he is probably sick… Or he is probably terrified that somebody- or USA administration, whom d dictator accuses for everything, including the failure of food self sufficiency- will shoot his plane… Or his plane is unreliable, considering no spare parts from Qatar- following the departure of his friend, the ex-chief of Qatar…
Or he has observed at last that he has no friend to talk with- considering that he was and is still a good supporter of dis-stabilizing camps…. Or he can’t accept seeing the Ethiopian prime minister co-presiding the meeting- considering that he may still think that he is smarter, etc, while d moron can’t even rule a little village anywhere in d world.
He is likely to be seriously ill…. and it won’t be bad if he dies soon- despite the wish of many to see him a) arrested and face justice, and b) being examined by scientists to examine his mind.

I am not sure if this any news but the situation back home is deteriorating by the day. I called few days ago and they said it is very bad and very scary situation. I Just hope that God/Allah will protect the people and the land and reduce the suffering that has been going on for a long time.
