War between two States is mostly conventional. It means your experience of guerrilla tactics is not of much use, unless you have a vast land like Russia or China, which enjoys strategic depth.
For instance during WWII the Germans failed to fully conquer Russia because not only of Russian winter but also because of Russia’s huge strategic depth. To protect it’s supply lines Germany has to send most of its well equipped and trained Army, but still could not defeat the Russians.
It’s well understood right from the planning stages that a small country does not have enough human resources to go to war with a country that has huge population.
Iseyas and his Generals knew this but they choose to go war.
We learned from our mistakes is the answer.

He planned it all alone. Only him knows the real reason why. One thing is known with no uncertainty. Non of it will be for the interest of the people and country, for current or future strategic interest. Finally, he has to be slap on both of his cheeks repeatedly until he spelled into dizziness and left to lick the wounds of his arrogance and hidden ambition. Mad-dog wore shame in its entirety. He realized even that power he has was about to slip away. He run with his tail sucked up between his legs. His malice cost him to be left as injured animal. The woyanes exposed his foolishness to Eritreans . Knowing this, mad-dog changed strategy that will enable him to grip on power unaccountable for the loss & destruction he caused on the nation. Once he board that strategy it require him to do what he has done since then on the people of Eritrea. Shut down any operating industry, ban any business activity, shut down higher educational institution, control people’s life at individual level, create scarcity of commodity so that people can’t go about their life on their own, treat the use harshly and make them feel hopeless so that they leave their country in droves. Its all a planned destruction. History tell us, even this second phase he is spending all his evil mind and corrupt resource will end with him being defeated and Eritreans taking back their country.
