ወታሃደራዊ ታዕሊም ሳዋ፡ ምዕጥር፡ ዊዓ፡ ኪሎማ፡ ሓሽፈራይ፡ ኣብ ልዕሊኡ ንሓዱሽ ስትራትጅካዊ ውጥን ዘንቀደ ዘርዚርካ ኣብ ዘይውዳእ ቦታ ዝካየድ ዘሎ ታዕሊማት ተኽለ ማንጁስ፡ ኮታ ብወታደራዊ ታዕሊምን ቤት ማእሰርታትን ዘዕለቕለቐት ኤርትራ ብምባል ጥራይ ምሕጻሩ ይሓይሽ፡፡
ዝበዝሑ ሜጀርን ብርጋዴርን ጀነራላት ቅድምን ድሕርን ፎርቶ ሕጉሳት ከምዘይኮኑ ጋህዲ እዩ፡፡ ካብ መንቀሊ ፍልልያቶም ገለ’ቶም ቀንዲ ጠንቅታት፡- ተኽለ ማንጁስ ናብ ኣስመራ ደይቡ፡ ምስ ኢሳያስ ቀጥታ ምስተራኸበ፡ ልኡኽ ሓሊቦ ኢሳያስ ኮይኑ ማእለያ ንዘይብሉ ህዝቢ ኣገዲዱ ምዕጣቕ ምስ ጀመረ፡ ልዕሊ እቲ ምዱብ ሰራዊት ካልእ ናይ ኢሳያስ እሙን “ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት” ምፍጣር ዝብል ሓዱሽ ስትራተጅካዊ ውጥን ኢሳያስ ከተግብር ምስ ፈለመ፡ ብዘይካ ኢሳያስን ደገፍቱን ካልእ እቲ ዝበዝሕ ሓላፊ መንግስቲ ባህ ኣይበሎን፡፡
ተኽለ ማንጁስ ብመሰረት ልእኹ ኣብ መላእ ሃገር ሓዱሽ “ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት” ንምህናጽ ድቃስ ለይቲ ስኢኑ ሃለኽለኹ ቀጺሉ፡፡ ዛጊት ክሳብ 68 ዝዕድሚኦም ዜጋታት “ቆልዓ ኣብ ከብዳን ኣብ ዝባናን ዘይብላ” ኤርትራዊት ጓል ኣንስተይቲ ከይተረፈት ንኹላ ኣዕጢቑ፡ ዓሊሙ፡ ወዲቡን ንማእቶት ኣብ ምውፋርን ይርከብ ኣሎ፡፡
ከምቲ ቅድሚ ምራኽ መስከብ ዝበሃል ንኹሉ ቅድሚ ታዕሊም ጠበንጃ ምስ 30 ጠያይቲ ምስ ዓደለ፡ ንኹሉ ኣኣብ ከባቢኡ ን28 መዓልታት ወታሃደራዊ ታዕሊም ክወስድ ገበረ፡፡ ድሕሪ ምዝዛም ታዕሊም ኹሉ ህዝቢ ብመንግስቲ ብዝተሰለዓሉ መጠን ሰልዲ ተተገዲዱ ከዋጽእ ብምግባር ብሕሩድን ንሕድሕድ ተዓላማይ ብዝተመደበሉ ክልተ ቢራን ግብጃ ተኻይዱ “ኩቡር ጋሻ” ተኽለ ማንጁስ እንዳኸደ መረቐ፡፡ ድሕሪ ምረቓ ስዒቡ ዝመጸ ካልእ ስራሕ ካብ መስርዕ ክሳብ ብደረጃ ክ/ሰራዊት በቢዓዱ ክውደብ ተገብረ፡፡ ካብ እዚ ቦጦሎኒ ክሳብ እዚ ክፍላተ ሰራዊት ደስኪሎም ተጣይሶምን ነናይ ገዛእ ነብሶም ሂወት ኣብ ምምራሕ ብዝጸንሑን ካብተን ቅድም ኢለን ተወዲበን ዝነበራ “ዕቑር ሰራዊት” ተባሂለን ዝጽውዓ 7 ክፍላተ ሰራዊት (ኣሃዱታት) ብዝተዋጽኡ ተጋደልቲ ነበር መራሕቲ ተመደብሉ፡፡
ዕጡቕ “ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት” ተባሂሉ ዝተሰመየ ኩሉ ድሕሪ ምዝዛም ታዕሊምን ውዳበታትን ን90 መዓልታት ዝኣክል በቢውዳብኡ ኣፍራዛን ባዴላን ተዓዲልዎ ናብ ማእቶት ክዋፈር ተኣዚዙ ናብ ስራሕ ተዋፈረ፡፡ ንኣብነት ኣብ ኣስመራ ብ11 ብርጌዳት ዝተወደበ ዕጡቕ በቢብርጌዳቱ ንጉሆ ወጋሕታ ከካብ ገዝኡ ወጽኡ ኣብ መተኣኸኸቢ ናቑጣ ተኣኪቡ፡ ንኣገልግሎት ህዝቢ ከተማ ኣስመራ ብዝውዕላ ናይ ከተማ ባሳት ተተሰቂሉ ነናብ ዝተመደበሉ ናይ ማእቶት ቦታ ይጓዓዝ፡፡ ሕድሕዱ ከኣ መዓልታዊ ንውሓቱ 8 ሜትሮ ጥልቀቱ ኣስታት 35 ሳ.ሜትር ዝኣክል ቦታታት ተተለኪዑ ድሕሪ ምዕዳል ዛላታት ክኹዕት ይግበር ኣሎ፡፡
