What a confident. The Man is walking freely in “New York City” that shows you how confident are the members of PFDG. That is why I am proud Eritrean.

    • Weldit September 27, 2011

May be I didn’t undersand you but what are you trying to say?
Do I need to remind you that New York City is a free place for anyone to walk?
The question is, can he freely walk in Eritrea.

      • sharon September 27, 2011

I am not amazed that PIA being moving freely in NY. He was in Guine before two weeks……………..and he was moving freely in the town and visited a Supermarket as a lay man. note that the president of Guinea is moving in his country guarded by money security personnel.

I am proud of my president. Long leave Isaias. we wish peace and development for our monther land-

        • naomi bmnet September 29, 2011

You probabbly dont have a sister or a niece in sawa who is supposed to be serving thier time. however, instead they are asked to entertain the leaders including the dictator and his menarch friends of qatar. When found pregnant, they got shot. Just stop and think for a second and put yourself in thier shoes. How can you be proud of this president who has NO HEART at all. Wake up sharon and be realistic.

        • Senait October 2, 2011

You must be so naive or part of his entourage to claim that the heinous criminal roams around freely.

      • BEHAKI ERITRAWI September 28, 2011

THE REAL QUESTION IS, CAN U???

        • Selamawit October 2, 2011

A true Eritrean does not put his fellow Ertireans in a container jail, for that matter any human being. Truly a dictator

          LEARING ENGLISH IS GUD.

    • Wedi Zere September 27, 2011

Those days of being proud have long gone when we let our
1/ disabled veterans that made our independence a reality mowed down for being spoilt,
2/young brothers and sisters perished their lives in unnecessary wars imposed on them,
3/ministers and senior commanders who made history during the struggle disappeared
in thin air for simply expressing their view and demanded a reform,
4/journalists and other citizens locked up for simply expressing their views,
5/we overlook the pain, plight and tears that these citizens are going through,
6/we were silent when they were denied justice for the last 10 years,
7/The worst of all, we overlooked when our youth who are supposed to be leaders of tommorrow,
8/tolarate the systematic rape of our young girls, torture, imprisonment, abductions, assasinations and disapearances of citizens without a trace,
There is nothing to be proud of being an Eritrean. We have been described by prominant journalists and politicians to be submissive, fearful, obedient and tolerant.
You see,in every country the youth and the educated in particular are the vanguard and driving force of the society but thats not the case in Eritrea.Unfortunately, our motherland is endowed with abandunt ‘Useful Idiots’ like you whom the dictator heavily relied on for his suvival. That means the longer you continue to support the blood sucker dictator who rules the nation with an ironfist, the severer the pain of the nation will be.You are on the wrong side of History.

      • selam September 29, 2011

I absolutly agree with what you said wedi Zere. Supporing a dictator and Blood suckers at this time should be condemmened and we should all say enough!!!!
I completly agree we the notion today’s Young Eritreans are submissive, fearful, passive and opportunist. Tha destruction by Isayas and his deciples on Eritrea and Eritreans is clear for everybody and running after them and supporting them is shamful and is digraceful.
Thank you w/Zere for you short and very elaborative sweet atricle.

        Selam

      • shaq September 30, 2011

wedi zere: I really enjoyed your take, at the sometime I was trying to reflect on those points you mentioned.well done brother

    • justen September 27, 2011

they are my hero, they brook the sperite of the spoiled regime this is just the bigning !

    • Senait October 2, 2011

Forget about his confidence! Why was the seminar venue so secret until the eve of the seminar day. It was kept secret to frustrate and discourage the opposition’s reaction. You are just deceiving yourself or hallucinating!
If you think Yemane is confident, why did he leave the bar in the first place. It is a public place. There were tens of customers, he could have stayed and challenged them. Unfortunately, he knows all his crimes and cannot afford to challenge them. His only option was to escape, a very shameful escape.

Challenging Yemane monkey is a brave act, notwithstanding the slip of the word “Agame’. There was more to it.

  • HGDF September 26, 2011

This just shows how aimless and lawless you are. This is just the act of gangs and it is a crime to threaten a diplomat in the dark. If you were brave enough why shouldn’t you follow him in the open light? You told us a lot you were going to confront PFDJ leaders in the open light you couldn’t. Then you started following the diplomats in their private life and trying to intimidate them. This shows how frustrated you are. No matter how many gangs you gather in the dark and no matter how many trips you make to Addis you cannot win the support of the people as long as you don’t have a genuine aim. You were asking Yemane to respond to your racist insults. Very stupid to expect a diplomat to respond to insults from gangs. If you were such racists towards the Agame, why are you then kissing them at the foot?

    • Tsahaye September 26, 2011

      HGDF,

Chasing the monster is one thing, but to call him “Agame” raises a whole different issue. These people have blamed the PFDJ and its supporters as “chauvinists who trash the people of Tigray”. Now we have seen what the gangsters on the opposition side look like. I am very much surprised by their non-stop usage of the “Agame” word to insult the guy. I hope the decent people of Tigray have watched the video.

May God save Eritrea from PFDJ’s dictatorship and woyane’s barbarism.

      • haqi September 26, 2011

I admire the people who chased out and humilated Yemane Monkey in New York City, the land of freedom and liberty.
We all know the word “Agame” is a district name of a very proud people in Tigrai. It is the Hgdef supporters who call as insult every Eritrean opposition and our proud Tigraian brothers and sisters as “Agames”. I am glad they called him “Agame” if that is what Monkey thinks the people of Tigrai or the opposition are. They called him Hasawi, seraqi, weyto, leqlaqi dictator …
Yemane monkey was shamed and humiliated for all the world to see in the land of justice and freedom. Job well done!

