Mr. Issayas can you tell me the whereabouts of
    those journalists arrested ?
We heard straight on our face to answer arrogantly
    saying ;
That is unheard strange news to me.
Who is that person you mentioned ?
Do you have a proof ? No it is a lie based from
    CIA , Weyane,…………… propaganda, blablabla.
That shows how shamelessly despise people to
speak straight to our face to wonder his naked
lies, deceit and the sad part many zombies only
applaud waiting for their return either directly or
indirectly to taste the bitterness of inJustice .
Germany people past experience to hail dictator
like Hitler who led them to catastrophic journey
was a teaching lesson for reasonable people .
And do not think we are immune because of our
stupidity anything could happen, GOD forbid .
At the end foolish people become victims of their
own mistakes . Time to wake up our zombies .

A few years ago I saw an interview with dictator Isayas with a Swedish journalist. When the criminal was asked about the whereabouts and condition of the arrested liberation struggle leaders (G15), journalists and other innocent Eritreans, he answered shamelessly that those people are history? I’ve to say I’ve never experienced such a cruel and rude Eritrean in my life. And I begun wondering whether really this mad man has an Eritrean blood? I can’t imagine how a person who spent decades of years of struggle together with those people can show such unimaginable cruelty against them? And the fact that such an individual leading the proud and hardworking Eritrean people is really shame and catastrophic.
I pray to God that the Eritrean people would soon get the courage and strength to rid themselves of this menace!

I pray to God to let me see the downfall of dictator Isayas and his servants. And that all political prisoners, jounalists, and prisoners of conscience be freed!! That day would be as happy as the day when Eritrea was liberated completely from the Dergue regime ( 24 May 1991).
The day this mad man is gone; Eritrea will be born again; hope and pride will return to the Eritrean People. But don’t just hope; we’ve to work together and harder to remove this force of evil from our beloved country.

People who know isayas personally say that he dislikes being challenged. When Isaias challenged become irrational and can do things which are unthinkable and once he made mistakes he would rather die rather than admitting his mistake. Isayas who designed and executed the badme war, which ended in weyane’s favor, was neither willing to admit his mistakes nor to embark on the path of democratization. Instead he started hunting down those who dared to tell him that his way of running the country needed to change. By referring the no-war no-peace situation, which he created in the first place, Isaias simply refused to implement the ratified constitution which was actually the pillar of the democracy which we were dreaming to implement. The rest is f course history. The main question which still needs an answer is this: Why haven we managed so far to remove the regime from power. Is it because we are stupid or because isayas is smart. I am wonder. Any way my prayers are with those who are illegally held by a monstrous regime.

I think the asnwer to your important question: why haven’t we managed to remove the Isayas regime so far is:

1-The Eritrean people doesn’t give up its “sons and daughters” so easily. Although these “sons and daughters” are wreaking havoc on the Eritrean people.

2-The regime has exploited the “no war no peace” status to the maximum, by indefinitly claiming bogus security risks, and thus indefiniitly mobilising the force of change-the youth.

3-The regime has infiltrated the people with spies, so that no one dares to take the first step. The people do not trust each other and are afraid of each other’s intentions.

4- Absence of a meaningful unifying opposition leadership which has discouraged the people to start a serious struggle against the Isayas dictatorship. This is leaving an impression of absence of a reliable entity that can feel the power vaccum after the PFDJ is gone.

5-The top military commanders of the Eritrean defense forces are some of the very few beneficiaries of the status quo that Isayas has created. They have, therefore, the stance of “we live with him or die with him”.

6- An absene of the experience of a popular peaceful uprising in Eritrea. Apart from, of course, the 30 year long armed struggle, which was other form of popular uprising.

7- Some sections of the Eritrean diaspora are too closely attached to the regime. Many of them have assets and real estate that they have acquired unlawfully through the facilitation of the regime. This means that they don’t want risking their properties and, hence, are forced to pay the 2% income tax, and show allegiance to the regime.

As long as we Eritreans don’t take the courage to overcome the above mentioned issues, we are, unfortunately, going to prolong the life of this murderous regime. So, fellow countrymen and women, let’s unite, let’s overcome short sighted benefits, let’s aim for a long sighted better futture for all of us and the coming generation. It is then, and only then, we can have some hope of removing the force of evil in our country and pave a way for a brighter future.

Why you fon’t say we are talkative but not intelligent.
yes we are. If they give us bread we insult and if they punish us we appticiate.
Eritreans are good people but thry are foolish people too.

  • Wedi_Hagher September 17, 2014

No matter how long it takes in the end justice will be done. The fascist regime is already politically dead, we just need to unite our people and bring peace and stability to our beloved country.

  • Saba Tmicael September 19, 2014

Isayas can’t wait to see your turn.

Today September 18,2014 is shock day for Eritrean people, heroes parliament members, Generals, cabinet ministers, regional administrates, and hero free press journalists were imprisoned since September 2001, here we have to understand that these people were imprisoned in a very critical place, which don’t have proper diet ,medical services, and other necessary facilities, and the temperature of that place is over 40 degree centigrade, and punting these innocent people in such place is just giving death penalty for these heroes, and we have got enough information from the guard of the prison of IRAIRO namely Eyob Bahta, who got asylum to neighboring Ethiopia, we have got an evidence that some were dead and some were in a very critical situation, and I am one of the travelers to Eritrea every year, for summer vacation, and i have enough evidence HIGDEF is still imprisoning so many innocent Eritreans in different prisons, among of which , maisrwa, adiabeto, ala basit, wia, 6th bridged saws, prima barentu, wenjel mirmera, dahlak, nakura, etc etc … are among some of the strong prisons which innocent Eritreans were imprisoned before 2001 up to now,and this is disregard to those who were lost in border of Ethiopia,Sudan,Sahara,Sinai, and Mediterranean sea, and dictator issayas and his partners the generals, security personnel and higdef members are the responsible agents for doing such very aggressive crimes on their own people. Finally we have to know there is time whether it is long or shot these criminals will get their hands, and they will be in justice, it is history that every government will pass,as we saw different governments, like the hilesllasie regime, the mengstu regime, and tomorrow the dictator issayas, higdef regime will pass, and those criminals who are torching ,killing innocent people will get their hands for what they are doing now,
