ስለዚ

ንፍቕሪ ደኣ ብሓይሊ ነጽንዓያ!

እዚ ጽሑፍ’ዚ እቲ ሓው ታደሰ ኪዳነ “ምምሕዳር ዞባታትን ምምቕራሕ ጸጋታትን ብመንጽር ጽገናዊ ለውጢ?” ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል ኣርእስቲ ኣብ ኣሰና ዘቕርቦ ዘሎ ጽሑፍ (ብወገነይ ከም መቐጸልታ ናይቲ “ኣውራጃዊ ፖለቲካን በሰላታቱን” ብዝብል ኣርእስቲ ኣቐዲሙ ኣብ 17 ክፋላት ኣቕሪቡዎ ዝነበረ ተኸታታሊ ጽሑፍ ገይረ ዝርእዮ) ዘበጋገሶ ኳ እንተኾነ፣ ብቐንዱ ነቲ ብትሒምሒም ዝዝረበሉ ከይተፈለጦ ንሕብረተሰብና በብቑሩብ ዘረሓሕቖ ዘሎ ወገናዊ ስምዒታት (ብሕልፊ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒታት) ብምጥቕላል፣ ምስቲ ናይ ኤርትራውያን እዋናዊ ኣጀንዳ ለውጢ ብምትእስሳር ንምርኣዩ ዝዓለመ እዩ።

ነዚ ስምዒታት ‘ዚ፣ ቅድሚ ናይ ሓው ታደሰ ቀዳማይ ተኻታታሊ ጽሑፍ ኣብቲ “ኤርትራ መንግስቲ ይኹን ተቓዋሚ ዘይብላ ሃገር” ዝብል ኣርእስቲ፣ “ ወገናዊ ፖለቲካ የዋጽእ ዶ?” ብዝብል ንኡስ ኣርእስቲ ብሰፊሑ ዳህሲሰዮ፣ ብድሕሪኡ ‘ውን ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ህዝባዊ ሰሚናራት ብዝያዳ ድማ ኣብ ቴልኣቪቭ (እስራኤል) ኣልዒለዮ ስለዝነበርኩ፣ ሕጂ ብሕጽር ዝበለ መንገዲ እየ ክትንክፎ።

ኤርትራውያን ብዝያዳ ብሃይማኖትን ቋንቋን ብሄራትን ዝልለ ብዙሕነት ኣለና። ንሓዋሩ ከም ሃገር ውሕስነት መጻኢና ሓሊና ብስኒት ክነብር፣ ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ገጢሙና ንዘሎ ውልቀምልካዊ ምሕደራ ኣዕኒና፣ ልዕልና ሕጊ ዘለዎ፣ ማዕርነትን ፍትሕን ኩሎም ዜጋታት ሃገር ከነረጋግጽ እንተኾይና፣ ኣብ ብዙሕትነትና ዝተመስረተ ሓድነት ከነማዕብል ኣለና። እዚ ምርጫ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ግዴታ ‘ውን እዩ። ንኤርትራዊ ብዙሕነት ከም መፈላለዪ ዘይኮነ ከም ጸጋን ጽባቐን ርኢኻ ነዚ ዝዓበየ ሃገራዊ ባህጊ’ዚ ንምጕንጻፍ ኣብ እተቋምተሉ፣ እዞም ዝተጠቕሱ ንጹር መለለዪ ዘለዎም ፍልልያት ዘይብሉ ክፋል ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ (ህዝቢ ከበሳ) ነቲ ሰብ-ሰርሖ ምምሕዳራዊ ምክፍፋላቱ ባህርያዊ ፍልልይ ዘምስሉ፣ ብሓይሊ ጽልኢ ዝዕድሙ ኣገላልጻታት ክወሃቦ ኸሎ፣ ነቲ ኣብ ብዙሕነት ዝተመስረተ ሓድነት መላእ ህዝቢ ናይ ምምጻእ ጻዕሪ ዘዐንቅፍ ወይ ዘካብድ ተርእዮ ብምዃኑ ብኣግኡ ኣቓልቦ ክወሃቦ ዝግባእ ጉዳይ እዩ።

ቅድሚ ዝኣገረ ኣብ መንጎ ኣውራጃን ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒትን ዘሎ ርክብን ፍልልይን ምምልካቱ ጽቡቕ እዩ። ኣውራጃ፣ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሓደ ሃገር ዝርከብ ምምሕዳራዊ ኣከፋፍላ ናይ ሓደ ጅኦግራፊካዊ ኣከባቢ እዩ። ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒት ከኣ፣ ኣብ ረብሓ ናይ ሓደ ኣውራጃ ዘተኩር ዝንባለ እዩ። እቲ ናይ ረብሓ ሃቐነ ብዋጋ ካልኦት ኣውራጃታት ንሓደ ዝተፈለየ ኣውራጃ ክብ ንምባል ዝድለ ክኸውን ከሎ ድማ ጸቢብ ረብሓ ንምርግጋጽ ብዝገብሮ ኣተኵሮ ኣሉታዊ ትርጉም ይህልዎ።

