The Commission of Inquiry invites interested individuals, groups and organisations to submit information and/or documentation on alleged violations of human rights perpetrated in Eritrea since its independence. In order to meaningfully address all the issues shared with the Commission of Inquiry ahead of the submission of its report to the Human Rights Council in June 2015, the Commission of Inquiry will receive information up to midnight, Geneva time, on 31 January 2015.

A person who can’t see or hear the sign of coming
dangers pay heavy price from his negligence .
In Eritrean case , our attempt to cover up from
outsiders attention by pretending as innocent victims of external elements fools nobody at all
except ourselves .
The burning house in question belong to us and
some fools wait to the end in ashes completely destroyed . The half burned foundation seen is
an eye witness account evidence regardless they
accept or deny proved facts like those crooked arsonists .

Who can claim for violation of the rights
Those who were:-
– Detained without and denied justice for years
– those who were arrested without any criminal activities
– Those who were enslaved in Sawa at the military camp
– Those who were enslaved and denied repatriation for years isolated from their families.
– Those who were raped
– Those who were Tortured
– Those who were arrested during border crossing and tortured,detained and told to pay 50000 nakfa.
– Those who were arrested in Sudan and tortured by either sudans and Rashaidas ( its due to hgdef)
-Those who were arrested and tortured in Sinay by the bodum (its due to hgdef as well)
-Those who were suffered at the hands of Traffickers, who are Eritrean Generals + Rashaida and Boduom
– Those who were suffered physical at the hands of HGDFs and its supporters in diaspora.
All in all its better to submitted more and appropriate information and we need to help each other and be hand in hand to bring the perpetrators to justice, including to those who are diaspora based criminal hgdefs who are setting fear and violent to most of our population in diaspora.
I salute those are brave Eritreans who are fighting perpetrators in action in the foreign land.