ንውሓት እታ ዓቐን ክ/ሰ 22 ኣብ ከባቢ ሸላሎ ምስ ወረደት ድፋዕ ክትሰርሕ ብዝተኣዘዘቶ መሰረት ሕድሕድ ወታሃደር መዓልታዊ ክዓማ ኣለዎ ተባሂላ ካብ ዝተዓደለቶ ዝተወስደት ተሞኩሮ’ያ፡፡
ስለዚ ተኸለ ማንጁስ ልዕሊ ዓቕሙ ማእለያ ዘይብሉ ስልጣናት ተሓንጊጡ፡ ንመላእ ኤርትራ የሰራጥያ ኣሎ፡፡ “ኣብ ዓዲ ዕውራት ሓደ ዓይኑ ይነግስ” ዝብል ብሓደ ጸሓፋይ ኣብ ቀረባ ግዜ ኣብ ሓደ መርበብ ሓበሬታ ኣንቢበ ነይረ፡፡ ብርግጽ ተኽለ ማንጁስ ሓንቲ ዓይኑ ኣብ ቃልሲ ዶ ይኸውን ስኢንዋ ኣብ ካልእ ኣይፍልጥን፡ ግን ብዛዕባ ኣካላዊ ስንክልኡ ዘይኮነ ኣእምራዊ ስንክልንኡ’ዩ እቲ መዛረቢ ዛዕባ ክኸውን ዘለዎ በሃሊ’የ፡፡ ሓረስታይ፡ ዘላን፡ ሸቃጣይ፡ ክሳብ ዳሪክተር ጀነራል ጽፍሒ ዘለዎ ሰራሕተኛ መንግስቲ፡ ሓኪም ይኹን መምህር በዓል ሞያ፡ ኣሳሰይቲ ባራትን ቤት ብልዕን፡ ናይ ጽዕነትን ታክሲን መራሕቲ መካይን…ኮታ ኩሉ ዜጋ ውልቃዊ ስርሑ፡ ህዝባዊ ኣግልግሎቱ ጠጠው ኣቢሉ ኣብ ታዕሊም፡ ኣብ ምስጥጣም ውዳበ፡ ኣብ ማእቶት ተዋፊሩ ኣሎ፡፡ ህዝብና ሰሪሑ ደቁ ዝዕንግለላ ግዜ ኣስኢንዎ ኣሎ፡፡ ኩላትና ከምንፈልጦ ቀዳምን ካልእ ናይ ስራሕ መዓልትን ኣብ መደበር ንዕለታዊ ጥቕሙ ክብል ቀዳም ይኹን ካልእ መዓልቲ ዝሰርሕ ደፋእፋእ ዝብል ዜጋ ኣብ ታዕሊምን ማእቶትን ክውዕል ምግባር ማለት ኣብ ውላዱን ነታ ካብ ኢድ ናብ ኣፍ ዕለታዊ ናብርኡን ዝፈጥሮ ሃሰያ ክሳብ ክንደይ ከምዝኾነ ንምግማቱ ኣጸጋሚ ኣይኮነን፡፡
እቲ ማእቶታዊ ንጥፈታት (ምኹዓት ዛላታት) ንሃገር ዶ ይጠቅም ይኸውን? ኣብ ድሌትን ሃምን ህዝቢ ሰረት ዘይብሉ ማእቶት ከ ክሳብ ክንደይ እዩ ንሃገር ዝረብሕ? ግን መንግስቲ ነዚ ማእቶት እዚ እንከንቅሎ ከሎ ቅድም ቀዳድም ንልምዓት ሓሲቡ ዘይኮነ፡ ቀንዲ ዕላምኡ ሓዱሽ ዕጡቕ ኣሃዳዊ ስምዒት ክፈጥር፡ ውዳብኡ ከሰጣጥም፡ ኣካል እቲ ወታሃደራዊ ታዕሊም ንዝኾነ ኣካላዊ ጥንካረ ኣብ ተዓለምቲ ንምፍጣርን ደይ መደይ ተባሂሉ ተሓሲብሉ ዝፍጸም ዘሎ እዩ፡፡ ካልኣይ እቲ ዝኳዓት ዘሎ ዛላታት ቅድሚ ሕጂ እውን ብነጻ ኣገልግሎት ተምሃሮ ዝወፍርዎን ኣግራባት ተተኺልዎ ክጸድቕ ዘይከኣለን ማይ ዝበሃል ዘየዋህለለን ከባቢታት እዩ፡፡