ኣውራጃዊ ምትእስሳር ካብ ማሕበራዊ ምትእስሳር ሓሊፉ ፖለቲካዊ መስርሕ ናይ ሓደ ሃገር ንምጽላው ወይ ንምዕብላል ምስ ዝህቅን ተኣፋፊ ሳዕቤናት ኣለዎ። ልክዕ ከምቲ ሓደ ሃይማኖት፣ ብሄር፣ ቋንቋ፣ በቲ ካልእ ናይ ምዕብላል ስምዒት ክሓድሮ ኸሎ ዝርአ ተኣፋፍነት፣ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒት ዝተሓወሶ ፖለቲካዊ ዕብለላ ‘ውን ኣብ ኣባላት ካልኦት ኣውራጃታት ስግኣት ወይ ዘይውሑስነት (Insecurity) ፈጢሩ ምትፍናን ከምጽእ ብኡ ኣቢሉ ድማ ናብ ግጭት ክምዕብል ስለዝኽእል፣ ብመንጽር ‘ቲ ኣብ ብዙሕነት ዝተሰረተ ሓድነት ንምምርግጋጽ ክካየድ ዘለዎ መስርሕ ሃገራዊ ህንጸት ኣሉታዊ ሳዕቤን ኣለዎ።

እቲ ኣውራጃዊ ስግኣት ተሰሚዑዎ ሸቐልቀል ብምባል ስለ ኣውራጅኡ ክከላኸል ወይ ከጥቅዕ ኣብ ናይ ምትሕልላው ኩነት ዝጽመድ ኣካል ኣተሓሳስባኡ ኣብ ኣውራጃዊ ሳንዱቕ ተዓብዒቡ ናብ ሃገራዊ ደረጃ ክብ ከይበለ ወይ ከይሰፍሐ እዩ ዝተርፍ። እዚ ኣረኣእያ’ዚ ድማ ቅድሚ ኹሉ ንወናኒ ናይቲ ኣተሓሳስባ እዩ ዝጎድእ። ፍርሒ ወይ ዘይምትእምማን ሓዲሩካ ንኻልኦት ክትንጽል ተበግሶ ክትወስድ ከለኻ ንርእስኻ ትንጸል ኣለኻ ማለት እዩ። ረብሓኻ ድማ ብመጠን ጽበት ኣተሓሳስባኻ ንእሽቶ እዩ ዝኸውን።

በንጻሩ እቲ ብዓብላልነት ዝውቀስ ወገን፣ ዓብላሊ ስምዒት፣ ንገዛእ ርእሱ ካብቲ ብኣንጻሩ ዘሎ ስምዒት ግዳይነት (Victim Mentality) ዝኸፍአ ሞራላዊ ውድቀት ምዃኑ ብምዝንጋዕ፣ እቲ ኣብ ዓብላልነት ዘሎ ስብእነታዊ ቃና ባህታ ፈጢሩሉ፣ ኣጕል ትምክሕቲ ወሲኹ ኣብቲ ተዋስኦ መመሊሱ ዝጥሕል እንተደኣ ኮይኑ ንገዛእ ርእሱ ኣብ ታኼላ ድሕረት ከምዘሎ እዩ ዘርኢ። ዓብላልነት ነባሪ ስለዘይኮነ ግዳይ ዕሽሽነቱ ‘ውን ክኸውን ከምዝኽእል ክንዝግዕ ኣይግባእን።

እዞም ክልተ ተተፋነንቲ ስምዒታት፣ ማለት፣ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒት ኣለዓዒልካ “ካብ ዕብለላ ክወጽእ ይቃለስ ኣለኹ” እናበልካ (ፈሊጥካ ወይ ከይተፈለጠካ) ንርእስኻ ናብ ዕብለላ ምምራሕ ኮነ፣ በንጻሩ ካብ ስግኣት ተበጊስካ ብኣውራጃዊ ኣተሓሳስባ ዕብለላ ንምክልኻል ክትብል ናይ ገዛእ ርእስኻ ኣውራጃዊ ቀጽሪ ከተደልድል ምሕላን፣ ነቲ ምትፍናን መሊሶም ነዳዲ ዝውስኹሉ መዕነውቲ ስጉምታት ብምዃኖም ከነወግዶም ይግባእ።

ስለዚ በንጻር’ዚ ምትፍናንን ሕነኣዊ መንፈስን ዘሐይል ዝንባለ፣ ኣብ ልዕልና ሕጊ፣ ፍትሕን ማዕርነትን ዝሕመረቶም ፖለቲካዊ መትከላት ዘተኮረ ሃገራዊ ራእይ ንምምዕባል ክጸዓር ኣለዎ። ኣብ ክንዲ ኣብ ሻራዊ ኣብ መትከላዊ መርገጺታት ክንኣምን ኣለና። ዕብለላ፣ ማዕርነት ብምርግጋጽ እምበር ብቕዳሕ ዕብለላ ኣይፍታሕን እዩ። ማዕርነት ንምርግጋጽ ከኣ ሕግን ፍትሕን ምንጋስ እዩ ዘድሊ።

