The new generation in Eritrea has no vision, and when there is no vision the people perish.
The main point that we can learn from our brother Biteweded Abrha speach is that our REAL ENEMY IS FEAR ITSELF. We are afraid to oppose the dictator, people are afraid to participate in demonstration against the tyrant dictator Isayas. But Biteweded told us to stand up for our right to untie all our original nationalities, our original provinces and raise our original flag, (SEMAYAWIT BANDERANA).
We did it in our struggle for independence and we succeeded!
    We will do it again!
    Our victory is certain!

    Betewede my dear,
Unlike the so called G 15 who are dying a dishonorable death for not standing up for justice, you are indeed tegadalay who showed us how to stand up to justice and never bowed down even in the face of threat but we miserably failed you and here we are paying a horrifying price.

G 15 are dying a dishonorable death as you claim .
In fact at their last time when they seek for
accountability , Issayas took matters in his hand
      to make them disappear .
If people take neutral stand in injustice situation,
they have chosen to side with oppressor .

True, Bitweded is more courageous, more than the G15. G15 were late comer but better late than never. They are more brave than Sibhat, Al Amin etc…

I just can’t get over his speech, he spoke for us,to us, on behalf of us, about us in a simple , straight forward, unrehearsed language we can understand, the way he addresses the small quaint audience, and the venue from which he was speaking, for me this speech is iconic, equivalent to the “I HAVE A DREAM” visionary speech for his beloved country. The tyrant is coward, this kind of bold and courageous characters scare the crap out of him. That’s why he throws them in a dungeon, and tosses the key away.In no too far future, I hope I will kick open the doors of their cells, and tell them “it’s over , you’re coming home’

      I strongly disagree with you.

It is ok Uranium, you have the right to disagree, as a matter of fact, I will fight forrociously for your right to disagree, that was the message of comrade Bitweded.I just love the man.He is not alone, I am spiritually keeping him company in his cell tonight. He is like a burning candle that gives off light to others while consuming itself.Genuine Eritrean.

It is really unfortunate for Eritrea and the eritrean people to have the most stupid, arrogant & cruel leader/president while leaders like Bitweded – farsighted, forgiving, humble & everything good person should possess – are buried by the dictator. The dictator used all shortcomings of the Etitrean people to do such despicable & inhumane acts. We failed people like Bitweded who fought for the eritrean people and suffered a lot of atrocities just because they demanded just, accountable and democratic government. Time to act before it would be too late to save the people and country.

In a normal forward looking world and society, people get martyred for the sake of the living, with the regeneration of the society in their mind. But in Eritrea, it is this vital process that has been reversed: the living fight for the sake of the dead. Always mourning about the dead while completely forgetting and ignoring the suffering young generation.
That is why “hidri Suwuatna”, which is all about “teqebeleni biretey”, has this tremendous hold on Eritrea. When fathers deferred to the “wisdom” ghedli’s of their sons, they figured straight away that the death of Eritrea was already and sadly on the making. And the good old wise and farsighted fathers have been proven right. What a sad and twisted world. Will my post be deleted for pointing the truth on the ground????

addition to when fathers deferred to the “wisdom” ghedli’s “revolution” of their sons. Thank you.
