An important and a first in its kind meeting were held in Washington Dc on Tuesday February 23 2010. The executive director of Eritrean law society, an organization of Eritrean lawyers and law professionals, Mister Michael G Andegiorgis, met with the consul general of the embassy of Ecuador to the United States, Mrs. Janina Smith, to discuss issues regarding fleeing Eritrean refugees.