ኣብዚ መዳይ’ዚ ዝተኻየደ ጭቡጥ መጽናዕቲ ‘ኳ እንተዘየለ፣ ክሳብ’ዚ ቀረባ ዓመታት ኣሉታዊ ቓና ዘለዎ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒታት ኣብ ሕብረተሰብና ሱር ኣይሰደደን ክብሃል ይከኣል። ሎሚ ሎሚ ግን ብፍላይ ኣብ ስደት በጨቕታቱ ርኡይ እናኾነ፣ ዓውታ እናወሰኸ፣ ይመጽእ ኣሎ።

ኣብ ያታዊ ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ፣ ዓድኻን ወዲ ዓድኻን ምፍታው ልሙድ ‘ኳ እንተኾነ ብኣሉታ ዝግለጽ፣ ወይ ነቲ ኻልእ ኣውራጃ ኣብ ምጥርጣርን ዘይምትእምማንን ዘውድቕ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒት ኣይነበረን። ብኣበዋት፣ ዓድን መበቆልን ሓዱሽ ገጽ ምሕታት ልሙድ እዩ ነይሩ። መልስኻ ኣሰር ኣፋትል ዝምድና እንተረኸቡሉ፣ መሊሶም ይስዕሙኻ፣ እንተዘየለ “መዋስብትና እንዲኹም” ኢሎም የቀራርቡዎ፣ ካብኡ እንተሓለፈ፣ “መሳድድትና እንዲኹም” ኢሎም የዛንዩኻ። እምበር፣ ካብ ካልእ ኣውራጃ ዝመጽአ ሰብ ተቐቲሉ ሓዲሩ ዝብል ዘረባ ሰሚዕና ኣይንፈልጥን። ሕብረተሰብና፣ ኣሽንባይ ዶ ካብ ኣውራጃታት ኤርትራ ካብ ስግር ዶብ ንዝመጹ ኣጋይሽ ዘእንግድ፣ ገበላኡ ለጊሱ ልቡ ኣውዲቑ ዝሓድር ኣማንን ልዙብን ሕብረተሰብ እዩ ዝነበረ።

ብድሕሪ’ዚ ዝተዛነየ ኣውንታዊ ኣተሓሳስባ ሕብረተሰብና፣ ብፍላይ ካብ ዘበነ ሓርነታዊ ቃልሲ ክሳብ’ዚ ዘለናዮ እዋን ግን ክልተ ጥሩፋት ዝንባለታት እናጎልሑ ክመጽኡ ይረኣዩ ኣለዉ። እቲ ንባዕላዊ ፍርሒ መራሕቲ ኣብቲ ሽዑ ፋሽን ዝነበረ ማሕበርነታዊ ፍልስፍና ዘዕቆበ ገድሊ መበቆል ዓዲ ምጥቃስ ከም ነውሪ ክሳብ ምርኣይ ደረጃ ክበጽሕ ከሎ፣ ኣብዚ እዋን ‘ዚ ኸኣ፣ “ብኣውራጃ ፖለቲካዊ ውደባ ምክያድ እንታይ ነውሪ ኣለዎ” ናብ ምባል ገጹ ዘምርሐ ኣተሓሳስባታት ከቀላቐል ይርአ ‘ሎ።

ዋላ ድሕሪ’ዚ ኹሉ ፈተነታት ‘ዚ፣ ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ኣብ ዝሰፍሐ ክፋል ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ እቲ ኣሉታዊ ኣውራጃዊ ስምዒት ኣሎ ክብሃል ዝከኣል ኣይኮነን። ዝበዝሐ ህዝቢ፣ እዚ ሻራዊ ጎደና’ዚ ናብ ጥፍኣት ዝመርሕ መንገዲ ምዃኑ ይርዳእ እዩ። እንተኾነ፣ ኣብ ኩሎም ወገናት ዘለዉ ሒደት ጥሩፍ ኣውራጃዊ ኣተሓሳስባ ዘለዎም ውልቀሰባት ዘናፍሱዎም ክዉናትን ዘይክዉናትን ወረታት በብቑሩብ ኣብ ህዝቢ ከም ክልሸታት (stereotypes) እናሰረጹ ኽኸዱን፣ ምንጪ ምትፍናን ክኾኑ ስለዝኽእሉን ብኣግኡ ክመሓዉ፣ ዓዲ፣ ኣውራጃ፣ ሃገር ከምቲ ኣብ ያታዊ ሕብረተሰብና ዝነበረ እቲ ንቡር ኣውንታዊ ሚዛኑ ክሕሉ ኣለዎ።