ካልአይቲ ኣብነት ከቕርብ፡ ንነዊሕ ዓመታት ደስኪሉ ብዝነበረ ኮ/ል ተኽለዝጊ ጸጉ ትምራሕ መበል 11 ብርጌድ ቀሓውታ፡ ጎዳይፍን ገጀረትን ኣባል ዝኾነ መራሕ መኪና ናይ ጽዕነት መኪንኡ ሓዲጉ ቦጦሎኒ ክመርሕ ብዝተኣዘዘ መራሕ ቦጦሎኒ ወዲ ጸሃየ ተኣልያ ዓርቢ፡ ቀዳም፡ ሰምበት ናብ ጾሎት ንማእቶት ትወፍር፡፡ ጾሎት ቅድሚ ሕጂ ብነጻ ናይ ተምሃሮ ኣገልግሎት ብተደጋጋሚ ተሰሪሑ እኳ ተነበረ ዝመጸ ለውጢ ግን ዋላ ሓደ የለን፡፡ ሕጂ’ውን ብሓደሽቲ ዕጡቓት ክልወጥ እዩ ኢሉ መንግስቲ ከምዘይኣምን ርዱእ እዩ እቲ ዕላማ እቲ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝጸራሕኹዎ እዩ፡፡ ብሓፈሻ ኣብ መላእ ሃገር ተኽለ ማንጁስ ብዝመርሖ “ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት” ዝፍጸም ዘሎ ማእቶት ብግምት ደኣ’ምበር ብሞያዊ መጽናዕቲ ከምዘይተደገፈ ርጉጽ እዩ፡፡ ገርሰት ዝኣክል ዲጋ ብሞያ ዘይተመርሐ ዶ ነዚ ግዳ ተሓሲብሉ? እዚ ከይኣክል ኣብ ልዕሊ’ዚ እቲ ኣብ ማእቶት ዝወዓለ ሓዱሽ ዕጡቕ ብጋንታት ተተሰሪዑ ካብ ሰዓት 7፡00 ክሳብ ወጋሕታ ሰዓት 05፡00 ብሪጋ ሙሉእ ለይቲ ኣብ ሓለዋ ዋርድያ ይሓድር ኣሎ፡፡
እዚ ከምዚ ኢሉ እንከሎ ዕላምኡ ንዘይተገልጸ ጉዳይ ንኹሉ ዕጡቕ (ብደረጃ ሃገር) ካብ 18- 40፡ ካብ 41 ክሳብ 50፡ ካብ 51- 68 ዝዕድሚኡ ኩሉ ይጸናዕ ብሕቡእ ኦርኒክ መሊእኹም ቀልጢፍኩም ኣመሓላልፉ ዝብል ትእዛዝ ክሳብ ደረጃ እዚ ቦጦሎኒ ህጹጽ መምርሒ ኮይኑ ወሪዱ ኣሎ፡፡ ብመሰረት’ዚ ኩሉ ይምላእ ኣሎ፡፡ ንምንታይ ከምተደልየ ዋላ ብዕሊ ኣይገለጽ፡ እቲ መንእሰይ ዕድመ ዘለዎ ዝበሃል ሓይሊ ናብ ምዱብ ሰራዊት ዶ ዋላስ ንበይኑ ተወዲቡ ናብ ቅድመ ግንባር ክለኣኽ ይኸውን ዝብል ሰፊሕ ጥርጣረታት ኣሎ፡፡ ናይ ግድን ንሓዲኡ ከምዝኸውን ግን ዘጠራጥር ኣይኮነን፡፡ ምኽንያቱ ከናፍስዎ ዝጸንሑ ዘረባታት ዓበይቲ ኣኣብ ከባቢኹም ትሕልው ካልኦትኩም ግን ካልእ ስራሕ ኣለኩም ይበሃል ነይሩ እዩ፡፡
ብዝኾነ ሜጀርን ብርጋደርን ጀነራላት ካብ ዘይማእመኦም ሓደ ነገር ምምጻእ ተኽለ ማንጁስ ናብ ቅድሚትን ድሮ ብዙሕ ስራሕቲ ክዓምም ምኽኣልን ሓደ ረቑሓ ኮይኑ፡ እቲ ካልኣይን ኣገዳስን ረቑሓ ከኣ ምድያብ ተኽለ ማንጁስ ንኣስመራ መወዳድርቲ ሜጀር ጀነራላት ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ልዕሊኦም ተኣማኒ ፕረዚዳንት ኮይኑ ምርካቡ እዩ፡፡ እዚ ድማ ኢሳያስ እምነቱ ኣብ ልዕሌና ኣጉዲሉ ኣሎ ዝብል ስሚዒት ፈጢርሎም እዩ፡፡ ህዝቢ ናይ ምዕጣቕ ዕላማ ድማ ንምዱብ ሰራዊት መተካእታን ንሓይሎም መዳኸሚ ኮነ ተባሂሉ ዝተወጠነ ገይሮም ወሲዶምዎ ኣለው፡፡ እዚ ሕጂ ካብ ኮኾባት ኢሳያስ ሓደ ኮይኑ ድላዩ ዝገብር ዘሎ በዓል እዋን ተኽለ ማንጁስ ማዕሪኦም ዘይኮነ ትሕቲኦም ገይሮም ስለዝሪእዎ ካብ ቀደሙ ዘይቅበልዎ ሰብ ምንባሩ እዮም ዘዕልሉ፡፡
ናይ ተኽለ ተጸዋዕነት ንፕረዚዳንት ነቲ ዝጸንሐ Chain of command ጎስይዎ ይሓልፍ ኣሎ፡፡
