ብመሰረት ምንጭታት፡ ንሱ “ ናይ ፎርቶ ስርሒት ተጋጊና ኢና ኣጋጊናዮምና እዮም” ኢሉ ዘረብኡ ብምጅማር፡ “ወዲ ዓሊ ኣብ መትከሉ እዩ ተሰዊኡ” በለ፡ ቀጺሉ፡ “ ኣነ ግን ንመን ንሕሾ ኢለ ክስዋእ ኣይመረጽኩን፡ ነቶም ዝጋገዩና መን ከቃልዖም” ብምባል፡ ነቶም ዝጠለሙ ንኹሎም ከቃልዕ ሙኻኑ እዩ ሓቢሩ።

This is valid question, but since the form of the question, probably inadvertently, validates the prior action of Isaias Afewerqi, himself or his agents can answer the question by simply referring the inquirer to Badme, which is still under woyane occupation.

If you recall his survival with Qiada Al Ama, who trusted him so much that it sent him to Communist China for scholarship , while it slaughtered many Christian highlanders as Ethiopian spies. Meles Zenawi interview makes it clear that the Eritrean-Ethiopian war of 1998 was purposely crafted by both of them, Isaias and Meles, to abort the implementation of the Constitution, to purge the senior EPLFs, to consolidate his power so firmly that, by hook or crook, to navigate the country into its demise.
In the aftermath of the EEBC decision, my friend told me, I did not believed him then, that woyane had acted in such away that Badme would be awarded to Eritrea. In retrospect, I think he was right because as soon as the decision was made public, Isaias Afewerqi started acting strangely: he lashed out against the Peace-Keepers, the UNSC, and the USA, which blamed her for allegedly helping woyane in the war, to overthrow him etc.
The reason woyane and its surrogates might purposely worked for Badme to be awarded to Eritrea probably was because they wanted him to look as a winner in the eyes of Eritreans, and his public outbursts against UNSC and USA, to afford him an excuse for the long and agonizing saga they had prescribed for the Eritrean people to go through under their No War, No Peace, cripling sanctions etc.
Ask yourself that Why is he surrounded himself exclusively with people of Tigrai descent? ……Yemane Monkey is Tigrawai by his mother, probably, Yemeni, by his father; Yemane Gebremesqel, 100% Tigrawai, never been to Eritrea before; Kisha Hagos, 100% Tigrawai, he grew up in SenAfe. Isaias wife wife is 100% Tigraweiti.

I am glad you agree with most of my ideas. With regard to “Debub Bahli”, I do not rule out the existence of such Bahli at the peripheri of our borders with Tigrai, specially at Zalambesa area but why cast it the Bahli of the extreme minority as representative of the Bahli of the general population of the Debub? It does not make sense, unless the perpetrators, Isaias Afewerqi and his Tigrawot agents, are really working towards the agenda of which I am implicating them.
I would not have worried about this seemingly trivial issue if they were an isolated phenomena but as I have said previously, when the history and genealogy of Isaias Afewerqi, his manifested anti-Eritrean Intellectuals, the testimony of Meles Zenwai, the unnecessary of war of 1998 and the consequences, such as the suspension of the Constitution, incarceration of Senior EPLFs, the complete isolation of our country, the mass exudos of our youngsters, the crippling sanctions etc. are considered, such things must not be ignored. I am glad you agree with me and I hope the rest of Eritreans will do the same. I started out as Isaias supporter but I became steadily disillusioned ,and more so after I visited Eritrea and witnessed first hand the lies of Isaias Afewerqi and the worsening plight of our people.
I spoke to many people, including EPLFs, teachers, store keepers, hotel workers peasants etc. and all of them were hopeless, living on meager rationing and constant fear of the Tigrai conspirator, Isaias Afewerqi.
I travelled around the country in buses; the Bus Stations are always swarmed with people who wait and wait and wait not knowing which bus will take them and what time. There are private buses and Isaias Afewerqi’s buses, like those Anbesa Buses of king haile Selase. The private buses are allowed to take passengers only after Isaias buses are full and depart.
As soon as you hit aboard the buses, a swarm of beggars flood the bus. They enter the bus from both ends, front and back and they push you as they pass along. One day, I asked why there were so many beggars, as a matter of fact, everywhere in Eritrea. The answer they gave me was shocking. They said, in a nut shell, even those who were not so poor were not ashamed to go around begging, putting on worn out clothes.
The Somali and Eritrean Monitoring group of the UN charaterized Isaias Government as Mafia. I totally agree but Isaias’s motive is not big money but the systematic destruction of our country and people, and over their ashes to build Abai Tigrai.
Unfortunately, many Eritreans have not yet grasped the whole enchilanta of Isaias Afewerqi and woyane machinations and theatrical dramas. They still think that woyane and Isaias are adversaries, that the 1998 war was a real war.
There are many palpable evidences, historical as well as current, that demonstrate vividly that the war was a fake one, fabricated and implemented by both of them. For instance, the right path Isaias Afewerqi should have followed, when woyane allegedly instigated border skirmishes, was to inform the UNSC and the OAU. He did not, not because he was ignorant of the International Law with regard to war between two UN members but because it would not advance his personal cause.
I am by nature optimistic. I believe that very soon, Eritreans will demolish the castles of lies within which the two tegaru, Isaias and woyane,have kept them at loggerheads for decades. We shall rise!!