ኣሉታዊ ኣውራጃዊ ኣተሓሳስባ፣ ኣብ መትከላት ዝተመስረተ ርትዓዊ መጎተ ዕሽሽ ኢሉ ብባዕላዊ ስምዒት ዝተዋሕጠ ስለዝኸውን ጸገሙ ከዊሉ ነብሱ እናጸባበቐ፣ በንጻሩ ንኻልኦት ናይ ምክፋእ ኣመል ዘማዕብል ዝንባለ ስለዘለዎ  ክእረም ኣለዎ። ኣብቲ ናይ ምእራም ጻዕሪ እቲ ዝቐለለን ዝቐንዐን ኣገባብ፣ ካብ ነብስኻን ካብ ኣውራጃኻን ምጅማር እዩ። ከምዚ ዝኣመሰለ ተበግሶ ምጥርጣርን ምትፍናንን ኣፍኵሱ፣ እቲ ኻልእ ወገን ‘ውን ተመሳሳሊ ስጉምቲ ክወስድ ዘተባብዕ ኣውንታዊ ወስታ ብምዃኑ ክድፍኣሉ የድሊ። ሰብ ገገዝኡ እንተጽርዩ፣ ዝጸረየ ኣከባቢ እዩ ዘፍሪ። ኣብ መወዳእታ ኸኣ ዝጠዓየት ሃገር ትርከብ። በንጻሩ ሚዛን ኣጥፊእካ ናብ ካልኦት ኢድካ ዊጥ ምባል እንተተዘውቲሩ፣ ምጕትካ ሓቅነት ይሃልዎ ኣይሃልዎ ብዘየገድስ ዊጥታ እዩ ዝምለሰካ፣ ከከም ኩነታቱ ዊጥ ዊጥ ናብ ምውጥዋጥ ምምዕባሉ ኸኣ ኣይተርፍን።

ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ፣ ብወረ ፍሑዅ ክብል ጸኒሑ ታተ ክብል ዝጋደል ዘሎ ዘይጽኑዕን ዘይሃናጽን ኣበሃህላ ንኣብነት፣ ንፖለቲካዊ መርገጺ ብኣውራጃዊ ካርታ ምርኣዩ እዩ። ኣሐፍሽ ኣቢልካ ሓማሴን ደጋፊ መንግስቲ፣ ኣከለጉዛይ ተቓዋሚ፣ ሰራየ ድማ ላንጋ ላንጋ ክብሃል ይስማዕ። ካብኡ ሓሊፉ ከከም በሃሊኡ፣ በቲ ክብ ኢልና ዝጠቐስናዮ ንነብስኻ ወይ ኣውራጃኻ ኣጸባቢቕካ ንኻልእ ናይ ምክፋእ ቃናታት ‘ውን ይውሰኾ። ኣብ ባይታ ክርአ ኸሎ ግን እዚ ኣበሃህላ’ዚ መሰረት ዘለዎ ኣይኮነን።

ኣብዚ ዝሓለፈ ሒደት ዓመታት ኩሉ ሰብ ዝተዓዘቦም ብምልካዊ ስርዓት ኢሳይያስ ዝተወደቡ ንመጠን ደገፍ ናይቲ ስርዓት ኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ብሓፈሻዊ መንገዲ ክልክዑ ዝኽእሉ ክልተ ኣጋጣሚታት፣ ኣብ ኣመሪካ ኣብ ወርሒ መስከረም 2011 ኢሳይያስ ኣብ ኒውዮርክ ዘካየዶ ኣኼባ ደገፍቱ፣ ከምኡ ውን ኣብዚ ዓመት’ዚ ኣብ ኤውሮጳ ከተማ ቦለኛ ዝተኻየደ መበል 40 ዓመት ፈስቲቫል ቦለኛ ህግደፍ ከም ኣብነት እንተተመልከትና፣ ኣብቲ ናይ ኣመሪካ ኣኼባ፣ ‘ሎሚ ዘይከተተ’ እናተባህሉ ተጎስጕሶም ዝተሳተፉ ካብ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካን ካናዳን ናብ ኒውዮርክ ዝገሹ ደገፍቲ ካብ 3-5 ሽሕ ዝበጽሑ እዮም። እቶም ኣኼበኛታት ረሾኦም ብዘየገድስ ካብዘን ሰለስቲን ኣውራጃታት ከምዝነበሩ ርግጸኛ እየ። ኣብ ኣመሪካን ካናዳን ብውሑዱ 150 ሽሕ ኤርትራዊ እንተደኣ ሃልዩ፣ 50 ሽሕ ደቂ ኣውራጃ ሓማሴን እንተደኣ ኮይኖም፣ ዋላ እቶም ኣብቲ ኣኼባ ዝተሳተፉ 3 ሽሕ ካብ ሓማሴን ነይሮም ኢልና እንተገሚትና፣ እቶም 3 ሽሕ ከም ወከልቲ ናይቲ 50 ሽሕ ህዝቢ ተቖጺሮም ‘ኣብ ኣመሪካ ዝነበር ህዝቢ ሓማሴን ደጋፊ ስርዓት ህግደፍ እዩ’ ከብሉዎ ኣይክእሉን እዮም። ናይቲ ኣብ ኤውሮጳ፣ ቦለኛ ዝተኻየደ ኣብ ሳልስቲ 2 ሽሕ ደገፍቲ ዝተሳተፉዎ ፈስቲቫል ‘ውን ከምኡ። ዝዓበየ መልእኽቲ ናይዚ ተርእዮ ‘ዚ ብዝሒ ደገፍቲ ናይቲ ስርዓት እናኣንቆልቆለ ይኸይድ ምህላዉ ካብ ምዃን ሓሊፉ መለክዒ ኣውራጃዊ ፖለቲካዊ መርገጺ ክኸውን ኣይክእልን።

