዝ፡ ኣባሻውልን ኢዳጋ ሓሙስን ተጛሕጚሖምዮም ወጹኦም፡፡ ክብዞም ኣሽሓት ዝወጹ ግን ዝተመልሱ በጻብዕቲዮም፡፡ 1997 ዓዲ ምስተመልስኩ፡ ንኹሎም ስድርቤት መሓዙተይን መታዓብይተይን በጺሔ ዝተመለሱ ኣይረኸብኩን፡ ብዘይካ በጻብዕቲ ዝቑጸሩዪም፡፡ ነዞም ኩሎም ዘፍረዩ ድማ ከም መሓመድ ኣስመራ፡ ጅግንነት ስዒድ በሽርን ሓሰንን ስለ ዝኾኑ ሎሚ ክዝክሮም ፍናን እስመዓኒ።

Till late sixties most of heroic ‘Fedayeen’ work in Asmara was done by a ‘Tegadaly’ known as Abdalla Dawoud. As brother Tewelde said, now the regime has erected a statue for Pushkin and a shoe in Asmara, which actually amounts to insult to them as well as to their families, instead of honoring the so many young people who gave their lives heroically to free Eritrea. Shame on Iseyas and his regime.
