Little knowledge is dangerous. Ato Weldu, if u have interest in pursuing argumentations with men and women of education, u’ll have in the first place to learn a lot. Even if u’re too old for that, never mind, it’s better late than becoming an embarassment for the rest of ur life.
If u belong to any opposition group, I urge that group to immediately take disciplinary action against u and suspend ur membership. If I were Editor at Assenna I’d never publicize ur silly comments. I start to wonder if I miss something to understand Weldu’s article . Unless there are some personal grudge involved ,
I do not find any destructive written ideas or arguments in his part except his distorted accusation to Petros –
T/ghorgis which looks they both have issues . I just read Petros ‘s article and it is fine I can tolerate his critics.
The truth is both of you need to show maturity . No need to expose yourself into negative personality .

Medrek is dead at its inception. There is no point to argue its importance as entity. I think it got more publicity than it deserves. I know they are to naive to come here as a justice seekers without redemption to their crime. How in right mine is going to buy their method of engagement except some sell out souls which is common in any society. As for the majority they are already like dead woods and soulless opportunists. In fact those guys are all older than 50+ and late 60. My advice to them is to go into retirement in grace. If they feel obliged to help, then there is a way of helping to support and encourage the youths in opposition be it financially or morally or advising them. But they don’t have any of good in them there purpose is to slow down the momentum gained so far in the comp of resistance. After all it is clear by their act, holding meeting in secret with selected individuals. How on earth can they claim they are contributing their bit, by hiding from the very people they represent. It doesn’t add up. They are telling they have connection inside Eritrea. If that is true why are those in Eritrea need a green light from diaspora to carry out their mission. Why they just do what ever they are planning and after they carried out it is sensible to ask the diaspora support in the transition and Medrek may come out as representative. The current Medrek selling point is failed spectacularly from the start. So Woldu my advice to you is to ignore them, don’t reply to any of their garbage. Definitely, they are going to do their best to milk any financial gain but who cares let them do it for now. It won’t last.

I am not sure what you are referring here but I have read what Weldu Tekle’s article and I don’t see any wegenawi statements. Unless, you have an issue with his previous articles. Even those, I didn’t see anything wrong with them. Why? Let me summarize it.
1) He questioned Medrek’s secretive organization. What’s wrong with this?
2) He questioned Medrek’s top mgmt, mainly Andebrehan and few others. What’s wrong with this?
3) Then, as usual, Meskermnet owner wanted to know who is Weldu and where is from. Weldu told him about himself. What’s wrong with this? Would you question if Weldu told him that he is from Geza Banda? It is as simple as that – simple.
Now let me answer to your comments. You have stated these Awrajas were implemented by Italians. That could be true but isn’t that almost all African countries boundaries were mapped by colonizers?
It is ok to talk about your awraja, if you want to, as long as you are not downgrading the rest. You can talk about your wereda, Adi, even Gezawti (if you want to). For instance, in America, if someone asks “where you from?”. You tell them that you are Eritrean. What’s wrong with that? Why don’t you answer them from Africa (sometimes you do but not always). When another African hears that, does he get offended? NO. Because there is nothing wrong with that.
You see, let’s not make it a Taboo to talk where you are from. If it is your choice to just say you are Eritrean, fine with me (that would be my answer too). However, if someone keep asking me upto Adi’s location, I have no problem telling him/her (as long as their intention is for good).

There is a reason for that why isayas introduced – no talk about Awraja while he was recording every info he wanted. He has no Awraja to claim. We believed because we didn’t know his intention.
People should see it this way – because it is simple. Consider you are Asmarino and someone asks you where was your area and you proudly answer him/her you are from Embagaliano, Aba Shaul, Gejeret, etc. What’s Taboo about it? Nothing. Now, apply the same question and answer them proudly that you are from Teseney, Adi Quala, Senafe, Assab, Massawa, etc. Or, simply answer Eritrean. There s nothing wrong with it! Let’s just get use to it and we won’t have a problem – well not most of us (except people like Sulieman, Kidane, Halay, etc).