በንጻሩ፣ ኣብ ኣመሪካ፣ ኣብ ዋሺንግተን ዲሲ ብ 2013 ዝተኻየደ ዋሃ ተባሂሉ ዝተዋህለለ ካብ 1000 ክሳብ 1500 ዝበጽሕ፣ ሎሚ ዘበን ‘ውን ኣብ ቦለኛ ኣብ ዝተኻየደ ካብቲ ናይ ኣመሪካ ኣዝዩ ዝተሓተ ቁጽሪ ዝነበሮ ተመሳሳሊ ጸረ ህግደፍ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍታት ተቓወምቲ፣ ዝበዝሑ ተሳተፍቱ ኣከለጉዛይ ነይሮም ዝብሃል እንተኾይኑ ‘ውን ካብ 50 ሽሕ ደቂ ኣከለጉዛይ 600 ዘይበጽሑ ውልቀሰባት ስለዝተሳተፉዎ፣ ኣከለጉዛይ ተቓወምቲ ስርዓት ኢሳይያስ እዮም ዘብሎም ኣይኮነን።

እዚ ክልቲኡ ክዉንነታት፣ ዝበዝሐ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ደላዪ ለውጢ ክንሱ፣ ነቲ ስርዓት ብንጥፈት ዝድግፉዎ ኮነ ብንጥፈት ዝቃወሙዎ ውሑዳን ምዃኖም እዩ ዘመልክት፣ እምበር ንሓደ ወገን ዘነይት ወይ ንሓደ ወገን ዘወንጅል ጭብጢ ኣየቕርበልናን እዩ።

ኣብዚ ክስሓት ዘይብሉ፣ ብፖለቲካዊ መትከላት ዘይኮነ ምስ ህግደፍ ብዘለዎም ውልቃዊ ረብሓዊ ዝምድናታት ዝተኣሳሰሩ ውሑዳት ደገፍቲ ናይቲ ስርዓት፣ ነቲ ዘሻቕሎም መመሊሱ እናተቆርመመ ዝውዳእ ዘሎ ዋሕዲ ደገፍቲ መዳምቕቲ ዝኾኖም ቁጽሪ ንኽድርቡሉ፣ እቲ ስርዓት ናይ ወገኖም ምዃኑ ‘ሞ ነቲ ወገኖም ይከላኸሉሉ ምህላዎም ከምስሉ ብዓውታ ናይ ካርታ ጸወታ ወሲኾም ዝዋስኡ፣ ሳዕቤን ዕሽነቶም ዘይስቆሮም ደናቍር ምህላዎም እዩ። ኣብ ደምበ ተቓውሞ ‘ውን፣ ብፍላይ ኣብዚ መንእሰያት ናብ ተቓውሞ ዝተቓላቐሉሉ እዋናት፣ ነዞም በጻብዕቲ ዝቝጸሩ ባእታታት ከም ወከልቲ ናይ ሓደ ኣውራጃ ወሲድካ ህልኻዊ ግብረ-መልሲ ብምዝውታር ንስኻ ዝያዳ እሙን ተቓዋሚ ካልኦት ግን ኣይግድን ኣምሲልካ ነቲ ምንቅስቓስ ክትብሕቶ ወይ ከተጽብቦ ናይ ምፍታን ዘይብሱል ወገናዊ ምንቅስቓስ ክርአ ጸኒሑ እዩ። እዞም ክልተ ውሑዳን ጥሩፋት እምብኣር ወከልቲ ናይቲ ዝበዝሐ ህዝቢ ክይኖም ነቲ ዝበዝሐ ህዝቢ ቫይረስ ምፍልላይ ክዘርኡሉ ክፍቀደሎም የብሉን። ካብዚ ኣልዒልናዮ ዘለና ሰለስተ ኣውራጃታት፣ ደገፍቲ ኣለዉ፣ ተቓወምቲ ኣለው፣ ስቕታ ዝመረጹ ብዙሓት ከኣ ኣለዉ። ስለዚ ኣሐፍሽ ኣቢልካ (Generalize ጌርካ) ብኣውራጃ ምክሳስ ኣሉታዊ ሳዕቤን ስለዘለዎ ክንጥንቀቐሉ ይግባእ።

እቲ ጸገም እምብኣር ነዞም ሓቅነቶም ብመጽናዕቲ ዘይተረጋገጸ ኣውራጃዊ ክልሸታት (stereotypes) ከም ቅቡላት ወሲድካ ኣብ ልዕሊኦም ክልሰሓሳብ ምምስራት እዩ።

እዚ ሓው ታደሰ ኣብቲ ቀዳማይ ኮነ ኣብዚ ካልኣይ ጽሑፋቱ ምስ ኣውራጃዊ ኩነታት ኣተኣሳሲሩ ኣልዒሉዎ ዘሎ ፖለቲካውን ቁጠባውን ምጕታት እምብኣር ኣብዚ ብጽፈትን ጥንቃቐን ዘይተጸንዐ ኣበሃህላታት ዝተመርኮሰ ከይከውን ትዕዝብቲ ዝጠልብ እዩ።

