Some people are living in distant past, just like Higdef. They can’t see where we are heading now. We are living in times of extreme worry and uncertainty, leading to what is expected to be a Big Bang that may destabilize Eritrea like never before. And here you have people like Haile and Gadi, two old men freezed in Ghedli time capsule. they argue about egg and chicken while their mom is bleeding on her death bed. What a shame !!.

እዚ ክብል እንከሎኹ ሳልሕ ቃዲ ኣብ ዝጽሕፎም ኩሎም ጽሑፋት፡ ክም መርተዖ ዘቅርቦም ታሪካት ይሰማማዕ ማለት ኣይኮነን። እዚ ቅድም ከረጋግጸልካ ይፈቱ። ብዙሕ ከይከድኹ ኣብ ዙርያ እዛ ናይ ሎሚ መበገሲት ጽሑፍካ ግን ደጊመ ክገልጸልካ ዝደሊ ምስ ቀንዲ መልእክቲ ጽሑፍካ ኣየሳንን። ምክንያቱ ቕድም ቀዳድም እቲ ጌጋ ዝብሎ–ንሶም’ውን ድሂሮም ከምዝተኣመንሉ ኣብኦም እዩ ኔሩ። ንኤረትራ ዝምልከት ዋዕላ ብከምዚ ዝተካየደ ዋዕላ ክካየድ ይክእል’ዩ ዝብል እምንቶ ክሳብ ሕጂ እንተሃልይዃ ብዙሕ መርትዖ ምእካብ ከድለይካ እዩ።

The two brothers are frontline fighters against the dictatorial regime, and for each one, the centre of his interest is the people. Therefore, the devil is in the details. As the difference is about how to achieve the same goal (the interest of the people), a contradiction we consider of secondary nature, other Eritreans should not take sides and play the role of “Aragabi” or adding fuel to the fire. I think, the best way to contain such secondary contradictions and prevent them from growing into primary ones is by denying both sides any support and urging them to work on their differences. Once their source of support is dried up and pressure on them mounts, both sides will be sober enough to listen to each other and end their differences through discussions and away from the media. In a louder voice, I urge all brothers and sisters to stop playing the role of “Aragabi” consciously or unconsciously so that the two brothers could see exactly what their people expect them to do at this critical time: end their differences through discussions and work together on their common denominators. Mutual friends of the two or wise men and women could play a positive role by working as mediators. “This is a wild fire that needs to be contained immediately”, I shout emphatically.

The response written by ato Haile to what the cunning and divisive salih Ghadi wrote to defame a thoughtful Eritrean intellectuals in Salih’s: “Crusaders” branding others “Islamists”, is very mild because what Salih Ghadi wrote was very suicidal article that insults the people of Eritrea by using religion as his fire to burn the house and lots of flammable fuel to pour on it.
I am surprised that many nave ገርሂ ልባ of you are surprised by the tactics of the acidic and caustic Salih Ghadi often practices who, for his own known parochial reasons, is extremely insecure in own identity and hides in religion whenever challenged.

Ask this to Sali Ghadi Qedad of Jabha/ELF. For your information, in one day alone more than 20 young men of “Falul” were murdered by Jabha in my own village in Shewate Anseba alone. There are thousands of tegadelti murdered by Jabha that Salh Qadi would not say a word. One day Salih Qadad wrote, “… only three Eritrean Jasus were killed in the so called Sryet Addis.”
It was Salih Qadad who let another person as “Ali Samir” post several defamatory articles on the Kebesa people in his website.

Do not also forget the two leadership members assassination
on their way to meet those army forces which escalate into
deadly confrontation . Regardless , it contributed to sad
ending particularly in the battle of Massawa .
Now , we must request to know the individuals who misguided
those TEGADELTI by exploiting the resistance for their agenda.
Misleading emotions were our problematic past . Do not forget
I know many of those innocent fighters who died young . And I
care less about Haile or Saleh because they didn’t experience
ghedli life of everyday hardship , battles and sacrifices of
comrades to say whatever they want to say . Either Christian
or Moslem often we saw ourselves victims of political correct
elements . Ask any young-old Eritrean who joined army forces
battles to understand what I meant . You can’t compromise on
life and death issues unless to fool yourself .
Again if they are honest let them be honest to tell the whole
truth behind the scene without offending our intelligence .