        • justice for all September 29, 2011

I couldn’t agree with you more. I AM JUST SO SO PROUD!

        • agame September 29, 2011

I am really proud of some Eritreans like you who strive to heal the wounds inflicted by PFDJ on the inseparable blood-relationship between the people of Tigray and Eritrea. Do not forget that we have dead for the same cause and buried side-by side. The new generation should uphold this holly partnership.
While chasing the traitor, the chasers used the ward “Agame”. I do not think they knew what it means. Because, they were echoing what the mentor, PFDJ, taught them. Please comeback to your minds, Tigrians never have been enemies of their Eritrean brothers and sisters and vice-versa. It is time to join hands and minds.

          • abdi October 4, 2011

Ya agame lemani mind ur begging business we don’t need ur advice nor do we need a relation with you, stay away from US,and don’t ever dare to call US ur brothers ya bekaE listro.we will build a wall along side the border not to see ur face let alone to join hands, bare in mind Eritrea is for eritreans not for the betrayals you bought.degal

    • xyz September 26, 2011

      • justice for all September 29, 2011

or tomatoes or eggs …it would have just made my day!!

    • A.Alem September 26, 2011

Why is all this agame phobia among those who say they support the government in Asmara and those who oppose it. To say, Agame! Agame! all the time does not solve the Eritrean problem. Put “The Agames” aside and try to find the real remedy to the disease.

    • BEHAKI ERITRAWI September 28, 2011

      Well said bro!!!

Even what they are shouting is just like a frustrated dog with no aim. “Ooutoooggghhat eeena” to do what??? Shout like alley dogs? ha ha ha

    • Mailule September 28, 2011

      Thank you HGDF,

Thses are lawless people, garbages.. insulting a diplomat in the dark won’t make you a hero or a true Eritrean for that matter. Eritreans are not that stupid to follow these garbage oppssitions.

  • gerima September 26, 2011

Yemane, the diplomat, went to their Hotel to get their names and details but the gang don’t even sense that. Idiots!

    • kabUK September 26, 2011

gerima, you are an Idiot. Monkey is on the terrorist list in the US..what hotel is gonna give him details of its guests to a terrorist and a person banned from to enter Washington DC? Stupid..and you called him a Diplomat..Hmmmm

      • shane September 27, 2011

He can not address him diplomat if he is not. But the world addressed him diplomat whether you like it or not. You are no body to address someone diplomat or not. You just can’t

    • simon September 29, 2011

girma grow up,you said yemane went to their hotel to get their name and details, kkkkkkkkkkk, you think n.y is in eritrea ,come on this shows how you are so narrow mined

  • Concerned Eritrawi September 26, 2011

    HGDF
FYI PFDG is the gang that is aimless and lawless,
They are terrorized the Eritrean People in Eritrea and abroad forcing people to pay up just like any other gang that terrorizes community and forces people to pay up for survival. This will show the gangs that they are not protected anywhere they go and that they will have to think twice where they go and who will be there waiting for them. Did you see the way he was walking; he was walking like a girl who is terrorized and avoiding the sidewalk that is someone else’s turf.
Anywhere but Eritrea is no longer the gangs turf, their open space is shrinking and they will be in prison they created

there was no chasing at all, this is just a walk in the street and i think the EYG are not done enough. At that time they had a lot opportunatiy to discuss with the real fist not just filming. you know already that if you step out of America to your country Eritrea, yemane monky will not just filming you, but he will kill you in the stree of Asmera or take youu to prison to suffer in the sun light.
so EYG has failed their mission and i don’t see this as success or doing something different.
Yeman monkey walk the street stright away and you should have taken real action until he understand what he is doing to the people of Eritrea in our land. When every he has a pain in his head, he will remember those who are suffered pain in their head at the hands of him. and when ever he had to suffer in any of his parts of his body, he would remember what he has done to alll thse who are suffering. so EYG, you are missed the opportunatiy. i don’t see filming as a success. alace…

    Germia,
“Yemane, the diplomat, went to their Hotel to get their names and details but the gang don’t even sense that. Idiots!”

People are not afraid of that anymore, you sound that you are more concerned about yourself. The Ethiopian Army did that to our people when arrested people because their sons and daughter were in Liberation to fight them. Our people are used to these kind of torture and what is the concerned and what is the different when the regime is already doing that to people who are avoiding the endless military conscript.
Get over your fear and be a man to even ask what every you feel not necessary to be brave like these young man who terrorized the coward.
You called them idiots I call them Braves.

  • michael tesfay September 26, 2011

well this is the start. we have seen wedi gerahtu last time and now it is the turn of monkey. although ugly, the youngsters were making their message acroos in a brilliant way. they reminded the idiot that Petros and his fellow friends are languishing because of the work of this idiot and his boss. job well done brothers

  • Selam September 26, 2011

An opportunity that changed to stupidity, this was one of the biggest opportunity you had to ask/harass him intellectually there were only two guys who deserve the praise one who was saying “Teatikina alena” or we are ready and the other who was harassing him about Petros Solomon, what happened to his compatriots… The guy/guys who were swearing and abusing the lady are disgusting and don’t give the clip the praise it deserves. You don’t need to swear to be heard as you guys are in the land opportunity use the time you have to educate yourself and hope you will use appropriate language in the future.