ንኣብነት ነዚ ኣብዚ ዳሕረዋይ ተኸታተሊ ጽሑፉ “ምምሕዳር ዞባታትን ምምቕራሕ ጸጋታት ሃገርናን ብመንጽር ጽገናዊ ለውጢ?” ኣብቲ ቀዳማይ ተኸታታሊ ጽሑፉ፣ “ኣውራጃዊ ፖለቲካን በሰላታቱን”…”ህዝባዊ ግምባር ብደቂ ከበሳ ዝተዓብለለ፣ ካብኡ ናብኡ ድማ ንተወለድቲ ዝተወሰነ ከባቢ ናብ ሓላፍነት ዝሓሪ ውድብ እዩ ነይሩ” ኢሉ ንዝጸሓፎ ብምዝካር…ኣብ ቀዳማይ ክፋል ናይዚ ሕጂ ዘቕርቦ ተኸታታሊ ዓንቀጽ፣ “እቶም ኣብ ህዝባዊ ግምባር ንንጹሃት ሃገራውያን እናቐንጸሉ ነቲ ፖለቲካዊ ስልጣን ብሒቶም ዝኣተዉ ውልቀሰባት (ተወለድቲ ናይቲ ሰሜን ካብ ኣስመራ ዝርከብ ከባቢታት ሓማሴንን፣ ሕርጊጎ ዝማእከሉ ከባቢታት ባጽዕን) ብጉልባብ ምምሕዳራዊ ቅርጺ፣ ነቲ ካልእ ማዕሪኦም ደቁ ዝኸፈለ ህዝቢ ኣጓንዮም ንቀንዲ ቁጠባ ኤርትራ ከመቓርሑዎ ኢና ተዓዚብና”… ይብል።

      Lets talk the truth. This is not Hgdef problem alone. It is even worse in the opposition to dwell in region and religion. There are many so called “educated” ignorants who are ashamed to speak in their own fathers and mothers languages even though they grew up speaking it. Eritrea’s problems are deeper than many of us think.

    Selam Amanuel, I have said before that you are my hero and you still are.

    Having said that, denying the facts on the ground for the sake of unity is not a good road map for the future. Mr. Tadesse’s assertions are accurate and true.

    If you focus on Mr. Tadesse’s core message, he is not accusing any group of people for being wegenawian. All he is say is that PFDJ, for the sake of staying in power, is taking advantage of some people ‘within its circle’ in specific regions, partcularly Hamassien North of Asmara and Hirgigo Massawa area. But Mr. Tadesse has made it abundantly clear that the innocent people of these areas are victims like every other Eritrean elsewhere. The question is what are the reformists going to do post Isaias to mend these deliberately instituted divisive and unjust policies of HIGDEF? Political equality amounts to economic equality, that is his argument. Look around – most of PFDJ generals are from a small area and the same is true with a large portion of the other officials. IA couldn’t careless about any specific group of people but for whatever reason, his servants from these areas are most loyal to him and he is keeping them close. That is it. If he felt the same way about the people say in Tsilma or some other place, he would extend the same policy to that group. But as it is clear to most of us now, this deliberate policy has instilled a sense of deep suspicion amongst Eritreans. Without any doubt in my mind, there are more PFJD supports from Hamassein than from Akele Guzay, it is not even close. How did this come about? Because of the divisive and alienating policies of PFDJ.

    In conclusion, unless the so-called Medrekh along with Dr. Assefaw strive for fundamental changes in Eritrea, the same misery will continue to haunt all Eritreans. Reforming a terribly flawed system can only make it worse.

      Ermias, that is wonderfull analysis. Even though Amanuel concern is valid But we should confront our problems head on that was reality then and reality now. PFDJ uses the same tactic divide and rule policy very cunningly. He doesnt care what region you are as far you are loyal to him he can use any one. The other things if it helps to stay in power he can use any method, region, religion, tribe.We all know he was fighting muslim extremist during the 90’s but after the ethio-eri war he tried to use Alshebab for his ploy against Ethiopia or Westerns. So my conclusion is this PFDJ uses anyone or any method as far he stay in power. He doesn’t have principle.Tadesse innocently witnessed what he saw in his own eyes and He is alerting any sensible person to be aware of PFDJ ploy and to fight it.

    Religion, Regionalism, Racism – The Life Line of “Eritreans”

    It seems, the basic raison d’être of “Eritreans” (the meaning of their collective Life) is based on three debilitating cancerous diseases (the three R’s) >> Religion, Regionalism and Racism. It is all contradictory. But then, “Eritreans” are strange and contradictory people who seem to flourish on toxic social factors, thus leading them to their extinction! What a contradiction! And they seem to have no clue where they are heading – having been under the guidance of others all their Life. Now that they are master of their house (their destiny) they are completely lost as to what to do with it. Hence, they revert to the only malaise that they have been accustomed to for time immemorial. Read on.

