I will try to share my “limited” knowledge ,I am only grade 4 completed from inda Shweden ,Lutheran Mission in Asmara Elementary school. Wuchu was a hero. he was!!!!!!!!!!!! He was turned to misuse of a dictator. Remember! He came from a peasant family. He was indoctrinated or impressed to the likings of the sadistic dictator. Importantly of his nature, he became the epic of our struggle. Unless we could distinguish, irrespective of our dismay, right from wrong, we have a problem. Hence, up to to the point, he was a legend. No reasonable person would belittle or deny it. However later, the villain turned him as a yes man, hence perpetuated and strengthened the misery of the very people whom he gallantly charmed. Give him due respect and condolences to his children and family. The culprit dictator should now take the burden for turning our heroes to culpable accomplice. Because the dictator is ruthless and ignorant himself, he designated far more ignorant man than him as a Major general. That way he can order him around and keep his power intact for himslfe and his son. The general has been greatful for the title clearly was over his head. The fake General couldn’t see the damge he has done to his own people and coutnry and how he had tarnished his own legacy. He was just less intelligent by nature. He was born without common sense and was put in a possition he shouldn’t be. It is just sad. With many Eritrean with brain and common sense, we have fools running our country to the ground.
