First, I resent the barbaric attack of Amanuel Iyasu by the lifeless, and coward elements of the regime and hope he is okay. This is a reflection of the dictator’s fear and desperation on the fast moving struggle for his demotion. Justice has to be served and I hope it will. The low-down riffraffs must serve time for their crimes at any cost.
Testimony: Anything can happen in this struggle that has to soon complete the journey with scientific democracy. We have had radical groups that formed political parties based on Islam. Who knows; a crazy political group can form something called Eritrean Christian Democratic Party or Hamasien Party for Democracy and Justice in Eritrea! Ethnically and religiously polluted political groups as such are biased and only ready to “serve” their communities in their imagination when in fact they are causes of their destruction in practice.
Whatever they may think of accomplishing in Eritrea, their names manifest they don’t believe in democracy and are unfit to neutrally run our diversified and heterogeneous society politically. They simply cannot avoid being dictators by definition and essence because prejudice is the most basic cause of dictatorship. Commonsense says they are too exclusive, narrow minded and dangerous radicals to earn majority votes and win national elections. Can you imagine a Christian voting for Islamic political party or the vise versa? How about an idiot contemplating to lead the nation with his Christian, Hamasien, Islamic, or another dysfunctional philosophy of politics hoping to be elected in the contest?
The society simply cannot accommodate them; they cannot qualify for political party status fulfilling the requirements imposed on, by independent Election Commission in the transitional period of the country. The moment one forms a group as such, the person would have automatically self-contradicted unless wise enough to withdraw the terms DEMOCRATIC and JUSTICE out of the name to be realistic. Otherwise; one would have to humiliate the self in view of REALITY and REASON ending up equalizing to the dictator’s party for Justice and Democracy.
I was unconsciously reflecting positive vibes when I met few associates that noticed my cheerful state of mind and one of them asked what might have taken place for me to shine and smile in that unusual fashion. I did not even notice it to tell you the truth and told him I slept well that last night and stopped. But it was because of ATV: ዝርርብ ምስ ሓው ዓብደልከሪም ምስጦፋ – ወኪል ካብ እስላማዊ ሰልፊ ልምዓትን ምዕባለን ናብ ኤርትራዊ ዲሞክራስያዊ ሰልፊ ሃገር ዝተሰጋገረ ውድብ; 11/19/2019.
It came as a very pleasant surprise that motivated me to work harder with optimistic mindset. I agree with all the points he discussed with Amanuel Iyasu, God bless Assenna and the brother with his lovely children. Yes, Bayto (Awassa) has changed few things but still has unsettled problems to serve the people neutrally; we cannot put all our eggs on Bayto and shall explore other means of struggle as well. Yes, we suffered too much and delayed our people’s freedom because of this artificial division that does not reflect our decent cultures, dignity, history, civility and peaceful coexistence. Yes, we betrayed our people because of personal egos; wasted years on this nonsensical issue that can only extend their division and suffering beyond the dictatorship’s life span. Yes, religious politics had been the biggest obstacle to our unified resistance against the common enemy.
I thank God for finally listening to the prayers of the people and almost cried of excitement in my pleasant solitude at home. It was simply the best socio-political gift the Eritrean people received in ages and the most amputating blow to the heinous regime wobbling on the foundation of division.
This political party has decided to separate RELIGION from POLITICS in favor of SECULAR DEMOCRACY, embracing the society as a whole without any bias or discrimination. It has paved the way for genuine unification and democratic life in the motherland. It has snatched the enemy’s best weapon of dictatorship manifesting the last chapter of its death. It guarantees the nation’s territorial integrity and swift downfall of the secular enemy in favor of freedom. It will further empower the people to effectively defend the society from external and internal problems.
The resistance is packing as a matter of necessity to close this dark chapter of our history for a new life with brand new mentality in democratic Eritrea, my dear people. Thank you my brother Abdulkarim Mustafa and the entire political party in the name of my readers for choosing wisdom, confidence, harmony and neutrality instead of emotion, fear, mistrust and prejudice. I congratulate the Eritrean people on this critical breakthrough and politely invite my brother and his comrades for exchange of ideas at their time of convenience.
Happy thanks giving day: Fetsum Abraham at Fezum@yahoo.com