    1.Religion
    To put it mildly, religion has been a source of conflict for time immemorial. It was only contained from becoming the source of eradication of the diverse societies ‘thanks’ [odd to say] to colonization who for their own benefit maintained law and order while ripping economic benefit. “Eritrea” never dictated its own future. Having been administrated by outside forces for one hundred years it was hoping to have its own government to forge its own destiny. Instead it found itself under its own indigenous brute government, crueller than the colonial forces. Naturally, exodus of unparalleled level becomes the norm to Eritreans to any direction around the Globe, looking for sanctuary — at any cost, literally

    Now, here is a strange phenomenon. One would assume that people who have gone through”hell” to liberate themselves would: a)collect their energy; b)forge cooperation among themselves; and c)plan together to reclaim their lost country, freedom and destiny. NO! NO! NO! That would be an elegant solution! Eritreans, alas, like to do things differently, the hard way! Diaspora Eritreans, in their own wisdom, found themselves divided into some eighty opposition parties, civic organizations, and highly intellectual groups as “facilitators” of who ever listens to their learned advice. All in a safe distance from dear old home, of course. The main culprit of the disarray (always in the background) is religion and through that venue the search for identity outside the “Eritrean” tapestry — or, as a brilliant Eritrean writer put: in search of “Psychopathic Identity”. In any case, religion seems to be at low volume nowadays. It is replaced by regionalism – a delight to certain sector of the nation for its own age-old dream. Regionalism (awrajanet) is discussed below (Item 3). But let us address racism and get over with it quickly.

    2. Racism

    Racism is not yet an open item for ‘pastime game’. The last time somebody tried it at a conference for democratic change (something attractive name like that!) the leader and his game pals were ejected from the Conference/Commission, never to be seen again. The poor fellow touched a sensitive ‘heroic’ nerve! Another one in the Internet Junk Yard suggested, in a couple of lines of commentary, that “the next president of Eritrea must be from Kunama”. Why not, for heaven’s sake?! In any case, it is not clear whether that falls into the category of racism or regionalism. It does not matter. It is as good as any pastime game – laughter with pain?

    3.Regionalism

    Speaking of laughter, it is said that Issayas Afewerki Abraham is having stomach pain resulting from excessive laughter about the recent Assembly of the top most Eritrean educated scholars of the highest order, gathered together in Virginia, United States of America, for a two-day conference – a safe distance from dear Asmara. Before recovering from that laughter, the President of Eritrea was also told about ordinary Eritreans of all walks of life going at each other’s throats on the perennial issue of regionalism, explicitly between two seemingly eternal antagonist brothers!!! He went into convulsion with laughter, as a consequence of which an emergency trip to Qatar for medical examination may have been necessary! Don’t forget he is already 70 years old! As anyone can imagine, regardless of the veracity of the story, the news brought a lot of anxiety/hope/dream/ planning/elbowing from every quarter vying for a possible top post at a God/Allah sent vacancy in the barren land.

    But, even if it materializes, the post for next president of “Eritrea” would only be a symbolism, as “Eritrea”` will be fragmented into pieces, based on the interest of external forces – as always. In that case, “Eriteanss” not only will shed their name “Eritrea” (a welcome re-entry to original history, at last) but will also continue living with their individual ingenuities, on their individual occupations, and flourish wherever they may be around the Globe. Eritreans, as individuals, are good in whatever occupation they find themselves into, but not in a collective group as a nation! They are anemic to that! They seem to be like frightened rabbits facing glaring light – dead stop! Please don’t invoke the 30-year war of gallantry, valour, glory, pride, determination … [a favorite propaganda of a respectable website manager, for parochial hidden reason, of course]. There is nothing to be proud of about historical event where an entire nation was simply hypnotized to its demise by two political protagonists for their own respective diabolical goals in the greatest Houdini Act – a baffling self-destructive act that would occupy future generation to make some sense into it before arriving at the obvious conclusion.

    This commentary cannot be complete without a few lines about the LIVELY articles and commentaries that have been written on regionalism (awrajanet). As a reader, I love the trend, especially when they are constructed in a mature, civilized and articulate manner. Less than that, it is not worth calling “Eritrea” a promising developing Nation. Why? A society which does not place the fundamental human right of each person as its foundation is not worth calling it a Nation. Each person has the alienable right to express her/his opinion about any subject under the sun — unpalatable as it may be to others. If there is one crime, and only one crime, that a society is inclined to do, it is the dangerous step of being an obstacle to the inherent right and freedom of the individual. Period! No matter how offensive it may be, an individual must have the liberty to express her/his feeling, FOR or AGAINST, on any subject matter at hand. In fact in the absence of such a dialogue, it would be naïve (putting it kindly) to claim a democratic governance of any society.

    The search for TRUTH is never dependent on time. Therefore the debilitating concept of “it is not its time” is simply an attempt (deliberate or not) to keep the society ignorant indefinitely. And it is dangerous. Concealing the TRUTH is in fact a crime! If society is concerned (and rightly so) about any consequential infringement upon others in the freedom of expression, there are regulations, rules and laws based on the constitution of the nation, applicable for appropriate action. Sadly, however, “Eritrea” is devoid of such concept at this point in time – and has never been a democratic country in its entire history of modernity. Still, it is not an excuse to muzzle its members from exercising their fundamental freedom of expression. If “Eritreans” are incapable of appreciating and promulgation of such fundamental concept, then, it is neither meaningful nor worth saving it as a Nation. It is the choice of each “Eritrean”, no greater or lesser than the next “Eritrean”

    I agree wiuth Ermias’s argument as much as I believe Amanuel is my hero too,it is because Amanuel could be guilty of reffering to his gedli times were Awrajanet was covered under a very hot fire ,however covered.
    Although pfdj is not the pioneer of maximizing our difference it was during gedli times that it was used to murder one awraja in partiucular and also isolating it from others ,the agenda seems to be working better than the amhara era ,because there were more Amharas sympathysers of Eritrean issue (on human ground) than hamasenites towards akeleguzai .Do I have statistics ? No, I only have reality infront of my eyes.

