Asmara, the capital of Eritrea, was flooded with anti-government pamphlets over the past few days, according to my relatives there. The security forces did not make any attempt to collect the pamphlets, fueling the rumor that the Isaias regime is unraveling.
Today a large part of Asmara was without electricity and the bread lines are backed up several city blocks. Young Eritreans continue to flee the country in massive numbers.