ስለዚ በዓል እዋን ተኽለ ማንጁስ ኣዛዚ “ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት”፡ ኣወሃሃዲ ቤ/ጽ ተቓወምቲ ጉጅለታት ኢትዮጵያን ሱዳንን፡ ኣብ ቀረባ ግዜ ብኢሳያስ ናይ ዝተመዘት ኣጻረይት ኮሚቲ ኣባል፡ ኣብ ንጥፈታት ጸጥታ እቲ ሃገር ዝዋሳእ ሰብን እቲ ንኹሉ ግሉጽ ዘይኮነ ድማ ኣብ መሸጣ ንግዲ ዜጋታት ንራሻይዳን ምዃኑ ይፍለጥ፡፡
“ማእቶት” ትብል ቃል “ህግደፍ” ኣብ ሕሉፍ ታሪኽና ጸሊም ነጥቢ ዘለዋ ቃል እያ፡፡ ካብ 1ይ -4ይ ዙርያ ታዓሊሞም ኣገልግሎቶም ወዲኦም ነናብ ዓዶም ተፋንዮም ዝነበሩ መንእሰያትና ኣብ ወርሒ 1ን 2ን 1998 ንማእቶት ተኣከቡ ብዝብል ጻውዒት ከምዝተኣከቡ ይዝከር፡፡ ኣብቲ እዋን ኣባላት 5ይን 6ይን ዙርያ ኣብ መስርሕ ኣገልግሎት ኔሮም፡፡ ተዓለምቲ 7ይ ዙርያ 1997 ታዕሊሞም ወዲኦም ተመሪቖም ኣብ ኣሃዱታት ተወዚዖም፡፡ እቲ ሃገራዊ ግቡኡ ወዲኡ ኣብ ውልቃዊ ዋኒናቱ ዝጸንሐ እሞ ከም ብሓዱሽ ንማእቶት ዝተዓደመ መንእሰይ ሓቂ መስሊዎ ናብ “ልምዓት” ከቲቱ ዋላ ሓንቲ ተድምዕ ልምዓት ከይዓመመ ከኣ ናብ ዘይሓሰቦ ኩናት ምጥጣቑ ናይ ትማል ታሪኽ እዩ፡፡
ሎሚ’ውን ልክዕ ነታ ናይ ትማል ታሪኽ ንምድጋም ዝተሓስበ ይመስል፡፡ ኩሉ ሓዱሽ ዕጡቕ ምዕላም፡ ብኣሃዱታት ምውዳብን ምስጥጣምን፡ ጣቋ ንዘይብሉ “ልምዓታዊ ማእቶት” ምውፋርን ተኣዊጁ ኣሎ፡፡ ጎኒ ንጊኒ ብሕቡእ ብደረጃ ዕድመ ብኦርኒክ መቓቒልካ ምድላውን ዝብል ጥብቆ ይስማዕ ኣሎ እንታይ ኣድለየ? ክለዓል ዘለዎን ብኣግኡ ክነስተባህለሉ ዝግባእ ሕቶን እዩ፡፡

Is the Eritrean government really concerned about the security of its people? If they are why don’t they protect those who are victims of human trafficking at this time? Why don’t they stop harassing Eritreans by entering into their homes at any time without any warrant? Why don’t they protect their democratic rights by implementing the constitution? Eritrea is the most insecure place for its own citizens right now and that is the change we must achieve. Are we to believe they care about the people? Not when their leaders are military juntas who can care less about peoples welfare pain and suffering. Our enemies are two- 1. The PFDJ,its leaders and followers, 2. Poverty and ignorance. And the second enemy was created by the first.