    The time has come for us to be more solution-orientated in our public discourse, especially in times when arch-nationalists tear at our national fabric. What this will take I do not know, but a good place to start would be the lessons of our collective past, the first of which are that one form of nationalism invariably begets another. At the end of the day, good Eritreans are all we agree to be in 1991 situation. Until we are sure what that entails, we should defend the nation ideal from the several reactionary agendas out there threatening our collective future as united Eritreans.

    The “divide and rule” policy of the regime is showing some results.
    Regionalism seems to be one of the most effective tools the regime uses against Highlanders.
    Iseyas and his regime use also religion to divide Eritreans, but the very people who see regionalism as a problem, rarely acknowledge that sectarian policies of the regime are also making victims.
    Those who complain usually are told: “we are treated equally by the regime”.
    I have seen some Hamasenites who think the Eritrean government is their own, “Menghistna”.
    But how many from that region see it that way ?. No body knows exactly, it’s very difficult to know.
    I have also seen some from other Highland regions who support the regime.
    The strange thing is when the issues of regionalism is raised, you don’t hear people saying:
    “we are treated equally by the regime”.
    The regime has supporters (mostly opportunist elements) from all over Eritrea.
    It’s difficult to deny the fact, that till recent times, it was more popular, in some parts of the country.
    Iseyas is a godless rascal. He cares neither about region or religion. And those who are serving him are doing it for own interest. There is nothing new about the tyrant and his regime, they are the same people for the last two decades. I think it’s high time, for us to look inwards, and try to find out why we are so divided and weakened on issues that take nowhere, while the enemy is killing Eritrea and it’s people.

    You are smart and hard working Eritrean who cares about all Erirtreans. I thank you for that.

    The issue of regionalism is one of the issue, if it is not the main issue hindering our unity. I keep hearing this claim no particular region is supporting and benifiting from PFDj system and DIA. others are saying there is. If there are no studies on both sides, people can’t help it, but to come to a conclusion based on their experience. Although the PFDJ’s Gov. doesn’t tell us who are our leaders, people know the good gov positions are taken by loyalist. For example, how many military generals does Eritrea has? Numbers can tell us someing. I am not trying to imply numbers of generals equals gain to a particular region. But how can one explain facts. Eritrea is a small country. Numers matter. It is a messy situation. PFDJ or No PFDJ; DIA or no DIA, some region have repetation for harboring regionalism. We can try to minimze it or shove it undr the rug, but it is there. I agree, we all need to start cleaning this mess from our own daily lives. I hear people saying that they know the PFDJ system and DIA are wrong for Eritrea, but If Aklaguzy people take over it will be worst for the rest of Ertreans. How do we deal with that? Why do some people think, when DIA is gone, Aklaguzy people will take over? where are they getting this idea? What are we doing wrong to give that impression?

    Excellent point .Our division is based on this point you brilliantly pointed out.It needs discussion and open dialogue. It is not only Hamasenites that suspect of Akeleguzay being worse & disastrous for Eritrea ,but ,even Bilens ,jebertis and specially Serayes have told me .I am not able to educate people ,I have lost my close family to menkae/bat..being murdered by awrajawyan hamasenites.I also need healing and answers and we need to discuss why is every tribe and religion afraid of akeleguzays ,it needs articulate people to tackle it.

      Regardless the few corrupted hate mongers , if the majority
      good people spoke loud to silence them we might save our
      communities from falling apart . Either way unreasonable
      people and silence are to blame on creating broken society .
      To break a promise is the same as breaking a mirror and
      looking for your bloody hand . We betrayed ourselves to
      bring our own mess to find no winner at the end but losers

    Hello Folks,
    Deki Ere, it is sad but it is true that Eritreans are deeply entrenched in this so called regionalism and we all agree that it is a ploy by pfdj divide and rule strategy and sure enough it is working for them.
    I agree with Amanuel’s analysis that we should not conclude that all supporters or opposition are from one region, I can assure you there are number of die hard supporters of pfdj who are akele guzay and I also know there are a good number of people that i personally know that are Hamasien who are on the opposition camp fighting for the good of their people.
    statistically people who oppose pfdj are more in number than the supporters but the difference is the later are dedicated to show up in any event for whatever reason they signed up or pledge allegiance to serve the dictator.
    So bottom line is we have to wise up and get over this dirty agenda and work together to get rid of the system, otherwise we might end up with Dr. Asefaw and his likes and things might get screwed up to a point of no return when it comes to regionalism, as they say don’t curse your curse.
