In a futile attempt to quell the Eritrean people’s quest for democratic change, Isaias’ dictatorial regime has deployed the Eritrea based Ethiopian opposition, the so called Tigrayan People’s Democratic Movement armed forces at several strategic locations of the Eritrean capital, Asmara and its environs.
The desperate decision to suppress popular uprising follows the Eritrean armed forces movement, in Asmara, on January 21st.
Eritrean defence forces stormed the Ministry of Information on 21s January with more than 100 soldiers and tanks before announcing their demands – the implementation of the Eritrean constitution and release of all prisoners.
According to the sources, the tyrant leader’s first military move in relation to the new situation was deployment of the TPDM armed forces in Asmara.
TPDM, which is directly financed and directed by Isaiias Afewerki, was created in 2000 for dual purposes: to create unrest in Ethiopia and defend the tyrant from internal threats. The regime that has been despised by the Eritrean people and army, however, won’t save itself from its ultimate down fall with the use of mercenaries. The poor despot will never succeed, in a mission his close wealthy friend Gadaffi, and many more failed miserably.
TPDM is much hated as PFDJ by the Eritrean people for its active involvement in shooting Eritrean young men and women while crossing the border to seek refuge in Ethiopia.

This picture reminds me of how the PLO in Lebanon were used by the Lebanese various factions to defend their organizational interest and the country, when they were called for it … and similar scenarios were repeated in many parts of the world … Somalia, Congo, and the outcome is always disastrous. However this mutually assured destruction is a two way street … Eritrean government is using the Oromos, The Ogadenians, The Afars, The Tigrians and many others, while Ethiopia is using The Afars, The Kunamas, The Ideological and Sectarian extremists and a lot more … Our demand ought to be to stop these nonsense from happening both in Ethiopia & Eritrea … Yes, some of you may wanted to see the generous offer Ethiopia provides to the Eritrean opposition groups in Ethiopia, However these same opposition should be able to see the disastrous future outcome of these unwarranted interference … In short if this trend continues we may witness the downfall of the dictator, but on the hand, We will have too many Mini-Pfdj gangs running their regional turfs all over Eritrea … and this time it will have Religious, Ethnic, Ideological, and in some parts there will be a gang of outlaws/Shiftas … for our surprise, even PFDJ will have its own turf, just like Cambodia’s Khmer-rouge did after they were forced out by the Vietnamese and their Cambodians surrogates … again, you can witness these in many parts of the world. Eritrean oppositions must observe these prevailing situation beyond their narrow organizational gains and interest, if we don’t stand together and demand the disarming of both Ethiopian & Eritrean armed groups and engage only through a political and diplomatic peaceful struggle, and if there is a need for military action, We ought to promote the Forto /MIO kind of home grown rebellion, or an internationally / regionally organized force, rather than singularly use Ethiopia to become the sole provider … that will have a dangerous consequence … We have seen the sample of it during the Badme war … Ethiopia was found guilty in the human rights violation by the International jurists … Imagine what it will be if Cart blanch mandate is given to Ethiopia with the approval of the surrogates from Awasa and debrezeit ….

The dictator planed this moved way back around 2000 just to save his diabolic plan. His only mission is just to stir the water and catch a fish. Thats how he can survive. So lets keep the movement going , it is not time to negociate , it is time to chop his head and shorten his life.

I am very saddened for the people of Eritrea. Once again a dictator using foreign forces to suppress the land owners. The Bahrain imported armed forces from Saudi Arabia to kill the demand of the people and Libya hired mercenaries from sahara african nations….History repeating itself. The fall of the dictator is coming brothers and sisters.

This was iminent. The tyran will do what ever it takes to protect his power. All the armed stragle was for nothing if the Eritrean defence force dont react now to preserve their graund, befor it is too late.

TPDM are not all Tigreans – but prisoners of war (POWs) during the Derg, Deki-tagadelti of Eritrea (deceaced), POW of Ethio-Eritrean war, some hooligans who fled the lawful adminstration in Ethiopia to Sudan but twisted by Isayas, Tigrean farmers abducted from Northern Tigray.
These bunch of people have never been a politica party in Tigray or Ethiopia. Isayas just formed them to fight Tigray or Ethiopia. The main opposition party in Tigray led by former senior leaders of TPLF Gebru Asrat, Aregash, Tewolde, etc is called ARENA and working in Tigray.
Isayas and Colonole Fitsum appoint and kill the ‘leaders’ of TPDM whenever they wish. The killed the former ‘leader’ and they appointed another one by the name ‘Mola Asgedom’.
Let’s hope EDF-Eritrean Defence Forces will liberate not only the Eritrean people, but members of the so called TPDM too!!!