I think it is for the long interest of Eritreans to be armed not oly with light arms but with heavy ones to defend themselves against the conspiracy of woyane. In this respect General Teckay should be commended and I foward him my advice go deeper into the pysche of our people to inculcate in their minds the love of guns.
Therefore, those who are sounding false alarms,including the author of the article , are either misguided Eritreans who unwittingly throw themselves to the fold of the enemy, or woyane underground agents who maliciously plot not only to disarm our people but also to drive wedges between them to realize with vain dream.
Genuine Eritreans:
The Eritrean Defense Forces, including the Generals and jenior officers are not enemies of our quest for Democratic change. As a matter of fact, they are the most indispensable pillars of Sovereignity. It was them who, in 1998, stood up foursquare and foiled, crumpled and fizziled the futile aggression and empty bravado of woyane to enter Asmera within 48 hours.
Since our First responsiblity is the preservation and safeguarding of our Sovereignty, any one who attempts to tarnish the image; diminish the moral and spirit of our Defense Forces, masqueraded or not, we must treat him/her as a malevolent agent.
The No.1 enemy is woyane. Never be taken in by this con artist, unscrupulous liar and completely without an aiota of trustworthiness, who has no misgiving to say yes and no at the sametime with respect of the same thing; spineless and thus perennially piggyback………….