ኣየ ሃውና መሰል…….ጽሑፍካ ተመሊስካ ኣስተውዕለሉ።ክሳብ ሎሚ ብዘይካ ናለም ጎይተኦም ዝተወሃበ ምላሽ ካልእ ብዛዕባ ኣውራጃን ወገንን ኣየንበብቭናን ወልዱ ካብዝጸሃፎ።እቲ ን ኣለም ጎይተኦም ዝሃቦ ምላሽ ከኣ ይግባእ’ዩ።ምኽንያቱ ፡ከም ኩሎም ዜጋታት ንመሰረታዊ ለውጢ ዝቃለስ ሰብ መንነትን ክብርን ዝትንክፍ ኣብ ህዝቢ ዘንብቦ ኣይልጠፍን’ዩ።ርእይቶ ውልቀሰብን፡ናይ ሃደ መርበብ ኢንተርነት ወናኒ ዝጸሃፎን ዝተፈላለዩ።እቲ መርበብ ዝውንን ሰብ ሞራላዊ ክከውን ዝግበኦ በበይኑ’ዩ።ንሱ ግን ሃዊ ምምላስ ንንእስቶ ምግፋሕ’ዩ መሪጹ።ስለዚ ጽቡቕ ገይሩ ርእሱርእሱ ዝወቐሮ ንኣለም።ብዛዕባ ናይ ኣእምሮ ጸገም ምህላው ግን ንርእስኻን እቶም ከማካ ዚ ኣመሰሉ ባውራጃነት ጥራሕ ዝዛረቡ ክትግደሱ ይላቦ።ናይ ወልዱ ጽሑፍ ምስ ግዜ ዝከይድ፡ንዕኻትኩም ዘርብሕ ምእንቲ ኩሉን ማሕበራዊ ረብሃ ዘለዎ’ዩ።ንሳትኩም ኮለል ኢልኩም ናብታ ኣውራጃ፡ዝበልኩም ኢልኩም ናብታ ኣውራጃ…..ኣዚ ሕማም’ዩ ” pathological anxiety ” ከምዚ ክዝበጡኒ’ዮም ብምባል ተቀዳዲሙ ናብ ምዝባጥ ወይ ጽግዒ ዝኾኖ ናይ ዝህዝ ባህሪ’ዩ።እዚ ከኣ’ዩ እቲ ሕማም።……እዘን ጥልያን ዝሓንጸጸን ኣውራጃታትሲ በቃ ኣሕሚመናኻ……ምባልካ ግን ተደንግ።ቅሩብ ዝሰርሕ ሃንጎል ወይ ዒብ ክብሉኒ’ዮም ዘይብል ኣእምሮ ኣልዩካ’ምበር ንጢልያን ዝሓንጸጻ ኤርትራ እንድዮም ኣሸሓት ደሞም ዘፍሰሱ።………ምስ ወያነን ሻዕብያን ኮይንካ ኤርትራውነት ንምቕታል……..ብኣውራጃ መቓቒሉ ንኤርትራ ኪጎዛዚ…..እዘን ኤርትራ ኤርትራ ዝብላ ቃላት መን ዘውጸአን ኢየን።ስቕ ኢልካ ናውራጅነት ክትወቅስ ኣብዘይትፈልጦ ተኣቱ።……ንስኻ ህግደፍ ኢኻ።ህግደፍ ካብቲ ሃደ ጸይቂ ዝገበሮ፡ነቲ ምስ ታሪኽን ሕግን ተኣሳሲሩ ዝከይድ፡ሕጊ ኣድከመ ምልጋእ፡ሕጊ ኣድግና ተገለባ፡ሕጊ ደቂ ሃበስሉስ፡ሕጊ ጸኦኣዘጋ……ክላእን ዝብል ታሪኽን ኣነባባርን ዘልዎ መንነት ደምሲሱ፡ጢልያን ንመግዛእቱ ክጦም ዝሃንጸጾ ብምባል ደምሲሱ ቅድም ብቁጽሪ፡የኽፍእ’ዩ ምስተባህለ ከኣ ብደቡብ ብምዕራብ ብሰሜን ብወሰን ሰሚዩውን።ስለዚ ንስካ ህግደፍ ኢካ።ምስ ወልዱ ትነጻጸር ሰብ ዘይኮንካ ናይ ኣእምሮ ሕማም ኣሎካ።ሓኪም ተረአ።

ሕሻኪ ወዲ ሳንዳይ ኣከለጉዘታይ ስለ ዝኾንካ ንሓወይ ድሂሎሞ ኢልካ እኳኢኻ ክትካላኸል መጺእካ። ዶ እምበር ከም በዓል ወልዱ ተኽለ ዝኣመሰሉ ሰባት ንኣከለጉዛይ ከም ዝሃስይዋ ትፈልጥ ኢኻ?
ኣብ መንጎ ተራ ኤርትራውያን ናይ ኣውራጃ ጸገም ዝባሀል የሎን። እቲ ጸገም ምስ እቶም ኣብ ሑቕፊ ዎያነ ዘለዉ ርእሶም ብትዕቢት ኣልዒሎም ንረአ ኢና ዝብሉ ደቂ ኣከለጉዛይ እዮም። ካብ እዞም ሰባት እዚኣቶም ኣከለጉዛይ ዋላ ሓንቲ ጥቕሚ ትረኽቦ የብላን።
እዞም መሳፍንቲ ኣከለጉዛይ እዚኦም ብኣውራጃ ተላዒሎም ምስ ዎያነ ከይኖም ንኤርትራ ፋሕ-ብትን ከእትዉላ እንተ ሃቂኖም ክንድቲ ትኒዖም ሚእቲ ዕጽፊ ዝኸውን ካልኦት ኣወራጃታት ኤርትራ ኣለወን። ብኻልእ ኣዘራርባ እቶም ብወያነ ተታሊሎም ዝንቀሳቐሱ ዘለዉ ኣውራጃውያን መጨረሽታኦም ፍሽለት ኮይኑ ናብ ኣስመራ ድማ ፈጺሞም ተወስ ኣይክብሉን እዮም።
