I am surprised by your comments. If you believe on your comments, then you are one of the people who failed Eritrea.
Instead of asking what we can do to solve the current issue or how to get rid the dictator, you are pointing finger at the helpless people. I yet have to hear from people who say let’s get rid the dictator by doing this ……
If you are like me who can not offer solution, then just shut up and follow the potential solution given to us by the people who are struggling.

When we see people refusing to look inward, to see what went wrong, because, probably they were on the wrong side of history, we should never expect from them to offer solutions that help bring about a positive change. The G15 and many like them, confronted Iseyas only when he started to get rid of them. Running up to their famous manifesto released to Higdef members, Eritreans and their country had already gone through almost a decade of tremendous loss of life and huge damages, to which many of them, either kept silent or only offered excuses. Now that many of them have probably passed away in the dungeons of the dictator, like their predecessors, Menka, Yemin ..etc. the public has no much appetite to talk about it. It’s very sad to see them perishing this way, but there is nothing new in that, it did happen in the past, with so much indifference. The culture of “omerta” has to be confronted, by looking into past events critically, else the vicious circle will be always in place.

In the 50 yrs of ghedli insanity, we witness one purge after another, where others standby and watch as others perish, at best, or participate in the purging, at worst, until their turn arrives. And when that time arrives, they are met with that same climate of indifference or hostility.
