Speechless here. Thanks God you made it out alive to tell your story. A terrible fate has befallen you like so many countless innocent Eritreans.
What makes your story more interesting and tragic is … during the day, you were busy on duty to protect the country and it’s people and even ready to pay your life. On the very day, they threw you into prison perhaps for imagined crimes! What kind of savagery is that?
I strongly believe Eritrea will be soon a NORMAL country with NORMAL laws. The system run and maintained by the beast PIA and his close circles of vultures will collapse on its own weight. Stories like yours will be told for generations to come. It is a legacy of the brave and fine Eritreans like you, Dejen.
Unbelievable story. I wonder how the HGDEF supporters will try to discredit him for his life long journey of struggling for the Eritrean cause.
Is there anyhow we can at least help him financial?

I hope one day the victimizers get what they deserve . Sooner or later justice would prevail .
Unfortunate moment to Amanuel’s emotion to approach one of the children in school he taught ,
protected , supervised under difficult circumstances of Gedli with vision of bright future now
became grown up man to face the same fate of injustice and forced to flee from his country he
love and adore .
An example of despicable facts of modern Eritrea . It is sad .