Lets compare King Tedros and EPRP on one side, and King Kasa and woyane on the other and see respective natures in the mirror as away of showing to the young Eritreans who woyanes really are:
King Tedros was a resolute,brave, honest and true Ethiopian Nationalist. When the European colonialists somehow indicated disrespect for him and his country, he became furious and incarcerated all the Europeans envoys and demanded official apology. The colonialists threatened that unless he released their envoys immedatelly and unconditionally,they would take serious steps. Tedros would not be intimidated and died as an Ethiopian Hero fighting General Napier who came led by his Tigrai foot-soldier, Kasa.
EPRP leadership was asked by Eritrean Liberation leaders to recognize Eritrean colonial question. They declined using false economic development argument despite the possible ramification they would fare by opposing the stronger forces of Eritrea. Their organization crumbled afterwards but kept their loyality to their country for ever.
For Kasa,later King Yohannes, and woyane, however, Ethiopia is disposable object, not a nation worth of a sacrifice. Herein lies the reason why kasa did not have any qualm desecrating it in collaboration with General Napier, and woyane with the EPLFs.
But once some one else hopped them to the throne, Kasa, by General Napier, and woyane, by EPLFs, they artificially morph themselves to appear as Ethiopian National Hero but underneath all that huffs and puffs, they suck white all the country’s resources as the woyanes have been doing for twenty one years.

When the European colonialists somehow indicated disrespect for him and his country, he became furious and incarcerated all the Europeans envoys and demanded official apology. The colonialists threatened that unless he released their envoys immedatelly and unconditionally,they would take serious steps. Tedros would not be intimidated and died as an Ethiopian Hero fighting General Napier who came led by his Tigrai foot-soldier, Kasa.
EPRP leadership was asked by Eritrean Liberation leaders to recognize Eritrean colonial question. They declined using false economic development argument despite the possible ramification they would fare by opposing the stronger forces of Eritrea. Their organization crumbled afterwards but kept their loyality to their country for ever.
For Kasa,later King Yohannes, and woyane, however, Ethiopia is disposable object, not a nation worth of a sacrifice. Herein lies the reason why kasa did not have any qualm desecrating it in collaboration with General Napier, and woyane with the EPLFs.

Please answer the following question. Does the current Eritrean government has to be brutal against its own people to achieve its sovereignty and security? Most of us would end up supporting any decision the Ere government makes on foreign policy as long as it is for the best interest of Eritrea. I am an Eritrean who knows first hand about Eritreans who are now blind because they were recklessly jailed in dark cells. Once or twice a day the brutal guards would take them out into the bright sun-light without regard for their safety. The result has been complete blindness or become legally blind. I know of Eritreans who are languishing in prisons without a day in the court. Too many of them. The brutality is inside the country committed by generals, colonels and political leaders. You can tell non-Eritreans who don’t have friends and relatives there is no brutality in Eritrea but not to me and other Eritreans. We are Eritreans and when one hurts we have eye-witnesses for ii and we are hurting with them too.

Dear brother, as you may already know, the so-called government, is actually made of a bunch of criminals led by one of the most brutal men on planet. Therefore, please arrange with Assenna (Amanuel Iyasu) an interview about what you have seen happening in prisons to innocent Eritreans. Don’t hesitate even for a moment. It’s part of your duty towards your own people to expose the enemy who is bleeding them to death. You have a moral obligation toward the victims and their families to do so. Our people will be free only when we all start to stand for justice. Why we are suffering so much ?, the answer is simple: because we don’t stand for justice, even when we think what is happening is wrong, we fail to act to stop it.
We are being manipulated and humiliated by people like Teclay, mainly because he is his boss know by experience that, we don’t have either the courage or the will or both to stand shoulder to shoulder to defend the First Victim (an ordinary Eritrean). That is what we have seen happening all along. It happens everyday, and yet we don’t seem to realize that our attitudes toward each other are partly to blame. And due to that, of course, it doesn’t take much time before more people are led into ‘Das hawiya’, while others look somewhere else.
