To tell you the truth, I have never heard anything negative about General Tewil, except some of his campaigns against the ethnic kunama in Gash Barka which he was involved along with Philopos and Ali Abdu.
my sources in Asmara said that there is no clear evidence or any link that shows Tewil was involved in Forto-13. None of the ring leaders who were involved had not mentioned Tewil by name but there are some phone call log records provided by Eri Tel that show that few of the ring leaders tried to reach him few days before the incident in Forto-13. tewil’s response about the phone logs to the investigation is that it was simple greetings selamta. Tewil added if there is anyone who said i was involved in any way, bring him here, show me the evidence.
But Shaebia does not work with evidence; tewil should know better. If you are suspected then you are guilty.
